Five score years ago, a great American, in whose symbolic shadow we stand signed the Emancipation Proclamation. This momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of Negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. It came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of captivity.
But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the Negro is still not free. One hundred years later, the life of the Negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. One hundred years later, the Negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. One hundred years later, the Negro is still languishing in the corners of American society and finds himself an exile in his own land. So we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.
In a sense we have come to our nations capital to cash a check. When the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the Constitution and the declaration of Independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every American was to fall heir. This note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
It is obvious today that America has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. Instead of honoring this sacred obligation, America has given the Negro people a bad check which has come back marked "insufficient funds." But we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. We refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.
So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind America of the fierce urgency of now. This is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. Now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. Now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of Gods children. Now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.
It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the Negro. This sweltering summer of the Negros legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. Nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

Mr. Speaker, members of the 77th Congress:
I address you, the members of this new Congress, at a moment unprecedented in the history of the union. I use the word “unprecedented” because at no previous time has American security been as seriously threatened from without as it is today.
Since the permanent formation of our government under the Constitution in 1789, most of the periods of crisis in our history have related to our domestic affairs. And, fortunately, only one of these-the four-year war between the States-ever threatened our national unity. Today, thank God, 130,000,000 Americans in forty-eight States have forgotten points of the compass in our national unity.
It is true that prior to 1914 the United States often has been disturbed by events in other continents. We have even engaged in two wars with European nations and in a number of undeclared wars in the West Indies, in the Mediterranean and in the Pacific, for the maintenance of American rights and for the Principles of peaceful commerce. But in no case has a serious threat been raised against our national safety or our continued independence.
What I seek to convey is the historic truth that the United States as a nation has at all times maintained opposition-clear, definite opposition-to any attempt to lock us in behind an ancient Chinese wall while the procession of civilization went past. Today, thinking of our children and of their children, we oppose enforced isolation for ourselves or for any other part of the Americas.
That determination of ours, extending over all these years, was proved, for example, in the early days during the quarter century of wars following the French Revolution. While the Napoleonic struggle did threaten interests of the United States because of the French foothold in the West Indies and in Louisiana, and while we engaged in the War of 1812 to vindicate our right to peaceful trade, it is nevertheless clear that neither France nor Great Britain nor any other nation was aiming at domination of the whole world.
And in like fashion, from 1815 to 1914-ninety-nine years-no single war in Europe or in Asia constituted a real threat against our future or against the future of any other American nation.
Except in the Maximilian interlude in Mexico, no foreign power sought to establish itself in this hemisphere. And friendly strength; it is still a friendly strength.
Even when the World War broke out in 1914 it seemed to contain only small threat of danger to our own American future. But as time went on, as we remember, the American people began to visualize what the downfall of democratic nations might mean to our own democracy.
We need not overemphasize imperfections in the peace of Versailles. We need not harp on failure of the democracies to deal with problems of world reconstruction. We should remember that the peace of 1919 was far less unjust than the kind of pacification which began even before Munich, and which is being carried on under the new order of tyranny that seeks to spread over every continent today.
The American people have unalterably set their faces against that tyranny.
I suppose that every realist knows that the democratic way of life is at this moment being directly assailed in every part of the world-assailed either by arms or by secret spreading of poisonous propaganda by those who seek to destroy unity and promote discord in nations that are still at peace.
During sixteen long months this assault has blotted out the whole pattern of democratic life in an appalling number of independent nations, great and small. And the assailants are still on the march, threatening other nations, great and small.
Therefore, as your President, performing my constitutional duty to “give to the Congress information of the state of the union,” I find it unhappily necessary to report that the future and the safety of our country and of our democracy are overwhelmingly involved in events far beyond our borders.
Armed defense of democratic existence is now being gallantly waged in four continents. If that defense fails, all the population and all the resources of Europe and Asia, Africa and Australia will be dominated by conquerors. And let us remember that the total of those populations in those four continents, the total of those populations and their resources greatly exceeds the sum total of the population and the resources of the whole of the Western Hemisphere-yes, many times over.
In times like these it is immature- and, incidentally, untrue-for anybody to brag that an unprepared America, single-handed and with one hand tied behind its back, can hold off the whole world.
