Every one has his own dream.When I was a little kid ,my dream was even to have a candy shop of my own .But now ,when I am 16 years old ,standing here ,my dreams have already changed a lot.

I have got quite different experience from other girls.While they were playing toys at home,while they were dreaming to be the princesses in the story .I was running in the hard rain,jumping in the heavy snow,pitching in the strong wind.Nothing could stop me ,because of a wonderful call from my heart -- to be an athlete.Yeah ,of course ,I'm an athlete,I'm so proud of that all the time .

When I was 10 years old ,I became a shot-put athlete.The training was really hard ,I couldn't bear the heavy shot in my hands .But I always believe that "god only help those who help themselves".During those hard days,I find I was growing more quickly than others of the same age.To be an athlete is my most correct choice.But,I quit my team after entering high school because of a silly excuse.I really didn't want to stop my sports career anyway.

Today I say to you my friends that even though I must face the difficulties of yesterday ,today and tomorrow .I still have a dream .It is a dream deeply rooted in my soul.

I have a dream that one day ,I can run,jump and pitch just like I used to be.

I have a dream that one day , I can go back to my dream sports and join the national team.

I have a dream that one day ,I can stand on the highest place at the olympic games.With all the cameras pointing at me.I will tell everyone that I'm so proud to be a Chinese athlete!

This is my hope .This is the faith that I continue my steps with!!!

With this faith ,I will live though the strong wind and heavy rain ,never give up !

So let victory ring from my heart,from all of you.When we allow victory to ring .I must be the one!

Nowadays we have stepped in a totally new age, in which we mainly receive the information from the internet. And we can see,the netizen population is growing fast the last decade. By 20xx it was just several millions of netizens in china but now, ten years later, we have more than 50 million. This number increased so fast that we have no time for preparing, so this lead to the situation that I show you before.

And why that situation is so bad, let’s look at this picture. We can see, besides the large number, we have another problem: most of the netizens are young people; in other words, the next generation. Such a bad internet environment can really influence their future, which means: influence our nation’s future.

And although there is many benefits, we should first know whether our movement helps (even if just help a tiny little.)

These are four big events which we netizens make many contributions: the event of south china tiger, the 20xx Olympic, the train event, and the event of Extracting bile from live bears. With our effort, a lot more people know these four events and that really helped to force the government to deal with it more properly.

So we now know a good harmonious environment is important and we do can take actions to help create it. So why do we move right now.

There are several type of people on the internet, you can see it on the screen~ and what we should do is not just only focus on attaining knowledge, but also communication for information . And of course, we should have our own thoughts, to help others, to create good things by ourselves.

So how can we become a good netizen, here are some tips. And I just don’t read it again. Then here are some examples of our school’s effort to create a good internet environment.

说起它呀！还是在我9岁的时候，从我表哥家借来的。那时，上三年级，要写作文，所以我就借回家了。它的封面是红黑色的，上面写着“日记周记”四个漂亮的大字，封底是红黑色的和封面有一样的图案，但相比之下，小多了。

当我第一次看这本书时，也没什么感觉，半年之后，我作文写得好，写起来完全不费劲，因为，我已爱上作文这门课程了。于是，我再度观看那本书，我合上书后，心里为之一震，写得太棒了！我看了一遍又一遍，从中领悟了不少。看到好的文章，我就忍不住要把它折起来，看到好词好句，我就忍不住用彩笔画下来。就这样，我看了一个晚上又一个晚上，书，已经被折得很旧了，几乎每一篇文章都被我折了起来。

有一次，我无意中发现，封面的下一页，就有两页笑话，我很惊讶，心想：我以前怎么没注意到呢便看了起来，哈哈哈哈……太好玩了！

于是，每当心情不好时，就会看笑话，每次，也都会逗得大笑。

这些文章，我都百看不厌，到哪都捧着这本书，吃饭捧，洗脚捧……

自然，我从这些作文里都“吮吸”了炒少精华。渐渐地，我都要背下来了时，还是要看这些声情并茂的文章，当我写作文时，没有灵感时，我就会读这些深入人心的`文章；当心情低落时，我也会去读这些文章；我被这些文章深深打动；我被这些文章逗得哈哈大笑；也有时嚣。

每个字都 像一个个跳动的音符，让文章生动，这些音符，是一个个活泼可爱的小精灵，每个人都喜欢着它们。

《日记周记》是我的好朋友，它也使我提高了作文水平。
