It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. They are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.

I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.

Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.

I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

guangdong is privileged to have such a beautiful landscape, with hundreds of historical sites and places of great interest to local people and foreigners alike. our capital city, guangzhou, is also known as "the city of flowers". everywhere you look you will see flourishing plants and blossoming flowers overflowing with vigor.

the people of guagdong are very friendly to visitors from anywhere. whoever you are and wherever you come from, guangdong people will greet you with the only language---guangdong dialect.

guangdong is also known as the chinese capital of delicious food. there is an old saying that "the only best delicacies are in guangdong.” food from this province is internationally famous. its variety of tastes, shapes and colors can satisfy even the most refined palette. i'm sure, the moment you seat yourself at a cantonese banquet, your appetite will naturally become keen and eager to taste all the numerous delicacies of the region. here are but a few i will mention in passing: steamed fish in ginger sauce, seasoned chicken, drunken shrimp, dance fish balls, fried jellyfish, roast suckling pig or duck, braised crispy chicken or squab, shark fin soup, moon cakes, refreshments and desert, and so many more. my mouth is watering just at the sound of these wonderful dishes.

i would like you all to know that there is truly nowhere in the world i would rather live and i invite you all to come discover the hidden treasures of my hometown. i would be glad to serve as your personal guide.

我演讲的题目是《做个幸福的教师》。

幸福是当下人们讨论最多的一个问题之一，作为教师的我们，幸福是什么呢?幸福在哪里呢?

30年前，“家有五斗粮，不做孩子王”，30年后的今天，随着祖国的繁荣富强，随着教育事业的蒸蒸日上，教师社会价值和社会地位都大大提高，教师是一个幸福的职业。然而，根据人民网教育频道去年9月份的调查显示，认为自己生活和工作幸福的教师不到两成，近六成教师认为还过得去，近三成教师认为自己不是很幸福。

每天的讲解说教，让我们的喉咙提早衰老;每天高高的作业本，让我们的眼睛布满血丝;每天繁重的课务，让我们回家后没精神去搭理自己的孩子。

作为教师的幸福感在疲惫的身躯和不堪的重负中渐渐迷失了……

失落撩人回忆。

20xx年，我毕业后，便回家乡任教了，当时19岁。19岁，自己的生命还未完全成熟，即将开始培育另一群生命了。

还曾记得，我被分配到了乡里最偏僻的小山村任教，学校只有几间年久失修的破房子，全班共有13个孩子，其中就有4个孩子的父母离异，而剩下的9个孩子当中，也有3个跟着爷爷奶奶生活，爸爸妈妈外出打工，一年也回不了几次家。知道了这样的情况时，我也终于明白了孩子们脸上为什么终日不见笑容。这么小的年纪，他们要承受多少思念之苦，我不得而知，只是暗暗地告诫自己:我是一位老师，同时也是每一个孩子的妈妈。于是，我想方设法地带领他们享受童年的快乐。春暖花开之时，我带着他们到村后的大山里野炊，我们师生亲自动手烧饭，采集植物标本，围坐在一起，有调皮的孩子采了野花插在我的头上，说:“老师真像一个花仙子”，逗乐了所有的人，我也美美的享受在其中。冬天到了，下过大雪之后，我们师生一起到村里的农场里滑雪，村子上空到处荡漾着孩子们的欢声笑语……我庆幸自己成为了一名教师，一名农村女教师，有幸给山村留守儿童的生活增添了一抹色彩。同时，我也收获着幸福，过教师节了，孩子们亲自做贺卡送给我，上面写满了他们对我的美好祝福;不知何时，不知是谁悄悄地把一包苹果放在了教室的门口……这样的事情讲也讲不完。

而如今，经过十年时间的磨练，我已走向成熟，我用成熟的生命去培育成长的生命，我的生命之中融入了另一群生命。

突然间，我感受到了幸福原来就在这里。幸福写在学生认真的作业本上，幸福喊在孩子们童稚的问候中，幸福盛开在家长感激的笑容里，幸福绽放在领导赞许的目光中。

最后与大家共享一篇寓言故事:

小猪问妈妈:妈妈，幸福在哪里啊?妈妈说:幸福就在你的尾巴上。

于是，小猪试着咬自己的尾巴，可是无论她怎么努力还是咬不到，小猪十分懊恼:妈妈，为什么我总抓不住幸福呢?妈妈笑着说:孩子，只要你往前走，幸福就会一直跟着你的……

So it's 1995, I'm in college, and a friend and I go on a road trip from Providence, Rhode Island to Portland, Oregon.