No realistic American can expect from a dictator’s peace international generosity, or return of true independence, or world disarmament, or freedom of expression, or freedom of religion-or even good business. Such a peace would bring no security for us or for our neighbors. Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
To accomplish great things, you must dream great dreams. Butdreaming alone isn’t enough. You must believe in your dreams and you mustact.

Inaugural Address
On a frigid Winter's day, January 20, 1961, John Fitzgerald Kennedy took the oath of office as the 35th President of the United States. At age 43, he was the youngest man and the first Roman Catholic ever elected. He had won by one of the smallest margins of victory, only 115,000 popular votes. This is the speech he delivered announcing the dawn of a new era as young Americans born in the 20th century first assumed leadership of the Nation.
Vice President Johnson, Mr. Speaker, Mr. Chief Justice, President Eisenhower, Vice President Nixon, President Truman, reverend clergy, fellow citizens, we observe today not a victory of party, but a celebration of freedom -- symbolizing an end, as well as a beginning -- signifying renewal, as well as change. For I have sworn before you and Almighty God the same solemn oath our forebears prescribed nearly a century and three quarters ago.
The world is very different now. For man holds in his mortal hands the power to abolish all forms of human poverty and all forms of human life. And yet the same revolutionary beliefs for which our forebears fought are still at issue around the globe -- the belief that the rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.
We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans, born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this Nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.
Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure the survival and the success of liberty.
This much we pledge and more.
To those old allies whose cultural and spiritual origins we share, we pledge the loyalty of faithful friends. United, there is little we cannot do in a host of cooperative ventures. Divided, there is little we can do -- for we dare not meet a powerful challenge at odds and split asunder.
To those new States whom we welcome to the ranks of the free, we pledge our word that one form of colonial control shall not have passed away merely to be replaced by a far more iron tyranny. We shall not always expect to find them supporting our view. But we shall always hope to find them strongly supporting their own freedom -- and to remember that, in the past, those who foolishly sought power by riding the back of the tiger ended up inside.
To those peoples in the huts and villages across the globe struggling to break the bonds of mass misery, we pledge our best efforts to help them help themselves, for whatever period is required, not because the Communists may be doing it, not because we seek their votes, but because it is right. If a free society cannot help the many who are poor, it cannot save the few who are rich.
To our sister republics south of our border, we offer a special pledge -- to convert our good words into good deeds in a new alliance for progress -- to assist free men and free governments in casting off the chains of poverty. But this peaceful revolution of hope cannot become the prey of hostile powers. Let all our neighbors know that we shall join with them to oppose aggression or subversion anywhere in the Americas. And let every other power know that this Hemisphere intends to remain the master of its own house.
To that world assembly of sovereign states, the United Nations, our last best hope in an age where the instruments of war have far outpaced the instruments of peace, we renew our pledge of support -- to prevent it from becoming merely a forum for invective -- to strengthen its shield of the new and the weak and to enlarge the area in which its writ may run.
Finally, to those nations who would make themselves our adversary, we offer not a pledge but a request -- that both sides begin anew the quest for peace, before the dark powers of destruction unleashed by science engulf all humanity in planned or accidental self-destruction.
We dare not tempt them with weakness. For only when our arms are sufficient beyond doubt can we be certain beyond doubt that they will never be employed.
But neither can two great and powerful groups of nations take comfort from our present course -- both sides overburdened by the cost of modern weapons, both rightly alarmed by the steady spread of the deadly atom, yet both racing to alter that uncertain balance of terror that stays the hand of mankind's final war.
So let us begin anew, remembering on both sides that civility is not a sign of weakness, and sincerity is always subject to proof. Let us never negotiate out of fear. But let us never fear to negotiate.
Let both sides explore what problems unite us instead of belaboring those problems which divide us.
Let both sides, for the first time, formulate serious and precise proposals for the inspection and control of arms and bring the absolute power to destroy other nations under the absolute control of all nations.
Let both sides seek to invoke the wonders of science instead of its terrors. Together let us explore the stars, conquer the deserts, eradicate disease, tap the ocean depths, and encourage the arts and commerce.
Let both sides unite to heed in all corners of the earth the command of Isaiah -- to undo the heavy burdens...and let the oppressed go free.
