各位家长朋友：

大家上午好！很多家长一直是在微信上保持联系，沟通联系孩子的情况。非常高兴，今天终于见到本尊了。我对大家的到来表示真诚的欢迎。很多家长第一次见面，但是也感觉非常亲切，因为我们有一个共同热爱的宝贝，您的孩子，我的学生。

今天的会议只有一个主题，就是怎样做才能让我们的孩子变得更优秀。

首先想和大家分享下这次的期中考试。我们班参加考试的一共是42人，100分5人，90以上人，100分和90分以上的人数都是位列年级第一。不及格（80以下）5人，平均分89.5分，年级第二。以我的经验来看，这个分数对于三年级的孩子来讲是十分不理想的。但是我们仔细分析试卷，有客观的原因，也有主观原因。客观原因就是试卷设计到阅读，对于三年级刚正式接触英语的孩子，刚学两个月的英语，认读都还欠缺，又怎么能做到阅读。阅读是考察单词积累考察综合能力的。还有一些语法（how many）侧重点和课本上大纲上要求的也是有出入的。这里不再赘述。主观原因。讲得还是阅读，这次考试暴露出我们的短板，除了课内知识，我们课外的阅读量太少了，我们还没有把英语变成有种技能，英语学习还仅仅只是停留在课本上。另外，还有听力，我们平时练习得太少了。除了基础知识的过关，我们也还需要多做习题，让孩子们适应刚接触的英语考试。一次考试并不代表什么，我还是要表扬孩子们，他们大多数人都认真准备了这次考试。只要我们的热情在，信心在。肯定是会有收获的。收获成绩，收获好的学习习惯，收获兴趣，收获信心，收获学习的快乐。

接下来讲几个我们班存在的问题。

听课的习惯。没有铁的纪律就没有金的品质。有些孩子上课发言十分随意，想到什么就说什么。喜欢和同桌说话，这些不良习惯都最严重地影响了课堂效率。

完成作业的习惯。对于有些走读孩子的作业，或是周末回家的作业，不能按时完成。或者是潦草完成。这和有些家长监督不到位是有一定关系的。而且有些家长要求孩子写作业，自己却在一旁看电视或者玩手机，这样怎么能教好孩子呢？

书写和考试的习惯。三年级可以说是小学真正的开始，三年级的习惯好坏直接影响他后面的'学习，所以我们一定要经常在耳边多唠叨他们，提醒他们养成认真书写，仔细答题的好习惯。

接下来是，面对这些问题我们要怎么做？

孩子是您的。教育孩子是您，也是我的共同的责任。家长多和老师沟通孩子的情况。多关心他们的学习。多一份沟通，也许就会对一份关注，多一份成长。

家庭是孩子的第一成长环境。家长要为孩子创造有利于他他们成长的家庭环境。请多花些时间陪伴孩子玩耍，陪伴他们学习，孩子的成长也是自己的成长。

这里我还要对怎么帮助孩子学好英语给大家一些建议。首先你要相信自己的孩子，小学英语的难度，应该是每一个智力发育正常的孩子都可以接受的。相信孩子一定有能力做好这件事情。不管什么时候要以表扬鼓励为主，考得好要表扬，会说英语要表扬，考得不好学习不好了，要和孩子分析原因，而不是劈头盖脸一顿大骂，那么多功课孩子也不容易。三年级第一个学期，单词和句子一定要会认，会读，会背。至于写单词，没有必要。课上的四十分钟最重要，课后的作业要认真完成。提高综合水平，可以阅读报纸上的小故事。或者大家也可以充分利用网络资源，下载一些对学习有用的软件。孩子在英语学习方面找到一点成就感，尝到甜头了，自然就会学好英语了。

晚上好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，和大家进行面对面的交流。我是我们三(1)班的英语任课老师xxx。

今天我想就三年级的英语教学与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为今后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。

