no other words were needed any more! i started practicing and rehearsing once again, paying special attention to those little things that i used to ignore. as a consequence, my overall performance was quickly elevated to a new high! without much trouble, in another singing contest held months later, i won!

Then the important role is time management which is a vital step on the way to dream. If I make the full use of it, that is to say, what the time really counts is what the end is after its gradual accumulation, it will be easier for me to realize my career dream. During the weekdays every week, I will make out the schedule to remind myself what I need to do next. Step by step, day after day, I will make little progress everyday. At last it wouldn’t be little.

I only have three years to prepare for it in the college which is a good place to learn and develop for me. Now I’m saving up strength to start out. There is a long way to go. I will try my best to achieve the goal.

No one knows what will happen next! Everything is possible, if we work hard. What my future would be like? It is up to me not others.

两千多年前孔子说过：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”意思说，干一件事，知道它，了解它不如爱好它，爱好它不如乐在其中。“好”和“乐”就是愿意学，喜欢学，这就是兴趣。兴趣是的老师，有兴趣才能产生爱好，爱好它就要去实践它，达到乐在其中，有兴趣才会形成学习的主动性和积极性，所以说：兴趣是学习的不竭的动力源泉。只要你在平日的学习中做到课前预习找出重难疑问；积极参与课堂活动，认真思考问题注意归纳，主动发言收集激励因子，那么你学习的兴趣就会更浓厚，你一定会更加喜欢文化课程的学习的。

要想取得好的学习成绩，必须要有良好的学习习惯。习惯是经过重复练习而巩固下来的稳重持久的条件反射和自然需要。建立良好的学习习惯，就会使自己学习感到有序而轻松。良好的学习习惯应是：耳、眼、脑、口、手并用，勤练习、多质疑、勤思考、重归纳、多应用，要注意总结规律性的东西，在学习过程中，要把教师所传授的知识翻译成为自己的特殊语言，并永久记忆在自己的脑海中。另外还要保证每天有一定的自学时间，以便加宽知识面和培养自己再学习能力。

1、课前预习。课前预习是提高听课效果的一个重要策略。课前预习就是每节课前把本次课将要讲授的内容进行预习，初步熟悉课程内容，找到听课和理解的重点、难点、疑点，记下自己的困惑之处、薄弱环节，带着问题进课堂，以期在课堂学习中得以解决。

2、课堂学习。在课堂上要尽可能地跟着老师的思路走，尽可能使自己保持积极的听课状态，对于老师所讲的重点、难点、疑点要认真思考，通过听讲来解决预习时提出的问题，深化对问题的理解；通过听课检查和锻炼自己的思维。并且不要满足于老师的思路，应多思考一下有没有其他的方法或可能。课堂的学习是一个双向交流的过程：一方面老师讲你听，另一方面通过把你的反应反馈给老师，使老师知道自己所讲的内容是否被你理解。因此你要积极地思考，认真地回答老师提出的问题，勇于发表自己的观点和看法，使老师了解你现有的思维水平。要认真做好听课笔记，记下课文的要点、重点、难点，老师的'解释、提示和见解，自己的疑问和理解。俗话说“好记性不如烂笔头”，再灵敏的脑袋也无法抗拒时间的消磨。做笔记是一种很好的辅助学习法，它可以帮助你克服大脑记忆的限制，提示你回忆课堂教学内容。但是做笔记不能成为对教师内容的机械复制，它同时是一个思考的过程。做笔记一定要取舍得当，详略适中，重点是老师提示的重点和自己不会的难点。记笔记的过程必须科学分配自己的注意力，针对科目的难易有所侧重：对于较难的科目，可以50％的时间听讲，50％的时间记笔记；对更注重灵活性和创造性的科目，90％的时间听讲，10％的时间记下提纲就足够了。笔记必须要做到层次分明，一目了然，才更有价值。

3、课后复习。及时对听课内容进行复习，进行积极的回忆和必要的重新学习，以加深对学习内容的总体理解，减少遗忘。而且，遗忘的进程是不均衡的，刚开始遗忘得较多、较快，以后遗忘得较少。根据遗忘发生的规律，可以采取适当的复习策略来克服遗忘，即在遗忘尚未产生之前，通过复习来避免遗忘，所以，在复习时要注意复习的时间安排。

4、杜绝偏科。偏科是学习中的禁忌，所以我建议出现偏科情况的同学应该及早把精力投入不大理想的科目当中，到了初二这个关头，逼也要逼自己去尝试与接受，或许也能道出别有一番的滋味，也试着学得澎湃，如果因为一句“没兴趣”就搁在一边让它们自由泛滥，结果还是个悲剧。学习这一过程，就是要尽量减少悲剧的发生。

