Hello everyone!

The topic of my speech is: Learn to control negative emotions.

Assuming you are the person on TV who is being pointed at with a gun. What emotions will you have at that moment? It must be fear. Among many emotions, fear is the least popular among us. We often say, 'I hope life is free from fear from now on.' In fact, fear is not useless. It will help us learn to avoid and turn defeat into victory. The key is whether you can control your emotions.

In addition to fear, we also experience sadness. Sadness makes people feel low and even lifeless. In fact, sadness also has benefits. It can help us learn to experience and think more deeply.

There was an experiment in psychology where two different populations were asked the same thing. A group of people have just experienced happiness, and a group of people have just experienced sadness. As a result, the former's answers were capricious and disorganized. The latter can think calmly and give the most correct answer. So, emotions don't matter whether they are positive or negative, as long as you can control them, you can use them for yourself.

However, in daily life, it is difficult for us to become masters of emotions, and instead, we are often controlled by them. When anger burns, lose your sanity; When the sadness is overwhelming, one becomes deeply depressed. We need to calm down and learn to control our emotions. Only by controlling our emotions can we have a perfect life.

Classmates, we are in adolescence and prone to emotional turmoil. We need to learn to control our emotions. Only in this way can we reach the pinnacle on the path of learning!

In just the four years that you’ve been here at the Farm, things feel like they have taken a sharp turn.

Crisis has tempered optimism. Consequences have challenged idealism. And reality has shaken blind faith.

But so, it seems, is our potential to create them.

That’s what I’m interested in talking about today. Because if I’ve learned one thing, it’s that technology doesn’t change who we are, it magnifies who we are, the good and the bad.

Our problems – in technology, in politics, wherever – are human problems. From the Garden of Eden to today, it’s our humanity that got us into this mess, and it’s our humanity that’s going to have to get us out.

First things first, here’s a plain fact.

Silicon Valley is responsible for some of the most revolutionary inventions in modern history.

From the first oscillator built in the Hewlett-Packard garage to the iPhones that I know you’re holding in your hands.

Social media, shareable video, snaps and stories that connect half the people on Earth. They all trace their roots to Stanford’s backyard.

But lately, it seems, this industry is becoming better known for a less noble innovation: the belief that you can claim credit without accepting responsibility.

My favourite super star is JJ , he has a lovely dimple and his eyes are also very lovely . Now let me tell you the story about JJ .

He enterde the music indestry at the year 2019 , before that year ,he was only a boy who wrote songs for many super stars ,his songs were liked by many people but no one care who was the writer . He was noly hard to write songs because he like music ,he thought music has it soal , if you sing it by heart , it well be lived .

I like a song of him , it's name is CRIES IN A DISTANCE , the song tells us ,nothing is sad if we belive the hope . He has many difficulty , but his song says , cries in a distance , can't stop the tremble , I'm just waiting my turn , hiding will never , save me forever , the guns gonne get me for sure . Dear god I pray why won't you be my friend , come to me and take my hand ,like mama would say everything will be ok.

Now he is not rather a shy singer and performer , the lyrical songs make him mature ,and now he is a man or not a boy .

He is a real super star with many fans ,the improve mark a big step forward confident .
