我从事网页设计已经有几年时间了，在刚刚跨入网页设计领域的时候，就是一个从无到有的学习的过程，每天面对很多的新名词，诸如超级链接，IP，URL等等，就让我好不头疼，不过只有硬着头皮将自己投入到这个陌生的世界里。开始遇到的第一个问题就是从平面设计到网页设计的一个转变，由于平面设计反映的主题一般都比较单一。而网页设计往往是一个整体，所以要用一个整体化的思维来解决问题，这样设计的过程就是一个很苦的过程，一步一步的按照统一的思想来设计，先搜集资料就不是一件省心的事情，因为涉及到选择资料的问题，充分的分析网站的要求，利用已有的一些资料，舍弃无关的，再利用已有的手段找一些自己要的资料。同时也要设法通过设计将它们统一起来，找到它们的调和点。由此设计出网页的基本风格，再到具体的页面的颜色搭配、图片文字的配置、按钮的样式以及编排方式等等问题。由大到小，由粗到细……，当自己独立完成一个网页是尤其该如此，所以这很多繁琐的问题只能用一个字来形容，就是“苦”。不仅如此，还要经历一个反复修改再定稿的过程，从手工绘制草图到在软件中实现，不能很好的实现的，就修改草图，如此反复。或者是多个草图选择最好的来制作，如此种种。在这转变的过程中，不断的找准平面设计和网页设计的现实情况的一个调和点，在两者之间搭起一座桥梁。为此付出了太多的努力。而最初收获是很小的，就是因为软件的限制。网页应用软件严重的约束了自己发挥。对于使用网页的应用软件。我还有一段较为痛苦的经历。照理说我有很多的图形设计应用软件的使用经历。使用网页软件相对会感到一些的轻松。但是同样碰到了很多的问题，记得在当初学习Frontpage98的时候，曾经让我感到很不方便，就是因为我用一般的绘图软件如Photoshop和Corldraw等，在拖动图片或者是文字等都是很随意的，想放到哪个地方都可以，不会像Frontpage里一样采用的是文本编辑的形式，这样就感到很受限制，处处受制。当然就不得不学用表格，这更增添了我痛苦的记忆，特别是表格的控制，由于受到相邻的图片或者文字或者是表格的影响，有时候始终不能达到自己的目的'，再在表格里加表格，这样处在外面的表格就更加不好控制。很多时候不但不能排好，甚至会把屏幕搞的乱七八糟，自己给搞的头脑发胀。好想放弃……可是一旦超越了这个阶段，就会感到一种如飞的制作的快感，在设计出来以后，看两眼就能知道该怎么运用表格或者是其它的方式，采用一些排版的技巧，轻松的完成任务，充满自信的这种感觉是一种快乐的、经历了痛苦的探索之后的成就感。再如图片的使用问题，当初在将图片搬到网页上的时候，尽管可能图片本身处理的很漂亮，但是不得不痛苦的将它用软件压缩、切割，有些很好的细节不得不放弃，那种割舍的感觉记忆犹新。同时那时缺乏像Firework和Imageready等软件，所以对图片的切割和拚装就特别的困难，首先是切割，得利用Photoshop或者是Photoimpact等等，可是这样就特别麻烦。就如Photoshop，要想切割成很多部分虽然可以通过几个办法，但是都要分别做成不同的小文件，通过辅助线，这样对齐就是一个较为烦人的事情，更烦的是在网页软件中的对齐，利用表格来对齐，真是太麻烦了。很多的图片，有时由于一个图片对得不准所有的都会不协调。所以在调那一个图片的时候，真是牵一发而动全身，整个眼看要成为一个完整的页面会由此变得歪歪扭扭。还有由于切割的图片是分成不同的文件，存储的时候就难免会因此压缩比不一样，所以放到网页上有些颜色本来结合的很好的，就会变得有差别。由此种种问题，纠缠在一起，所以在学习的过程中我经历了一个漫长而痛苦的过程，这之间当然是一个段炼的过程，是一个不断积累经验的过程。不断的总结经验，不断的向书本学习，同时我也经常上网到BBS里向网友们学习。使我获益非浅。伴随着网页和绘图的应用软件的升级，以前不能实现的现在由于技术的进步而能够轻松实现，例如DHTML和XML等技术的升级，网页上的很多特效的轻松实现；更为重要的是我的做网页的经验的不断积累，并反馈到新的工作中，我不断的体会到了做网页的快乐。能够在网页排版上轻车熟路的去通过调节以完成自己的目的，加上可以随意的按照自己的爱好或者是根据软件的优缺点来选择网页软件。我就可以更加熟练的摆脱软件的桎梏，更多把精力投入到网页的设计制作中去。以完善自己的设计。能使自己在喜欢的天地里自由的翱翔，是多么令人高兴的事情啊！我发现自己完全喜欢上了这个工作。不仅仅把它看成一项工作，而是看成表达自己的意愿的一种方式，可以将自己的一些设计的理念表达出来。