And if a beachhead of cooperation may push back the jungle of suspicion, let both sides join in creating a new endeavor, not a new balance of power, but a new world of law, where the strong are just and the weak secure and the peace preserved.
All this will not be finished in the first 100 days. Nor will it be finished in the first 1,000 days, nor in the life of this administration, nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.
In your hands, my fellow citizens, more than mine, will rest the final success or failure of our course. Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. The graves of young Americans who answered the call to service surround the globe.
Now the trumpet summons us again -- not as a call to bear arms, though arms we need -- not as a call to battle, though embattled we are -- but a call to bear the burden of a long twilight struggle, year in and year out, rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation -- a struggle against the common enemies of man: tyranny, poverty, disease, and war itself.
Can we forge against these enemies a grand and global alliance, North and South, East and West, that can assure a more fruitful life for all mankind? Will you join in that historic effort?
In the long history of the world, only a few generations have been granted the role of defending freedom in its hour of maximum danger. I do not shrink from this responsibility -- I welcome it. I do not believe that any of us would exchange places with any other people or any other generation. The energy, the faith, the devotion which we bring to this endeavor will light our country and all who serve it -- and the glow from that fire can truly light the world.
And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you -- ask what you can do for your country.
My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.
Finally, whether you are citizens of America or citizens of the world, ask of us here the same high standards of strength and sacrifice which we ask of you. With a good conscience our only sure reward, with history the final judge of our deeds, let us go forth to lead the land we love, asking His blessing and His help, but knowing that here on earth God's work must truly be our own.

Im only going to talk to you just for a minute or so this evening because I have some -- some very sad news for all of you -- Could you lower those signs please? -- I have some very sad news for all of you and I think sad news for all of our fellow citizens and people who love peace all over the world; and that is that Martin Luther King was shot and was killed tonight in Memphis Tennessee. Martin Luther King dedicated his life to love and to justice between fellow human beings. He died in the cause of that effort. In this difficult day in this difficult time for the United States its perhaps well to ask what kind of a nation we are and what direction we want to move in. For those of you who are black -- considering the evidence evidently is that there were white people who were responsible -- you can be filled with bitterness and with hatred and a desire for revenge. For those of you who are black and are tempted to fill with -- be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act against all white people I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed but he was killed by a white man. But we have to make an effort in the United States. We have to make an effort to understand to get beyond or go beyond these rather difficult times. My favorite poem my -- my favorite poet was Aeschylus. And he once wrote: Even in our sleep pain which cannot forget falls drop by drop upon the heart until in our own despair against our will comes wisdom through the awful grace of God.
What we need in the United States is not division; what we need in the United States is not hatred; what we need in the United States is not violence and lawlessness but is love and wisdom and compassion toward one another and a feeling of justice toward those who still suffer within our country whether they be white or whether they be black. So I ask you tonight to return home to say a prayer for the family of Martin Luther King -- yeah its true -- but more importantly to say a prayer for our own country which all of us love -- a prayer for understanding and that compassion of which I spoke. We can do well in this country. We will have difficult times. Weve had difficult times in the past but we -- and we will have difficult times in the future. It is not the end of violence; it is not the end of lawlessness; and its not the end of disorder.
But the vast majority of white people and the vast majority of black people in this country want to live together want to improve the quality of our life and want justice for all human beings that abide in our land. And lets dedicate ourselves to what the Greeks wrote so many years ago: to tame the savageness of man and make gentle the life of this world. Let us dedicate ourselves to that and say a prayer for our country and for our people. Thank you very much.
I enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation. But life in the university is not as satisfactory(满意) as what I had expected. I become lazy and dont want to study.I become silcent. I become puzzled. I dont know what I can do in the future. Then I become unhappy.

到了第二天,爸爸拿着钱来到那家商店把钱付给了老板。店主不由得说我爸爸这个人真是一个诚实的人。我想我们不能说谎话,做人就要做一个诚实的人。
还有一次,一个陌生人走进我家。当时,我家里坐着好多人。他进来就跟大家说自己有一点急事要借一些钱,以后一定归还。大家你看看我,我看看你,没有人开口。只有我爸爸动了心。问他来借钱的原因。爸爸问清了借钱的原因,就拿出钱来借给他。那个人拿出一只手机给我爸爸作为抵押。爸爸说:“不用抵押,手机你自己也要用。拿去吧!相信自己!”