And you know, we're young and unemployed, so we do the whole thing on back roads through state parks and national forests -- basically the longest route we can possibly take.

And somewhere in the middle of South Dakota, I turn to my friend and I ask her a question that's been bothering me for 2,000 miles.

(Laughter) And I'm like, "You know, all the signs we keep seeing with the Chinese character on them."

She just stares at me for a few moments, and then she cracks up, because she figures out what I'm talking about.

(Laughter) I've spent the last five years of my life thinking about situations exactly like this -- why we sometimes misunderstand the signs around us,

This might strike you as a strange career move, but it actually has one great advantage: no job competition.

And the thing is, the present tense is where we live.

So effectively, we all kind of wind up traveling through life, trapped in this little bubble of feeling very right about everything.

I think this is a problem.

I think it's a problem for each of us as individuals, in our personal and professional lives, and I think it's a problem for all of us collectively as a culture.

So what I want to do today is, first of all, talk about why we get stuck inside this feeling of being right.

And finally, I want to convince you that it is possible to step outside of that feeling, and that, if you can do so, it is the single greatest

So why do we get stuck in this feeling of being right?

So let me ask you guys something -- or actually, let me ask you guys something, because you're right here: How does it feel -- emotionally --

how does it feel to be wrong?

Dreadful. Thumbs down.

Embarrassing. Okay, wonderful, good.

Dreadful, thumbs down, embarrassing -- thank you, these are great answers, but they're answers to a different question.

You guys are answering the question: How does it feel to realize you're wrong?

(Laughter) Realizing you're wrong can feel like all of that and a lot of other things, right?

I mean it can be devastating, it can be revelatory, it can actually be quite funny, like my stupid Chinese character mistake.

But just being wrong doesn't feel like anything.

I'll give you an analogy.

Do you remember that Loony Tunes cartoon where there's this pathetic coyote who's always chasing and never catching a roadrunner?

In pretty much every episode of this cartoon, there's a moment where the coyote is chasing the roadrunner and the roadrunner runs off a cliff,

which is fine, he's a bird, he can fly.

反正牠是鸟，牠可以飞

But the thing is, the coyote runs off the cliff right after him.

And what's funny -- at least if you're six years old -- is that the coyote's totally fine too.

He just keeps running -- right up until the moment that he looks down and realizes that he's in mid-air.

That's when he falls.

When we're wrong about something -- not when we realize it, but before that -- we're like that coyote after he's gone off the cliff and before he looks down.

You know, we're already wrong, we're already in trouble, but we feel like we're on solid ground.

So I should actually correct something I said a moment ago.

It does feel like something to be wrong; it feels like being right.

(Laughter) So this is one reason, a structural reason, why we get stuck inside this feeling of rightness.

I call this error blindness.

Most of the time, we don't have any kind of internal cue to let us know that we're wrong about something, until it's too late.

But there's a second reason that we get stuck inside this feeling as well -- and this one is cultural.

但还有第二个理由 文化性的理由

Think back for a moment to elementary school.

回想小学时代

You're sitting there in class, and your teacher is handing back quiz papers, and one of them looks like this.

你坐在课堂里 你的老师发回小考考卷 像这样的小考考卷

This is not mine, by the way.

(Laughter) So there you are in grade school, and you know exactly what to think about the kid who got this paper.

It's the dumb kid, the troublemaker, the one who never does his homework.

So by the time you are nine years old, you've already learned, first of all, that people who get stuff wrong are lazy, irresponsible dimwits --

and second of all, that the way to succeed in life is to never make any mistakes.

第二 想要在人生中成功 就不要犯错

We learn these really bad lessons really well.

And a lot of us -- and I suspect, especially a lot of us in this room -- deal with them by just becoming perfect little A students,

perfectionists, over-achievers.

Right, Mr. CFO, astrophysicist, ultra-marathoner?

Okay, so fine.

Except that then we freak out at the possibility that we've gotten something wrong.

Because according to this, getting something wrong means there's something wrong with us.

So we just insist that we're right, because it makes us feel smart and responsible and virtuous and safe.

So let me tell you a story.