5、注重笔记。认真利用好课堂上的45分钟，好过课后花无数的时间去弥补，而笔记正是课堂上的精髓，因此，如何做好笔记也是关键的一点。例如英语，上英语课我会做到手中不离笔，黑板上的笔记固然需要认真记下，但是，我也会注重老师讲课时的一些不被注意到的细节，细节决定成败，认真听老师说的每一句话，里面也蕴含了很多知识，做到老师边讲我边记，因此我的笔记本总会比别人厚一些。不管文科理科，只有积累得越多，运用起来才能得心应手，因此，注重笔记，注重细节。

6、学会冷静。初二，是最关键拼搏的一年，决定命运的一年，面对困惑，面对疲惫，面对暂时的失败，我们一定要做到冷静冷静再冷静，禁止浮躁，禁止埋怨。在我们身边就有很多例子，如：做试卷做着做着无端端把试卷卷成一团——只因遇到不懂的题目；考试做题时因为一小题卡住却放弃了后面的大题，最后也许会丢了西瓜连芝麻也捡不上；小考大考时因某科考砸了而导致后面的科目全完蛋了，还是一个悲剧啊!无数的事实证明，冷静，很重要！特别是理科方面的问题，心急吃不了热豆腐，一急躁大脑必定短路，学会调节自己的心情与情绪，沉着、冷静、从容。

这个学期又过半了，距离期终考试的时间又缩短了二分之一，而我们紧握手中二分之三的时间，是让它们白白流逝，还是要为中考奋斗，为中考的胜利埋下深根，我相信大家都会选择后者。十一班励志名言：今天很残酷，明天很残酷，后天很美好，而大多数人就死在明天晚上，看不到后天早上的太阳，但是我相信，只要我们能持之以恒，踏踏实实把握好剩下的时间，绝对不会死在明天晚上，而是能亲手触摸后天的太阳带来的力量，后天会更好！为自己的梦想奋斗，时间证明自己，智商不是一切，努力才是一切，用成绩证明一切，我们的未来不是梦！加油！

一、正确的时间做正确的事。

学校针对我们的生活学习规律，安排了各个时段的任务，那么我们就应该根据安排完成任务。例如早读和晚听，对于我们来说格外重要，不仅是读书的好时段，同时也是锻炼口语听力的机会，但有少数同学在早读晚听时又想写作业，又怕值日班长检查，结果一事无成。晚自习是学生独立完成作业复习预习的好机会，我们的作业量并不大，基础好的同学都能剩余半小时以上来查漏补缺，很多完不成作业的同学大多都颠倒了顺序，他们先看看课外书，发发呆，等到第二节晚自习再来赶作业，其效果可想而知。我晚自习做作业一般是先易后难，以高效率完成大部分作业，再钻研有难度的问题，全部完成后再检查一遍，最后再读一些好书，这样既巩固了白天老师的课堂知识，又扩大了知识面，课内课外两不误啊。

二、充分利用课堂

套用一句谚语“课堂一分钟，课下十年功”，简单说就是课堂你丢掉了一分钟，课下你需要花大量的时间来弥补。我看过许多优秀的“考神”的经验介绍，最醒目的文字就是：“某某某从不上课外辅导班”“某某某在课余还喜欢研究什么或是参与什么活动”，周围的同学都奇怪他们怎么那么聪明啊?啥事也没落下怎么仍然考那么高啊？我以为，是因为他们抓住了课堂。

我习惯于高度关注老师的动向，每位老师都有自己的教学方法，也有个人之魅力所在，有的老师是风趣幽默，使大家感到轻松愉快，但在开心的同时，千万别漏掉重要的知识点，的方式是记录和勾画，但是重在掌握老师传授的方法并能够举一反三，这样你才能以不变应万变。当然不一定所有的科目都是我们感兴趣的，防止走神的办法是举手发言，发言不但能锻炼自己的胆量，更能让自己的思维跟上课堂，让自己的精力高度集中。尤其是经过认真思考的发言更是一份宝贵的财富。

三、重视每一门课

相信每一位名列前茅的同学都深有感触，任何一科的失误都会影响整体成绩，这叫“一棋不胜满盘皆输”。生物、地理、历史、政治四门所谓的副科经常被我们的同学打入冷宫，久而久之，你不但副科没学好，主课也学不好了，因为所有门课的学习所需要的学习态度都是一样的，而且各门课的知识是相通的，比如我们语文的古文学习就需要学生熟悉历史知识来了解写作背景，而我们的生物地理又常放在古诗中来考察。