没过几天,那个陌生人带着他的儿女来到我家还钱。那个人对我爸爸说:“谢谢你,多亏你借钱给我,我才能够找到我的'儿女。真是非常感谢你!”那个人在还钱的时候还给了一些利息钱。这时,爸爸说:“利息我不要了,只要给我借给你的钱就够了。”那个人还是要给利息钱。最后爸爸还是不收。那个人千恩万谢才带着他的儿女走了。
你们说我爸爸是不是一个既大方又诚实的人。我们以后一定也要做一个大方诚实的人。

我最敬佩的人,不是潇洒的明星,也不是家财万贯的富豪,而是普普通通的清洁工人。
每天天还不亮,清洁工人就在马路上打扫卫生,不管是雾霾天红色预警,还是下雨天打雷闪电,不管是冬天寒风呼啸,雪花飞舞,还是夏天烈日炎炎,他们都坚守在马路两旁,用他们手中的大扫帚,书写着他们自己的人生价值。
中午她们只能在马路边上吃一点自己带了简单的饭菜,没有桌子,没有椅子,他们只能坐在地上,把饭放在腿上,吃完了就接着起来继续工作。他们无私的为人民服务,不怕脏不怕累,他们就是我们城市的美容师,他们手中的'扫把就像化妆失手中的化妆品和工具,把我们的城市变得更加美丽整洁。
他们拿着微薄的收入,却做着繁重的工作,他们不求回报为城市建设奉献出自己的一份力量,我们的健康生活,离不开他们的辛勤劳动。
今后我们一定不能乱扔垃圾,不能给清洁工人增加工作负担。城市是我们大家共同的家,我们都要保护好我们自己的家,保护好我们的城市。
他们没有潇洒美丽的外表,没有慷慨激昂的语言,但他们有一颗冰雪般纯美丽的心,他们就是我最敬佩的人——清洁工人。

心灵完美的人才是值得大家尊敬的人。
我住的楼中就有一个心灵完美的人。他七十多岁,满头银发,慈祥的面庞上布满了皱纹。他很爱笑,一笑起来就合不拢嘴,这时你能够看到他嘴里只剩下几颗门牙。他就是我最尊敬的'人——王爷爷。
王爷爷十分爱管“闲事”。有一次,我吃完了西瓜,把西瓜皮随手一扔,扔到了楼梯上,不一会儿,从楼上传来沉重的脚步声,我一听心跳立刻加快,因为王爷爷来了,我不管三七二十一,飞快地跑下楼梯,找了个角落躲了起来。很快,我就听到了王爷爷说话的声音,王爷爷说:“是哪家的孩子这么不懂事……”我在一旁躲着,悄悄地看着,看着,只见王爷爷弯下腰把西瓜皮捡了起来,又走到垃圾桶旁把西瓜皮扔了进去。还说了一句:“要是被老人踩了这西瓜皮,那后果可不堪设想啊!”我的心像开了的水一般,嘭嘭地跳,惭愧得不知说什么好,可王爷爷已经消失在我的眼前了。他的身影刹时在我心中变得越来越高大。
还有一次,我和几个小伙伴踢球,不一会儿,小明来了个飞踢,“哗啦”窗户打碎了,我们吓得抱头鼠窜,因为我们踢中的正是王爷爷家的窗户,王爷爷走出来,他没有怪我们,而是自己走出去买了一块新的回来换了上去。我们第二次踢球时,王爷爷出来说:“踢球健身是好事。那里场地小,你们不要飞踢,如果伤到哪家的小孩或老人可就大了哟!”我们都低下了头。
王爷爷就是这样一个值得尊敬的人。他善良,宽宏很多,他教我做人,催我自新。
本学期我担任六(3)班语文教学工作,现将本学科教学工作设定计划如下:
一、学生知识现状分析:
本班是我新接手的班级,分别由来自五所不同小学的学生组成,成绩参差不齐。从上学期期末考试成绩来看,学生整体水平一般,优秀率18%,及格率70%。学生具体情况还有待开学后逐步摸清。
二、教学内容
本册教材共分八组,依次是:感受自然、祖国在我心中、心灵之歌、珍爱我们的家园、初识鲁迅、轻叩诗歌的大门、人与动物、艺术的魅力,除去第六单元,共有二十八篇课文,精读课文、略读课文各十四篇。
三、各单元重难点:
第一单元:培养学生热爱自然之美的情操,品味优美的语言,丰富语言积累。引导学生细心观察大自然,体会作者如何进行观察展开联想和想象,表达自己独特的感受。
第二单元:让学生通过读书感受爱国之情,感受中华儿女的爱国情怀,为祖国的日益强大感到骄傲。同时在读懂课文的基础上,体会关键词句在表情达意方面的作用。
第三单元:体会真情带给人们的感动,树立讲诚信,动真情,乐于用自己的爱心帮助别人的品质。学习作者通过环境描、人物心理活动等方面的描写,刻画人物形象。