让我告诉你们一个故事

A couple of years ago, a woman comes into Beth Israel Deaconess medical center for a surgery.

几年前 一个女人到 Beth Israel Deaconess 诊所做手术

Beth Israel's in Boston.

Beth Israel 在波士顿

It's the teaching hospital for Harvard -- one of the best hospitals in the country.

是哈佛大学的教学附属医院 全国数一数二的医疗中心

So this woman comes in and she's taken into the operating room.

She's anesthetized, the surgeon does his thing -- stitches her back up, sends her out to the recovery room.

Everything seems to have gone fine.

And she wakes up, and she looks down at herself, and she says, "Why is the wrong side of my body in bandages?"

Well the wrong side of her body is in bandages because the surgeon has performed a major operation on her left leg instead of her right one.

When the vice president for health care quality at Beth Israel spoke about this incident, he said something very interesting.

当副院长出来为医院的医疗质量 和这次意外做出解释时 他说了句很有趣的话

He said, "For whatever reason, the surgeon simply felt that he was on the correct side of the patient."

他说“无论如何 这位外科医生感觉 他开下的刀是在正确的一侧”

(Laughter) The point of this story is that trusting too much in the feeling of being on the correct side of anything can be very dangerous.

This internal sense of rightness that we all experience so often is not a reliable guide to what is actually going on in the external world.

And when we act like it is, and we stop entertaining the possibility that we could be wrong, well that's when we end up doing things

So this is a huge practical problem.

But it's also a huge social problem.

Think for a moment about what it means to feel right.

It means that you think that your beliefs just perfectly reflect reality.

这代表着你认为你的信念 和真实是一致的

And when you feel that way, you've got a problem to solve, which is, how are you going to explain all of those people who disagree with you?

当你有这种感觉的时候 你的问题就大了 因为如果你是对的 为甚么还有人和你持不同意见?

It turns out, most of us explain those people the same way, by resorting to a series of unfortunate assumptions.

The first thing we usually do when someone disagrees with us is we just assume they're ignorant.

第一是当他人不同意我们的说法 我们便觉得他们无知

They don't have access to the same information that we do, and when we generously share that information with them, they're going to see the light and come on over to our team.

他们不像我们懂得这么多 当我们慷慨地和他们分享我们的知识 他们便会理解，并加入我们的行列

When that doesn't work, when it turns out those people have all the same facts that we do and they still disagree with us, then we move on to a second assumption,

which is that they're idiots.

(Laughter) They have all the right pieces of the puzzle, and they are too moronic to put them together correctly.

And when that doesn't work, when it turns out that people who disagree with us have all the same facts we do and are actually pretty smart,

then we move on to a third assumption: they know the truth, and they are deliberately distorting it for their own malevolent purposes.

So this is a catastrophe.

This attachment to our own rightness keeps us from preventing mistakes when we absolutely need to and causes us to treat each other terribly.

104.But to me, what's most baffling and most tragic about this is that it misses the whole point of being human.

It's like we want to imagine that our minds are just these perfectly translucent windows and we just gaze out of them and describe the world as it unfolds.

电视是个好东西。它把各种资讯，以实时、形象、动态的方式呈现，还提供了许多知识、娱乐、影剧。但是，过度商业化和不受制约的我国电视节目，光怪陆离无所不有，先别说有些节目对孩子的身心有害，就算是健康的、为儿童提供的节目，儿童独自观看，没有家长和他交流，必然无法激发他对眼前收看的内容进行思考，这样即使知识增加，智慧却没有提升。看电视和平面阅读的最大不同在于：电视的直观影像、炫目的光色和刺激性或感性的音响，通过感官直接传达、直接接受，结果是遏制了收看者的想像空间。不像阅读，可以激发人的想像和思考，通过对语言和它所传达的思想的再三咀嚼、理解、思考、领悟，从而提高智慧、加强记忆力和语言表达能力。这些能力对于孩子的学习与成长十分重要。

我的意思并不是说不让孩子看电视，而是家长必须付出一些时间和心思，帮孩子选择一些适合的节目，然后一同观看，并针对节目内容展开讨论。在这同时，更要花些时间和孩子一同阅读。如果你说：“我没时间啊!”那么，是不是允许我也说一句：那你干嘛要拥有“父母”这个神圣的身份?

