good evening , ladies and gentlemen . i am joy and glad to give you a speech about stress , yes , just the topic you see on the screen.

psychologist tell us that stress is a state of worry caused by the problem of living , such as too much work or study , heavy responsibilities , and quickened pace of life .

statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

the chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .people usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . it’s unwelcome ! yes , however , very necessary . just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . but is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope ? without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . too much result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . no stress , no development . so a certain amount of stress is good . it can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .

and our answer to stress is another vital problem . how to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? to wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything … of cause not . the principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. we should try our best to release ourselves . such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .it’s no use crying over spilt milk . only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .

ok , i think i was under large stress 3 minutes before , but now i am here and have finished my speech . here is the last thing i want to add to my topic ,face to it and overcome it ,stress is also a piece of cake。

众所周知，邓亚萍从小就酷爱打乒乓球，她梦想着有朝一日能够在世界赛场上大显身手。却因为身材矮小，手腿粗短而被拒于国家队的大门之外。但她并没有气馁，而是把失败转化为动力，苦练球技，持之以恒的努力后催开了梦想的花蕾——她如愿以偿站上了世界冠军的领奖台。在她的运动生涯中，她总共夺得了18枚世界冠军奖牌。邓亚萍的出色成就，不仅仅仅为她自己带来了巨大的荣耀，也改变了世界乒乒坛只在高个子中选拔运动员的传统观念。

1984年，历经辛苦的马云后跌跌撞撞地考入杭州师范大学外语系———他的成绩是专科分数，离本科线还差5分，但恰好本科没招满人，马云就这样幸运地上了本科，并凭着满腔热情和一身侠气，当选学生会主席。

大学毕业后，马云在杭州电子工业学院教英语。1991年，马云初涉商海，和朋友成立海博翻译社。结果第一个月收入700元，房租2000元，遭到一致讥讽。

在大家动摇的时候，马云坚信:只要做下去，务必有前景。他一个人背着个大 麻袋到义乌、广州去进货，翻译社开始卖礼品、鲜花，以原始的小商品买卖来维持运转。

两年间，马云不仅仅仅养活了翻译社，组织了杭州第一个英语角，同时还成了全院课程多的老师。如今，正如马云当年所愿，海博已经成为杭州乃至浙江省大的翻译社。

“我一向的理念，就是真正想赚钱的人务必把钱看轻，如果你脑子里老是钱的话，务必不可能赚钱的。”初次下海的经历，给马云留下了深刻的体会。

1994年底，马云首次听说互联网;1995年初，他偶然去美国，首次接触到互联网。对电脑一窍不通的马云，在朋友的帮忙和介绍下开始认识互联网。当时网上没有任何关于中国的资料，出于好奇的马云请人做了一个自己翻译社的网页，没想到，3个小时就收到了4封邮件。

敏感的马云意识到：互联网必将改变世界!

随即，不安分的他萌生了一个想法：要做一个网站，把国内的企业资料收集起来放到网上向全世界发布。

此时，刚刚步入而立之年的马云已经是杭州十大杰出青年教师，校长还许诺他外办主任的位置。但是，特立独行的马云挥挥手，放下了在学校的一切地位、身份和待遇，毅然下海。

此时，互联网对于绝大部分中国人还是十分陌生的东西;即使在全球范围内，互联网也刚刚开始发展：大洋彼岸，尼葛洛庞帝刚刚写就<数字化生存>、杨致远建立雅虎还不到一年;而在北京，中国科学院教授钱华林刚刚用一根光纤接通美国互联网，收发了第一封电子邮件。

在这样的情形下，远在尚未开通拨号上网业务的杭州，马云就已经梦想着要用互联网来开公司、下海、盈利。这个想法立即遭到了亲朋好友的强烈反对。

“我请了24个朋友来我家商量。我整整讲了两个小时，他们听得稀里糊涂，我也讲得糊里糊涂。后说到底怎样样其中23个人说算了吧，只有一个人说你能够试试看，不行赶紧逃回来。我想了一个晚上，第二天早上决定还是干，哪怕24个人全反对我也要干。”

“其实大的决心并不是我对互联网有很大的信心，而是我觉得做一件事，无论失败与成功，经历就是一种成功，你去闯一闯，不行你还能够掉头;但是你如果不做，就像晚上想想千条路，早上起来走原路，一样的道理。”

