尊敬的各位老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

一团面纸，皱巴巴的，洁白中夹杂蓝墨水的痕迹。它蜷缩着身子，孤零零地躺在教室门口的地面上。

一个个同学从他身边经过，却没有一个人弯腰去捡。窗台上，那盆往日充满了活力的吊兰，今天却打着卷儿，好像对同学们的表现十分失望。

这时，小洪的身影出现在教室门口。他弯下腰，目不转睛地盯着面纸。我不禁为那张面纸感到惋惜，刚刚受了全班同学的冷漠，现在还要受他的'欺侮。

要知道小洪可是我们班无人不知的调皮鬼。有一次，他在课间和别人互相追逐，把整个教学楼都跑遍了，上课五分钟后才进教室。“被小洪踩扁，或被当成球踢……”我猜想着纸团的命运。

小洪眉头紧锁，目光严肃，伸出了手。一阵风吹来，纸团随风滚动，小洪追了过去，自言自语地说：“那个扔垃圾的人真不讲卫生。”说完，蹲了下来，捡起纸团。

嘿，还在演，呆会儿还不是把纸团塞到别人抽屉里。可接下来的一幕，彻底颠覆了我对小洪的认知：他站了起来，双手捧紧面纸，生怕它飞了似的，一溜小跑，径直走到垃圾桶前，俯下身子，轻轻将纸团放入桶内。

我简直不敢相信这一幕。调皮的小洪居然会捡起垃圾，他一下子怎么进步这么大？我走近他，好奇地问道：“那么多人都不捡，你为什么要捡呢？”

“捡起垃圾不就能让校园变得更干净吗？这是一件好事，是我们每个学生应尽的责任，我为什么不做呢。别人……或许没在意吧。”

他并没有责怪他人视而不见，也没有把自己说得多么高尚。就这么朴素的一说，没有丝毫矫揉造作。我吃惊地望着他，他目光清澈，就像山间里的一泓清泉。

我拍了拍小洪的肩膀说：“我们去玩吧。”“不了，我要去包干区，看看有没有废纸杂物。”说完就匆匆离开了教室。室外，阳光灿烂，给他镀上了一抹金色。

看着小洪远去的背影，我想：原以为她只是个调皮鬼，没想到他有一颗闪光的心灵。蓦地，他的形象在我心的高大起来，成了我学习的榜样。

我漫不经心地看着拼图，心想：这对我来说简直是小儿科嘛！可是，我越拼越觉得不对劲，我拼的怎么像个丑八怪呀，这衣服也不大对称，红对绿，难看死了，有这样的.衣服吗？于是，我只好请来妈妈，妈妈却哈哈大笑：“不会了吧，这种拼图有好几种拼法，不过只有一种是对的，你的只是一种错误的拼法。”“啊，错误拼法？我真是丈二和尚摸不着头脑。”妈妈解释道：“你要先观察它们的规律，再来拼。好，不说了，我得做饭去了。”说着，妈妈便腾云驾雾地走了。摸着了规律，我可会了，这两个都是黄的，拼在一起，还有这只小尾巴，一只小猫咪出来了，接着，还有一些蓝色的图片，我仔细一看，好像是一把梯子，于是，我就把它拼成梯子的模样。“哈，妈妈，我成功了！”妈妈连忙跑过来，向我贺喜，突然，她又严肃起来，“璇璇，这图上画得是什么？”我说：“一只小猫正在爬梯子，可是，它总是摔下来，不过，它没有灰心，仍往上爬。”妈妈接着又说：“是呀，人不也要像图中那只小花猫那样吗？不怕困难，不怕挫折，勇敢地走在成功的道路上，如果你半途而废，会成功吗？”“不会”，我摇摇头。今天，妈妈就是让你通过实践，理解这个道理的。

今天，我既战胜了挫折，又懂得了一个道理，我真开心！

曾记得一堂体育课，老师叫我们跳高，我体育样样都好，就是跳高是我的弱项，我怕在同学面前失去威信，所以心里真的十分恐慌。

一条细长的竹竿已经架在跳高架上了。我的心像打着十五只吊桶——七上八下。但是望着比自己矮的同学都如燕子似的跃过去了，这才长舒了一口气。

呦，轮到我了。我竭力让自己镇定下来，可两腿还是不住地发抖。于是，我深吸了一口气，然后奋力向目标去……只听“砰”的一声，竿子落了。脚一歪，我把脚给扭了。我强忍着疼痛抑制住泪水，一拐一拐地走开了。“哈哈”！班上的一些男同学在边上笑我。我暗暗发誓，第二次一定要成功。

还好脚扭得不是很严重，等脚不疼了以后，我决定再上。由于吸取了前一次失败的教训，心里倍添了几份信心，我摆好了架势，起跑，摆臂，加速，用力一跃——这一次总算跃过去了，心里乐滋滋的。

竹竿又一次的`升高了，我又面临着更大的挫折，但此时这根令人望而生畏的竹竿在我心中以减轻了不少的压力，我坚信坚持就是胜利。

第三次冲击开始了，许多人包括不少的男生都节节败退，他们个个都无奈地摇着头。然而这并没有磨灭我高昂的斗志。我定了定神，然后飞速向前冲刺。近了，更近了……“左脚蹬，右脚提，跳”！随着口中的节奏，身子轻盈盈地跃过横竿了。再回头望望，竹竿努力创造条件，平平稳稳地躺在竿架上。“啊，我又一次战胜挫折了，我成功了”！我乐得手舞足蹈。

其实，生活中的挫折不就像这根细长的“竹竿”吗？只要你不畏艰难勇敢地向前跨，那么展现在你眼前的就是胜利。