2、电脑游戏扼杀了孩子的美好心灵和成长空间

和电视不同，电玩既不传达资讯，也不提供故事性的影视，纯粹是“玩”。“玩”是儿童的天性，玩游戏就是幼儿的生活，也是幼儿的学习。但是“电玩”的“玩”，只能说是消遣，而玩的后果，却是浪费了宝贵的时间，破坏了学习。

请别告诉我说：“在电玩中攻克一道道难关，可以提高机智，训练胆识啊!”拜托!这是电玩开发商的广告词，不该由家长来说。

另一种说法：电玩会削弱儿童的潜能，而越早沉迷电玩的儿童，问题越发严重。由于前额叶机能降低，使到人的理性、道德心及羞耻心缺失，于是所作所为全凭直觉，这也就是美国以及一些国家采用电玩来训练军人，削弱军人的理性和同理心，这样才会在战场上不问是非黑白展开杀戮。

不过，我的意思也不是让孩子脱离现实，目前电玩风气弥漫，各种游戏机无处不在，不让孩子接触，更容易引起他们的好奇。家长可以和孩子一同尝试，但应浅尝辄止，让孩子体验一下，然后迅速地将兴趣引向窥探大自然的奥秘或科幻世界，让他们找到更有意义，更有想象空间的兴趣活动，这样就不必再担心陷入电玩世界了。

3、电脑是很好的学习工具，但使用不当也成大害

电脑有和游戏机有一样的功能――游戏;也有和手机一样的功能――聊天。这就使它成为一个多面体：它能够给孩子们带来百利的同时，也能带来不止是一害。孩子们好奇、好玩、好谈天，结果，沉迷于电脑游戏和浪费时间在网络聊天的孩子越来越多。

由于电脑游戏的步调很快，你根本没有思考的时间，必须立刻作出反应，于是玩电脑游戏的时候，总是在焦虑、躁动的心情下作出本能的反应。这个结果和游戏机相同，不必再说。而电脑上的网络聊天，糟糕后果并不亚于电脑游戏。因为不是面对面，也因为聊天的人并不一定认识，音频聊天可以胡说八道，文字聊天则除了胡说八道以外，还因为技术上的问题，键盘打字断断续续，匆忙之间也不计较文句结构。结果是语文水平越来越低落、心理素质越来越差、学习兴趣越来越淡薄。

4、手机是很好的通讯工具，但这和孩子的生活何干?

家长给孩子买手机的理由很充分：“随时可以掌握孩子的去向，知道他在干什么。”我相信每个家长都知道这话是自己在骗自己，当不得真的。或者说：“我有重要的事情时，可以通知他。”这话更是离谱。送孩子上学，不就是为了让他获得一个不受干扰的学习环境，让他可以专心学习吗?给孩子带个手机，随时可以干扰他的学习?还让他的朋友无时无刻都给他干扰?还有，他可以一直都在关注手机，接受和发短讯，使他上课心不在焉，闹成了“注意力不集中”;更进一步，他可以上网，浏览不健康视频或图像。不说了，只想奉劝给孩子配手机的家长，不需要找个好听的借口来扼杀自己的孩子。你要真有十分紧急的事情必须立刻通知孩子，还是像以前的家长那样，打电话到学校，让校长、班主任老师替你转达。

二、教育孩子是学校的责任，同样也是家长的责任。

我们不提倡班主任事事随便叫家长，我们也不赞成家长把孩子送到学校依赖学校什么都不管，甚至出了事找不到家长，教育孩子不能仅靠学校。教育孩子是学校和家长的共同责任。

第一，市场经济条件下，我们需要的是有个性、有创新意识的人才，家长在孩子的个性发展和人格培养等方面起着十分重要的作用，家长在这方面的影响也是学校无法取代的。在市场经济环境下，当家长的要关注孩子成长的每一个环节，尤其是孩子个性的培养，以及创新思维的开发。

第二，社会上的各种不良风气无时无刻不在侵蚀着我们的孩子，光靠老师不能保证每个孩子都免遭不良风气的影响。在市场经济环境下，家长如果还是按照计划经济时代的观念，认为孩子养大就行了，把教育孩子的全部责任交给学校，这是肯定不行的。