时隔多年，回忆起当年力排众议的情形，马云依然为自己的选取而叫好。

1995年4月，马云和妻子再加上一个朋友，凑了两万块钱，专门给企业做主页的“海博网络”公司就这样开张了，网站取名“中国黄页”，成为中国早的互联网公司之一。

3个月后，临近杭州的上海正式开通互联网，马云的业务量激增。在各企业纷纷忙着建立自己主页的时候，马云的先见之明为他带来了丰厚的利润。当时，制作一张主页，中英文对照的2000字资料、一张彩照，开价就是2万元人民币。不到3年，马云就轻简单松赚了500万元利润，并在国内打开了知名度。

1997年，在国家外经贸部的邀请下，马云带着自己的创业班子挥师北上，建立了外经贸部官方网站、网上中国商品交易市场、网上中国技术出口 交易会、中国招商、网上广交会、中国外经贸等一系列站点。

这段经历对马云弥足珍贵。他告诉记者：“在这之前，我只是一个杭州的小商人。在外经贸部的工作经历，我明白了国家未来的发展方向，学会了从宏观上思考问题，我不再是井底之蛙。”

1999年初，开阔了宏观视野的马云回到杭州，进行二次创业，他决定介入电子商务领域。

采用什么模式当时全球互联网所做的电子商务，基本上是为全球顶尖的15%大企业服务。但马云生长在私营中小企业发达的浙江，从底层的市场滚打过来，深知中小企业的困境。他毅然作出决断———“弃鲸鱼而抓虾米，放下那15%大企业，只做85%中小企业的生意。”

“如果把企业也分成富人穷人，那么互联网就是穷人的世界。因为大企业有自己专门的信息渠道，有巨额广告费，小企业什么都没有，他们才是需要互联网的人。而我就是要领导穷人起来闹革命。”马云要做的事就是带给这样的一个平台，将全球中小企业的进出口信息汇集起来———“中小企业好比沙滩上一颗颗石子，但透过互联网能够把一颗颗石子全粘起来。用水泥粘起来的石子们威力无穷，能够与大石头抗衡。而互联网经济的特色正是以小搏大、以快打慢。”

就这样，1999年9月，马云的阿里巴巴网站横空出世，立志成为中小企业敲开财富之门的引路人。当时国内正是互联网热潮涌动的时刻，但无论是投资商还是公众，注意力始终放在门户网站上。马云在这个时候建立电子商务网站，在国内是一个逆势而为的举动，在整个互联网界开创了一种崭新的模式，被国际媒体称为继雅虎、亚马逊、易贝之后的第四种互联网模式。阿里巴巴所采用的独特B2B模式，即便这天在美国，也难觅一个成功范例。

网站注册成立一个月后，由高盛牵头的500万美元风险资金便立即到账。马云用这笔钱做的第一件事情，就是从香港和美国引进超多的外部人才。这个时期，也正是马云对外宣称“创业人员只能够担任连长及以下的职位，团长级以上全部由MBA担任”的时候。彼时，12个人的高管团队中除了马云自己，全部来自海外。

1999年底，马云以6分钟的讲述获得有“网络风向标”之称的软银老总孙正义的赏识。两人进行了3分钟的单独谈判后，马云获得了孙正义3500万美元的投资。软银每年理解700家公司的投资申请，只对其中70家公司投资，而孙正义只对其中一家亲自谈判。

事实证明，无论是高盛还是孙正义，对马云的决定都是准确的。在电子商务领域，马云显示了自己的独特视角和预见性：创业当年，阿里巴巴的会员就到达8.9万个;2000年到达50万;在2001年互联网的严冬季节，依然实现了百万会员的目标，并成为全球首家超过百万会员的商务网站;目前的会员总数已经超过350万之巨。

When I was young,I always dreamed that I lived in a beautiful country. There were many flowers and trees around our city.We counld hear the birds singing and see the children dancing. The streets were clear and the the air was very fresh! How nice it was!But that only was a dream of mine!How I wish that it would be come true! So I think we should do something to protect our environment. Everyone should make a contribution to protect the environment.

Taking care of our environment is very important.Wherever you live,you can do something around your neighbourhood.

Have you ever thrown any litter onto the ground?Have you ever drawn pictures on public walls?Have you ever spat in a public place?Have you ever cut down trees?If your answers are "No",it means that you have already helped protect our environment.

It is our duty to keep our envionment clean and tidy. You might ask yourself,"Have I ever picked up some rubbish and thrown it into a dustbin?Have I ever collected waste paper or bottles for recycling?Have I ever planted any trees or flowers in or near my neighbourhood?"If your answers are"Yes",it means that you have already done something useful to improve the environment.

Now I want to say :Let's do our best to make our world more beautiful!

Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it. Do you know what is youth? How do you master your youth?

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.