苦难，是财富还是屈辱?当你战胜了苦难时，它就是你的财富;可当苦难战胜了你时，它就是你的屈辱。

一次聚会，一些堪称成功的实业家、明星谈笑风生，其中就有著名的汽车商约翰·艾顿。

艾顿向他的朋友，后来成为英国首相的丘吉尔回忆起他的过去——他出生在一个偏远小镇，父母早逝，是姐姐帮人洗衣服、干家务，辛苦挣钱将他抚育成人。但姐姐出嫁后，姐夫将他撵到了舅舅家，舅妈更是刻毒，在他读书时，规定每天只能吃一顿饭，还得收拾马厩和剪草坪。刚工作当学徒时，他根本租不起房子，有将近一年多时间是躲在郊外一处废旧的仓库里睡觉。

丘吉尔惊讶地问：“以前怎么没有听你说过这些?”艾顿笑道：“有什么好说的呢?正在受苦或正在摆脱受苦的人是没有权利诉苦的。”

这位曾经在生活中失意、痛苦了很久的汽车商又说：“苦难变成财富是有条件的，这个条件就是：你战胜了苦难并远离苦难不再受苦。只有在这时，苦难才是你值得骄傲的一笔人生财富。别人听着你的苦难时，也不觉得你是在念苦经，只会觉得你意志坚强，值得敬重。但如果你还在苦难之中或没有摆脱苦难的纠缠，你说什么呢?在别人听来，无异于就是请求廉价的怜悯甚至乞讨，这个时候你能说你正在享受苦难，在苦难中锻炼了品质，学会了坚韧吗?别人只会觉得你是在玩精神胜利、自我麻醉。”

艾顿的一席话，使丘吉尔重新修订了他“热爱苦难”的信条。他在自传中这样写道：苦难，是财富还是屈辱?当你战胜了苦难时，它就是你的财富;可当苦难战胜了你时，你就是它的屈辱。

如今的社会已经十分先进，拿以前与现在的生活条件相比，那简直相差十万八千里。也正是因为现在的先进，几乎家家都有各种功能不同的家电，因此大家正处于一种依赖高科技的状态，当然在这寒冷的冬天，取暖器或空调之类的驱寒电器就更不可少了！在以前没有这些产品时，我们的长辈会遵循着自然规律，以自身的坚强去适应各种恶劣的天气，即使冰冻三尺，也会勇敢面对，努力让自己的体能变得更加强壮。而现在这些高科技产品的出现，使人们在寒冷的冬天过度的依赖它们，使之失去了对“冷”的抵抗力，让自身的承受能力变得更加脆弱。

从上面的\'描述中，不禁让我们联想到现在家长对孩子的培养，不也证实了这个道理嘛！因为现在的孩子大多是独生子女，所以父母对孩子当然也过分溺爱，基本上对他们是百依百顺，因此孩子就成为这个家庭中的宠儿。但正是父母对孩子的过份宠爱，在人生道路上过份的参与，让孩子失去原应有的思考及判断能力，使其变得弱不禁风，失去独立性。就如前面人们对“冷”的畏惧一样，过度依赖别的事物，一旦依赖物不存在，就会变得无法适应、无所适从。

“冷’，简单理解单纯只是天气的一种温度反应，但是它从内在却说明了一个深刻的道理：在人生的道路中，不要过度的依赖某些人或某些物，如果你一昧地依靠别人，最终你是无法成长的。凡事尽量依靠自己，才能得到锻炼，学到可贵的知识，健康的成长！

初一作文读后感： 不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹——《鲁宾孙漂流记》有感_

“只有意志坚定的人，勇敢无畏的人，才能得到上帝的眷顾。”初听这话，我觉得挺有道理的，可等我认识了一位杰出的航海家——鲁宾孙后，我对这句话又有了一个不同的全新理解。

罗宾逊孤身一人，无助，却怀着一颗公正无畏的心，永不放弃在岛上生活28年的精神！28年！一个多么今人的数字啊！

谁能在这个荒岛上生活28年！在这期间他找不到一丝“光明”，但是就在这么一个恶劣的环境里，他生活了28年！他是一个多么令人可歌可泣的人啊！

看完后，我掩卷沉思，书中的一幕幕如同电影一般，再次在我脑海里不停地浮现。。。。。。

我仿佛看见了这么一个人：他放弃了本来富裕的生活，厌恶那庸庸碌碌的人生，然而选择了一条需要与死神的生存的挑战，他处境艰难，孤孤单单，却不自暴自弃，种种不幸与困难并没有压垮他的精神和意志，反而让她更奋发向上，使他觉得人生更加具有了很强的挑战性！

鲁宾森独自在岛上生活了28年。如果他换了别人，他会很沮丧的。但是鲁宾逊为什么能战胜自己呢？不沉沦，不放弃呢？这一切这如张海迪说的：

“在人生的道路上，谁都会遇到困难和挫折出现一些消极的想法是很正常的，就看你能不能战胜它。战胜了，你就是英雄，就是生活的强者。”

是啊！谁都希望自己是生活的强者。可是，遇上了困难，又有多少人能够战胜它？但是有多少人把这些消极的想法变成了现实呢？

像罗宾逊一样，我要做生活中的智者，生活中的坚强者，乐观面对每一天，扬起自信的风帆，到达成功的彼岸！