孩子是否成功，关键是家长、学校、社会的共同配合。但是，社会环境的好坏，你是把握不了的;你唯一能把握的就是你自己。只要你的教育方法好，你孩子无论遇到什么样的困难都不会出问题。一句话，家长不能老抱着过去的观念，要主动承担起对孩子的教育责任。

三、要乐于跟学校沟通，学会跟孩子沟通。

家长要和学校及班主任建立联系方式，子女在校有什么情况班主任能及时和家长取得联系。现实社会中，由于家长工作忙，有很多家长不太重视孩子的学习，没时间陪孩子;有的家长说他办企业做生意没时间来开家长会-----，我告诉大家，干工作、做生意是为国家作贡献，把孩子培养成人同样是为党和国家作贡献!打工、经商是挣大钱，把孩子培养好了，一样是挣钱!你挣钱再多，孩子没人管学坏了，你照样快乐不起来!当然，今天来的家长，至少是合格的家长，你们将来还有可能成为优秀家长。

因此作为家长，要经常跟学校及老师沟通，尽到家长应尽的责任和义务。

四、家长还要培养好与孩子的感情，学会跟孩子沟通。

今天的父母面对孩子有些心急气燥，孩子考试没考好，批评训斥;孩子有了点成绩或考上了好的学校，就给予重赏。把成绩与奖赏挂钩。自己未能实现的愿望，一味地要求、强迫孩子实现，不尊重孩子，这是对孩子心灵的一种摧残，导致了许多悲剧的发生。走进孩子的内心，真心跟孩子沟通，比说教打骂要强一百倍。

五、努力成为一名智慧型的父母

“生活在批评、指责中的孩子，吹毛求疵、尖酸刻薄;生活在敌意、愤怒中的孩子，性格暴躁、争斗不和;生活在嘲笑、奚落中的孩子，缩头缩脑、自卑、怯懦;生活在耻辱、羞愧中的孩子，没有自尊、深感罪恶。”

有多少孩子到了初中阶段上网、玩游戏、谈恋爱、沉迷其中，不能自拔，成绩一落千丈，这是孩子长到这个年龄段好奇心造成的。这个年龄段自制能力差，逆反心理强，容易与老师、家长形成对立心理。我们必须重视家庭教育，给孩子以温馨、和谐、平等的家庭环境。

今天家长会的主题，一是和家长同志们汇报一下我们近8个月以来的工作情况。二是和家长们探讨今后学生的教育问题。

首先向各位汇报本班几个方面的情况：

1学生基本情况2教师基本情况3教学工作情况才入学即对学生进行良好行为习惯养成教育，请长沙武警部队的战士给同学们进行了八天军训，通过教育，学生进入了状态，自习课保持安静已经成为常规。课间不见不良追逐打闹现象，恶劣行为如打架斗殴、偷盗别人东西、谈情说爱的现象更是没有。全班73个同学没有一个受校纪处分的，通过纪律上的整顿，班上有了良好的风气，也形成了相互理解相互尊重的融洽的师生关系，给我们的教学工作提供了良好环境。营造一个良好的氛围对班级建设至关重要，这不仅需要同学们之间的互相尊重共同奋斗，还需要师生之间的相互理解，更需要家庭与学校之间的紧密联系。

让我们共同努力，共同奋斗!

高一是学生学习的一个转折点，有八门主要学科，文理兼修，学生的学习负担相当重，很多同学在作文里写到，比起高中的学习任务，初三根本算不了什么。因为任务重，要求高，我们的学生一开始可能有些吃不消，我们每一位教师也都深知责任重大，都在千方百计把教育学生的工作干好，我是一有空就往教室跑，甚至每个课间都要到教室看看，一天除了到宿舍睡了那一觉，其他时间都在办公室。任课老师利用课余辅导学生，晚上也是要同学们下了晚自习才下班，很多时候同学们就寝了，老师们还没下班，师生形成了团结向上、合作奋斗的氛围。各位家长，说句心里话，我感觉我们的学生遇到这么一批又积极努力工作又有合作精神的教师是很难得的，我们的学生将来毕业了，不管升入哪一级的学校，若干年以后，都会对他们现在的教师的教育水平和工作热情表示怀念，这也将成为我们每个师生一生中的一段美好经历。所以我代表249班全体教师请家长们放心，教师有能力有信心能够把我们的教学工作做得更好，使学生的学习不断取得进步。