一、本学期英语学习的内容：

英语是三年级的起始学科，当然我们学校一二年级也有开设英语课程，有的学生已经学习英语两年了。但是那时的要求与现在是不能相比的。从现在开始英语就和语文数学一样是主科了。所以这一时期是小学英语学习中重要的起步阶段。学生刚开始学习英语，所以教材设计了一些日常生活中使用频率最高的单词和用语，如：问候并回应；询问姓名、年龄、地点、物品名称和颜色，并给予回答；数字1---12；家庭成员，身体各部位等。这本教材的目的是激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养他们英语学习的积极态度，使他们建立初步的学习英语的自信心；培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调、书写基础，以及良好的学习习惯；使他们形成初步用英语进行简单日常交流的能力。同时，培养学生的观察、思维、想象和创造能力。

二、如何学习英语

人们常说：“赢在起跑线上。”在起步阶段，如果我们培养好学生良好的学习方法与习惯，激发他们学习英语的兴趣与热情，那就能为学生的进一步学习奠定良好的基础。具体到教材呢，孩子就要做到每一课的单词，能够听、说、认读。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，必须过关。课文中的对话，日常交际用语，要求熟练，流畅地背出来，说出来。英语学习的特点就是记得快，忘得也快，因此必须及时复习。英语作为一门语言，必须多听多读多记，才能熟能生巧。我建议每天让孩子在家听读英语二十分钟。如果是周寄的同学，那么周末回家至少要听读一个小时。还有要注意孩子的英文书写。光靠老师在课堂讲是记不住的'，得靠她课后回去慢慢地练。

三、家长需要做什么

三年级的孩子年龄小，能力有限，自觉性不强，需要家长的帮助和指导。目前看来，每个孩子的英文底子有很大差别，有的已经学了两年，有的从来没有学过。而每个孩子对新知识的接受能力也不同。有的可能在课堂上就已经有了很深的印象，很难忘记，可是这样的孩子毕竟还是少数的。大部分孩子都只能是初步了解新知识，要真正接受新知识还需要他们在课后多下功夫。而且从一个孩子总的学习时间来看，课堂学习只占40%，其余的60%是在课后的学习。也就是说，孩子在课堂上学得再好，如果课后回去不练习，复习，不断的巩固，加深记忆，那他很快就会把在学校学的东西忘掉。在学校我们会尽最大的努力搞好教学工作，但课余时间还需要家长的大力配合。那么怎么去帮助孩子学好英语呢，我这里有几点建议。

1、在家里为学生创设良好的学习条件与环境，激发他们学习英语持续的兴趣与热情。我有给家长建议，希望家长准备一些与教材配套的听力磁带或光盘等学习资料，就是希望家长为孩子创造更好的学习英语的条件。有的家长很积极。有好几个家长打电话跟我说，杨老师，我们家在下面市县的，孩子以前没学过英语怎么办？我希望我们的家长都能这样，她把她的困难说出来，能帮到的我们就可以帮她。有的家长会觉得太麻烦了。学一个英语有必要还要买这买那吗？我想对大家说，这真的很有必要。我先不讲太多，我只希望家长好好观察，过几个月或一个学期再看看有和没有的孩子之间有什么不同。

2、由于孩子还是贪玩的年龄，希望家长多督促孩子的学习。如听录音跟读、背诵要家长多督促。如果孩子说“我已经会读会背了，不用听录音了。” 这是错误的想法和做法，你千万别由着他。因为通过模仿录音，孩子才能拥有准确的发音和纯正的语音语调，光凭自己的感觉来读来背，会导致发音不够标准或是很生硬。

3、多与孩子交流，多关注孩子的学习。孩子学习上的进步，要及时给以鼓励。就我作为一个家长的经验而言，你越关注孩子的学习，你的孩子就会对学习越有信心。大家可以看看教室的左墙上的评比栏，这是在英语课堂上以小组竞赛的方式激励孩子学习用的。对于表现好的孩子，我还专门发给小贴贴，并规定小组和个人积到一定的贴贴会有奖品奖励。有种巧妙的复习方法是让孩子把学过的内容教给你们，他们一定会非常认真地当好小老师，学习效果会更好。只有您的坚持，才会让您的孩子在坚持中养成良好的学习习惯，只有您的付出，才会让孩子不断地成长进步。