第四单元:感悟人类生存与自然的密切关系,懂得珍惜资源,保护环境。学习本组课文,注意把握主要内容,联系实际,深入思考。同时,积极行动起来,为了我们家园的美好明天,尽自己的一份力量。
第五单元:通过学习鲁迅的作品及回忆鲁迅的文章,从正面、侧面不同的角度认识鲁迅。注意体会含义深刻的.句子,并继续学习描写人物的方法。
第六单元:综合性学习,轻叩诗歌的大门,更多地了解诗歌、搜集诗歌、欣赏诗歌,也可以试着写一写。
第七单元:本组课文向我们讲述了发生在人与动物、动物与动物之间的感人故事,展示了动物丰富的感情世界。学习时,注意体会课文表达的情感。
第八单元:走进艺术的百花园,欣赏各种艺术形式的美,感受艺术的魅力,受到美的熏陶,培养热爱艺术的情操。同时学习作者展开联想和想象进行表达的方法。
四、通过教学质量措施:
1、认真备课上课。
在备课方面,我要注重对教材的钻研,切实加强课堂研究,避免上课马虎,然后搞题海战术的做法。
上课方面,我要加强课堂管理,督促学生形成良好的学习习惯;教学时以情感人,以饱满的热情和教学艺术点燃学生学习情感,形成规范、和谐的课堂氛围。
2、重视识字和积累。在课堂教学中对生字新词经常进行听写、运用等训练,对于课文中需要背诵的内容将老师考和小组长考相结合,同时经常巩固旧的知识。
3、立足于课堂培养阅读能力。精读课的教学中,根据教材特点指点学习方法;略读课的教学,放开手,让学生运用在精读课中学到的方法自主学习,培养学生的基本阅读能力。
4、注意书写训练,要求使用钢笔书写,有一定的速度,重质量轻数量,提高书写能力。
5、在阅读教学中引导学生积累、运用范文的语言,学习范文的写作方法,并能迁移运用到习作中来。
一、教材分析
六年级上册北师大版有8个单元,每个单元3篇主体课文,2篇拓展阅读,1个综合活动。语文学习是从多角度考虑学生的发展,以整体渐进的形式向前推进的。各单元内容相对集中,借“题”组合在一起,为学生学习语文创造一个情境,便于教师和学生借“题”发挥主动精神和创造性。
二、学情探究
六年级学生通过中、高年级阶段的训练,继续接受识字、词、句的学习方法,培养具备了一定的独立识字能力和理解、积累及运用词句的能力。本学期将根据新课标教材的'要求进一步加强听说读写的训练,并重视观察能力和思维能力的培养。
三、教学目的和要求:
1、情感与品德教育。要使学生了解祖国的山川景物,增强民族自豪感和振兴中华的责任感。
2、音、字、词训练。复习巩固汉语拼音,从认读章节、辨析易混韵母、读准声调、轻声等方面进行较系统的复习。复习音序、部首查字方法和从字典中准确理解字义,并逐步提高能力,达到熟练程度,养成自觉运用字典的习惯。
3、语句学习。学过的词语大部分能在口头或书面语言中运用。能按要求把词语归类和进行正确的搭配。注意积累词语。进一步提高联系上下文和联系生活实际理解句子的能力。掌握句子的不同表达方式,体体会句子的感情色彩。从感性上认识夸张的修辞方法。
4、段落、阅读、短文深入学习。继续练习正确、流利、有感情地朗读课文,能通过朗读表达出课文的思想感情。能背诵指定的课文。默读课文有一定的速度。在继续训练从内容到思想的基础上,进一步训练阅犊有自己的见解和体会课文的思想感情。
5、能在观察的基础上,写出内容具体、语句通顺、有一定条理的记实作文和想象作文。能抓住要点缩写课文。学写读书笔记。养成认真修改自己作文的习惯。
四、教学措施:
1、认真学习新课程理念,明确教学任务,钻研教材,认真备课、上课,批改作业。
2、加强基础知识和基本技能的训练,夯实基础知识教育,努力提高教学质量、提高学生综合素质。
3、教育面向全体学生,重点培养优秀生的个性化发展,强化中等生的拔尖向上层面,特别注意关怀学困生,激发培养他们学习语文的兴趣,从而更好地学好语文。
一、指导思想