家长们都要做的事就是要和我们的教师在教育孩子方面，共同合作，让孩子有个好的学习环境，使之成人成才，将来有所作为。我这里特别把成人摆在首位，也想就这点作些强调。当代知名的教育家魏书生他有个观点，他说教师的职责是育人教书，而不是通常所说的教书育人，育好了人，学生有了正确的人生观世界观，书才会越读越有用，也才会形成持久的动力，才会越读越有劲。只管教书不管育人酿成的苦果实在太多了：马加爵留给社会的思索太深了，20xx年浙江连续发生高中生弑亲案，引得特别发表关于教育问题的谈话。很值得高兴的是，由于在座各位的家教好，我们249班73名同学的思想好，素质高，我们的教师也非常有信心、有能力把这一班学生管理好教育好。

下面我介绍一下近8个月来在学习中表现突出的学生及其学习情况：多媒体显示----(略)----可以说在学习上，每个同学都是平等的，关键是学生学不学的问题，任何一个同学只要想学习好，都能成功，学生学不学的关键在于他们对待学习的态度，爱不爱学习，思想上能不能完全集中，精力能不能全部投入到学习中去。

尊敬的各位家长：

子女的家庭教育已经越来越成为千家万户共同关心的话题。20xx年我们湖南高考语文作文题就是家庭教育的话题，而往往我们当中有很多家长认为，孩子上了学，吃穿问题由家长解决，而教育问题全部由教师去管。这种观点是不对的，您想，同样一个教师在同样一个班级上课，为什么有的学生学习成绩好，而有的学生学习成绩差一些呢?家长的引导很关键。 家长要多一些时间和耐心去和孩子交流。孩子并不仅仅满足家长物质上的给与，学生最需要的是和家长的真诚交流。

一个学生学习的动力往往来源于家长的期望与鼓励，家长要经常性的了解学生的学习情况、在学校表现情况，在此基础上和学生共同制订实事求是的学习目标。我发现学生自己定的目标都很高，第一期开学调查发现：大家的目标都是考取重点大学，这让我高兴也使我有点担心，目标太高，拼搏后如屡屡达不到，就会给自己沉重的压力，这就会适得其反。所以我们一定要科学定位，坚持跳一跳摘到桃子的原则。

三、要给孩子创造一个良好的学习环境。

家长对教育的投资是最明智的投资，是回报率最高的投资，所以我认为家长同志应该和孩子共同努力，把精力更多的投入到关心孩子的学习中去，把孩子培养好。

可能家长要问，你让我们更多的关心孩子，但我们不缺他的吃穿，学习上我们又使不上劲这不是为难我们么?我说不是这样，学生的学业除了智力因素外，非智力因素更重要，环境造就人也作践人，我们家校合作，创造一流的成长环境。

四、在学生的学习方面多与教师进行交流。

家长了解学生的学习情况往往不如教师了解得多，何况不排除有的学生向家长汇报假情报，不说真话。所以要想家庭和学校双方面共同对孩子的教育有所促进，家长同志们就要更多的和我们的教师进行交流。其实家长和教师进行交流的方法很多，可以和教师通过电话进行联系。每次考试完后，我们都会找学生个别谈谈心。如果您跟我交流了，我肯定要把您孩子找来谈谈话，进一步用您的话勉励他一下，家长和教师进行的文字(可发邮件，我的邮箱是：)或口头交流会直接影响孩子的学习积极性。

五、不要过分娇惯孩子。

我觉得过于娇惯孩子怕孩子吃苦，这是现在家长的共性。但您有没有想过，这样孩子眼前确实是不吃苦，不受累，不缺钱花，可是孩子缺少与困难抗争的经验和能力，将来遇到困难怎么办?面对竟争激烈的现代社会，没有吃苦精神的人将来能在社会中站稳脚跟吗?所以对孩子的零用钱家长要有所控制。

我们以前的家庭教育环境是“面”的问题，现在是“点”的层次，面上有兄弟姐妹的比较，点上就只有与别人家的孩子的比较，这不引导会很危险。

家长同志们，我们的目标是统一的，我们的任务是一致的，愿我们相互合作，把我们的学生，您的孩子，培养成学习勤奋，品质优良的优秀人才，为将来学生的升大学、就好业、乃至整个人生的发展打下坚实的良好的基础。

希望家长同志们对于学校的工作、对于我们的教师的教学多提宝贵的意见和建议。
