一、积累词汇

初中学生在阅读理解方面最大的障碍就是词汇量的缺乏，而扩大词汇量绝非死记硬背就能做到。最有效的方法就是大量接触各种不同体裁的英语文章，利用“在句中记，在文中记”的方法来积累词汇。因此我们指导学生依据英语报刊的特点，按栏目、话题、题材、体裁归类收集常用词，将出现频率较高的常用词汇积累到单词本子上，写例句，初步学会这些单词的运用，放在身边，利用零散时间反复记忆，加强印象。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词，使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。如：反义词appear/disappear， crowded/uncrowded，polite/impolite/rude.词形相似的词except/expect，chance/change/challenge.这样，通过大量的词汇练习不仅仅能有效地积累词汇，还为组句打下了基础，同时还能训练学生的发散性思维和总结、归纳、比较的能力，为学生正确使用词句奠定了良好的.基础。

二、活用词句

当学生有了一定的词汇量的时候，教师在教学中可以采用先易后难的方法，让学生用简单的词组成句子，再以句子的构成作为学生进行写作训练的起点，引导学生从对单个句型的掌握，逐渐过渡到多种句型的混用，直到学生能连贯自如地表达思想。一句多译，句型转换，是书面表达能力的关键。总的来说，教师在平时的教学中要将日常生活中经常出现的词、句作为材料让学生训练，使学生乐于接受，轻松完成，享受成功感。

例如：以study为中心组成句子。

三、创设情景

四、注重听、说和阅读的培养

在英语写作中听、说、读、写应同步发展。写作是一种语言输出形式，只有语言输入大于语言输出，语言输出才有可能。英语写作训练作为英语综合能力训练之一，是与英语的听说读不可分割的，它们是相互影响、相互作用的有机统一体，必须注重听、说、读、写能力的同步发展。

比如笔者实施多年的“五分钟课前演讲”：在上正课前五分钟里，要学生用英语讲述一个故事(积累素材);或者课前朗读一篇短小精 的文章，让大家课后模仿;或者就大家平时关心的话题写一个发言稿或演讲稿进行课前发言;或者让学生自立主题，围绕自己喜欢的主题写一段话。这种课前训练取得了很好的效果。

五、写英文日记

要养成记英语日记勤练笔的习惯。经常用英语记日记等于天天在练笔，这无疑是提高英语写作行之有效的好办法。在记日记时，不要总是用简单句，要有意识地用一些好的词组、句型和复合句等，使文句更优美生动。对一些所给情景写的文章，写好后要对照一些范文，找出差距，然后再去练习，不仅能促使学生及时巩固所学的知识，还能锻炼他们的恒心和学习毅力，同时对提高英语作文也是很有帮助的。只有这样，学生才能通过多练习提高英语写作水平。

1、衡量考生水平最重要的尺度是语言，要求学生减少语言错误，提高语言的准确性。错误分为小错误和大错误，小错误可以忽略不计，大错误让老师看到不得不扣分。建议大家检查、检查、再检查！如果到现在你的作文中还会写到peoples learn the knowledge of protecting the environment，it may brings harm to the envrionment等等低级错误，却检查不出的话，你的作文成绩会非常低，有可能直接在第三档以下。

2、要增加闪光点，但是请注意：就算考生在作文中设置了语言亮点，也并不意味着一定会被“伯乐”发掘。阅卷速度很快，阅卷老师根本没时间去"解构"过于复杂的倒装句、从句套从句。但是语法、拼写错误太多，会使一切语言点失效。没有人会相信错误连篇的人有能力使用高难句型。

3、视觉评判：干净整洁、字迹漂亮。养成良好的习惯。写字太难看、卷面混乱会使一切语言亮点失效。没有人会相信几乎从不写英文字的'人有能力设置英语的语言亮点。

4、千万不要抄阅读理解。

5、不要直接套用万能模板。考研作文阅卷，事实上是一个反模板化的过程。阅卷人读了很多毫无个性、高度雷同的模板作文，脑子里会形成一中反模板化的情结：生搬硬套的模板句，哪怕包装得再华丽，也不会多看一眼;原创而切题的句子，哪怕朴实一点，也能够令考官感动，其实，阅卷人力图在考生作文里寻找的是有原创色彩的成分。

6、要写够字数，合理安排时间，把文章写完。原则上是少1-10字扣一分，但是字少可能会漏点，即三点只写了两点或者一点，即使三部分都写了，字少也不可能全部充分展开。一般来说，不到16行肯定要扣分。写得太短，老师判卷的第一标准就是你字数不够，降两档处理。

7、写大作文一定要切题。一旦跑题，那就只剩下安慰分了。为了避免此种情况发生，还是不要过于标新立异，阅卷老师不会太关心你的中心思想的。高分的作文并不一定赢在立意上，而是在语言上。

定文章之灵魂对命题作文必须认真审题，对自由作文必须立好意。文章要有明确的主题，必须具备4个条件：准确、鲜明、深刻、集中。

草拟提纲

打造文章之骨架审好题，立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好3件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。如命题作文中有提示句，还要从提示句的关键词出发，围绕关键词开拓思路，发挥联想，记录下联想到的东西，可以是句子或单词词组，可以是英语或汉语。

段落主题

理文章之脉络一篇短文的段落一般分为引导段、主题段和结尾段。每段的主题句非常重要，是作者思维的起点，切题的'准绳，阐述的对象。看到段落主题句，读者大致了解段落要阐述的内容。段落主题句通常是一个语法结构完整、内容概括、用词简洁明了的单句。通常将段落主题句置于段落的开头，可使文章结构更清晰，有说服力。

参照提纲

紧扣主题句，完成各段落，充文章之血肉有了段落主题句后，还需要顺着段落主题句的方向，参照提纲中的思路，从而完成各个段落。引导段要能引起读者的注意和兴趣，为主题段铺路架桥。主题段应围绕文章和该段的主题来展开。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法，和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

注意事项

进行这一步骤还需注意四方面问题：

1)确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题，不跑题。

2)要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3)用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间，段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。 增加文采小窍门: 如果说第一、二步是对文章的构思，第三、四步骤则是真正地“写”了，用词是否贴切，文法是否正确，句式是否多变，文采是否有生气，关系到写作者的语言功底和水平，但也有些窍门是需要长时间累积的。