本册部编版教材构建了开放的、富有活力的教材体系,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式,着眼于全面提高学生的语文素养,培养创新精神和实践能力,促进学生的全面发展。教学中以兴趣为先导,时刻注意培养学生对语文喜欢的态度,为学生的终身学习、生活和工作奠定良好的基础。本学期以此为教学设计的主体理念,在分析教材、学生的`基础上制定学期计划。
二、教学目标
1、本学期注重整体推进,全面提高学生的语文素养。
2、注重激发学生学习的'兴趣,努力使学生热爱语文学习,有浓厚的探究兴趣,注重文化积累,情感积累。
3、注重传授知识,培养能力,教会学生学习方法。
4、通过理解课文内容,体会关键词句在表情达意上的作用。能够联系上下文或结合时代背景理解含义深刻的句子,学习抓住语言、动作、神态描写表现人物品质的方法。
5、会写简单活动总结,提高习作能力。
6、争取本学期各次测试三率达标。
三、教材分析
本学期开始使用的部编版小学六年级语文上册教材继续按照主题单元的机构进行编排,共编排了八个单元,27篇课文,其中精读课文18篇,略读课文9篇。八个主题分别是:“走进大自然”、“重温革命岁月”、“选用恰当的阅读方法”、“走进小说”、“围绕中心意思习作”、“保护环境”、“感悟艺术魅力”、“走进鲁迅”。每个单元包括单元导语、课例、口语交际、习作和语文园地,各部分相互联系,构成一个有机的整体。本册“语文园地”共安排七次,“口语交际”四次,“习作”八次,每个单元都有,另外安排两次“书写提示”和一次“快乐读书吧”。
四、学情分析
本班学生共43人,大部分学生对语文具有浓厚的兴趣,养成了良好的语文学习习惯;具有较强的独立识字能力和书写习惯,语文基本功扎实,已经掌握了小学语文大部分基础知识;能正确、流利地朗读课文,会分析理解一些浅显的文章,能围绕一个中心进行叙述和描写。但也有少部分学生的语文能力较弱,书写、阅读,表达等方面比较欠缺,需要进行不同层次的因材施教。
五、教学措施
1、教学中努力体现新课标的理念,注意把握同组各部分内容的内在联系,创造性地使用教材。并且注意结合教学实际情况,使理论和实践融合为一体。
2、在教学过程中,根据学生的不同的学习情况,适当地有针对性地分层次制定具体的教学目标。
3、精心设计好每一节课。
4、在授课过程中,以学生为学习主体,引导学生改变学习方式,变为自主、合作、探究式学习,以提高学习效率。
5、课后,注意有针对性地对学生进行个别辅导。
6、认真、及时批改学生作业、
7、平时多向有经验的老师学习,积极参加集体备课和各种教研活动,以丰富自己的教学经验。

This is my first visit to Japan, and the warmth you have shown us, the beauty of your landscape, and the vibrancy of your culture are truly incredible gifts to all who come to this country. The economic empowerment of women has been a focus of mine for many years – ensuring that 50% of our population can fully participate in the workforce is critical to strengthening our communities and growing our prosperity.
That is why after my father’s election, I decided to leave my businesses and work in government to advance policies and initiatives that empower women to fully participate in the economy, if they so choose.