另外我还建议懂英语的家长可以跟孩子做一些简单的日常英语会话、交流。还有周末现在孩子都喜欢上网，可以让孩子去浏览一些有益的少儿英语学习网页，看看儿童英语动画碟片等，有些孩子买了与教材相配套的练习，有空时做一做，也挺好的。

很荣幸代表三年级三位英语学科老师在此与大家谈谈孩子们的英语学习情况。也很高兴能借这次家长会契机，与各位家长在此共同探讨“如何家校合力，帮助孩子学好英语、不走弯路？”

首先，我们来欣赏一些孩子们在学校的英语学习图片。

从以上的活动图片中可以看出，我们三年级的孩子们虽然接触英语不到一年时间。但总体上来说，他们对英语都保持着浓厚的学习兴趣，取得的进步也是很显著。在平时的学习中，大多数孩子都能做到认真听讲，及时完成作业，积极参加各项英语活动。但是经过一年的学习，学生们之间也拉开了一定的差距。我们都知道，小学阶段孩子的.成长既需要学校教育，但更需要家庭教育。那么，家长应该如何配合学校，配合老师，共同来帮助孩子科学有效地学好英语呢？

一．给孩子营造宽松的、充满安全感的学习环境

在学校我们努力给孩子们营造宽松的学习环境，为孩子们提供展示的机会。这学期我们已经开展过英孚杯英语比赛、“希望之星”杯比赛、英语语音学习讲座等活动，外教进课堂之后还将会举办英语舞台表演活动。

在家庭学习环境营造方面，家长一定要多关注孩子的英语学习。多和孩子沟通，多鼓励，多给孩子积极的引导，特别是在每次英语考试之后。多和学校老师沟通，反馈孩子在家的表现，了解还在在校的学习表现。不重过程只重结果，一谓追求成绩的高压专制管理，只会让孩子惧怕，失去学习的兴趣和乐趣。

二．要重视孩子良好学习习惯的养成

好习惯决定一生，而良好习惯的养成要靠坚持。各位家长一定要科学有效长期地指导督促，帮助孩子从以下几个方面养成良好的学习习惯。

1.每天听读15分钟，大声读出自信。

英语学习首先是听和说的训练，然后是读写能力的培养。让孩子听读模仿，可以培养孩子准确地道的发音。在听读时，务必要求孩子一定要大声读出来说出来。把学到的变成自己能说的能用的，这样才能让孩子有成就感，有自信心，为此，请家长们每天一定督促孩子完成听读课文，不管当天学校有无作业。三年级的英语课文同步有声视频材料，我们每个班级QQ群里都已经上传，家长们可以自己下载下来，方便孩子们在家听读模仿。

2.让孩子熟练背诵单词，表演课文。

三年级课本分为六个话题单元和两个复习单元，每个话题单元里有几篇对话课文需要表演背诵，十几个单词需要掌握。家长要结合学校老师的作业布置，及时抽查课文的表演背诵情况并且签字证明，也可以自己在家再给孩子额外听写一下所学的单词。自己懂英语的家长可以尝试多变的作业形式，比如和孩子一起分角色朗读表演课文。不懂英语的家长也要尽量利用点读机，班级群空间上传的课文同步视频材料来检查孩子的读书与背诵情况。

3.创造条件补充孩子的英语知识面。

各班英语老师会时不时在班级群里上传一些学习资料，可以作为孩子们的课外读物。家庭如果有条件的话，也应该给孩子订购小学英语报刊杂志，买一点英语绘本。家长也可以鼓励孩子们看一些简单的英语故事和小电影。现在信息时代，英语资源还是很丰富的，就是需要家长们用心为孩子去寻找。

4.英语网上作业，作用不能小视。

英语网上作业，题型新颖，形式丰富，在游戏中复习课文的单词和句型，深受学生们的欢迎。三年级有些孩子一直坚持做了1年，取得了不错的效果。如果家庭条件允许，可以让孩子在这个平台上学习。为了避免孩子过久地停留在电脑前，我们每次的作业量都在十分钟左右，算上其他时间，每天控制孩子15分钟上网时间就可以了。

总之，孩子是每个家庭的未来和希望，相信在各位家长和老师的共同努力下，孩子们一定可以学好英语、不走弯路、快乐成长！