四、多牵老师的手

说到向老师请教，部分同学是望而却步，还有部分同学是根本就没有这个习惯。对于前者我觉得你完全可以放开胆子去问，因为我们学校的老师跟学生之间非常平等，你去问问题老师是求之不得，而且在问题的同时老师还会和你交流一些其他方面的问题，这样既解了惑，又加深了我们师生之间的感情，何乐而不为呢？对于那些还未养成问问题习惯的同学，请你下定决心迈开第一步，好的习惯的培养总是很艰难的，相信你有了第一次就有第二次，等到你把问老师问题当成生活中不可缺的一部分时，你就成功了！

尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家上午好!

我叫徐鲁荔，是英才上一届的毕业生，现就读于华英学校。很荣幸我能在这里向大家交流我的学习方法，也希望我的方法能对你们有所启发，有所裨益

距离华英及其他学校的招生考试只有半个月的时间了，同学们应抓紧这半个月的时间好好复习。在此，我提出以下几条复习建议：

一，总体复习，全面了解。同学们应将平时上课所做的笔记全部翻看一遍。回顾一下老师们所讲的大致内容，并将这些知识熟记于心，在脑海中形成初步的知识框架。

二，细化复习，掌握重难点。同学们应认真阅读教材，找出知识点加以归纳，整理，并将复习的难点、重点、知识点编写成复习提纲，按复习提纲把这些知识进行阅读、理解、记忆、扎扎实实地将每一个知识点掌握，争取做到不该错的一个不错，尽量不要在考试中留下遗憾。

三，查漏补缺，以防万一。同学们可以多翻看自己以前所做过的.试卷，不要总是一味地做题，应多“看”题，看看自己以前的那些错题，分析错误的原因，并加以改正。尽量避免出现一些同样的错误。

四，模拟考试，提高技能。俗话说：“是骡子是马牵出来遛遛”，模拟训练就是很有价值的“遛遛”，我们可以将测试当成考试，这样有利于我们提高心理素质，使你心平气和，沉着稳重地面对考试，不会在正式考试中手忙脚乱。同时也可以提高我们做题的速度，有利于书写的工整。

当然，最重要的还是考试心态。记得去年考试之前，我曾有几次测验只得了70多分，当时我十分沮丧。丧失了对自己的信心。我们肖老师和唐老师鼓励我，使我重拾信心，如今想起来，其实考试并不恐怖，只要调整好心态，就没有什么可怕。不仅如此，在考试时还应沉着冷静，无论题目简单与否，都应认真、仔细地对待，不可马虎。

或许此时大家会觉得压力很大，有些喘不过气来，其实你们不用这么紧张，只要你们能够相信自己，在考试中发挥出自己最真实的水平，这就行了。与此同时，同学们也可以稍稍放松一下，做些运动、听些音乐，也是大有所益的。

最后，祝同学们在升学考试中考出优异成绩，华英学校的大门永远为你们而敞开!

Entrusted by the first group of schoolmates the topic of my speech is Necessity for lifelong learning.

About lifelong learning there is the famous proverb in Chinese: never too old to learn. Confucius the famous educator in ancient China also said: if I learn the Classical literature Yi from the age of 50 I would never make so many mistakes.

To sum up Necessity of lifelong learning is mainly based on the following reasons: First of all the knowledge of modern society changes so quickly if not to learn new knowledge in time you will soon fall behind the times. For example using the mobile Internet technology we can using a mobile phone to book a taxi pay various fees buy all kinds of goods etc. if a person may not grasp the knowledge especially senior people they will not use the convenience brought by Internet.

Secondly diligent in thinking can effectively prevent the occurrence of Alzheimers disease. This conclusion has been verified in medicine. Finally a person who maintains the habit of lifelong learning can have a stronger advantage in occupation choice. This is not only good for the person but also for the country and the society. Some people complain that they have too much work and have no time to read a book usually. But In fact lifelong learning is not only reading or having a class we can browse the web read e-books receiving distance courses through the Internet conveniently. We can learn not only knowledge but also skills.

Age cannot be a barrier to our lifelong learning. Chu Shijian once the king of Chinas tobacco industry had suffered a great setback before retirement. He was even put into prison. But at the age of 75 he began to study orange planting technology seriously and finally have a huge success in this area ten years late. Harland Sandoz of America began learning the fast-food lethal at his age of 83. When he was 88 years old his fast food chain often Kentucky had distributed each corner of the world.

Therefore lifelong learning is never too late to start lets start our plan today. Thank you.
