一、要使孩子养成自觉学习的习惯

自觉是成功的引擎，是成就的需要。怎样培养孩子自觉学习的习惯，是家长朋友经常会遇到的问题。毕竟孩子成绩的好坏，自身的因素是最重要的，只有自觉自愿，才能提高学习的积极性，当代教育家魏书生曾这样说过：“行为养成习惯、习惯形成品质、品质决定命运”，“教育就是帮助人养成良好的学习和生活习惯”，可见养成良好习惯对一个人的有多么的重要。

作为家庭是孩子养成教育的重要环境，在日常生活中家长要本着先在讲道理的基础前提下，从必要的强制养成习惯入手，直至养成良好的思想道德规范和行为习惯规范。

自觉学习习惯，它主要包括：

1、预习与复习的习惯。

2、勤于思考与全神贯注的学习习惯。

3、大胆发言，敢于质疑问难，敢于表达自己见解的习惯。

4、独立完成作业与自我评价的习惯。5、课外阅读的习惯等方面。

作为家长，我们如何让孩子从小养成良好的学习习惯呢？我觉得可以从以下几点入手。1、培养孩子自觉地习惯。比如不需要家长的督促就能按时起床，按时到校，按时完成作业。自觉地学习和强迫着学习的效果是不一样的。2、培养孩子养成时间意识，做作业不拖拉，在规定的时间内完成，特别要注意不要让孩子边做作业，边吃零食、看电视、玩玩具，这种习惯非常有害。休息时间可以看看电视、玩玩电脑，这样可以增加孩子的知识面。3、培养孩子认真细心的习惯。如让孩子作业自己检查，看清题目，认真书写、计算等，这对以后的发展非常有益。

孩子的个性与天赋是存在巨大的差别的。家长要努力地寻找到开启不同孩子心灵与智慧的钥匙，从内心深处激发他们学习的动力，经常反复地给他们讲道理，让他们在不断地循环往复地教育过程中各方面行为得到强化，能渐渐地做到不受不良因素的影响，不受自己的随心所欲的支配，学会自觉管理好自己，自己约束自己，从而慢慢地养成自觉的习惯。

二、要使孩子树立自信心

家庭是重要的教育机构，家庭的氛围，家长的期望和要求，对学生的成长有着极其重要的影响。目前，家庭教育有两种极端：一是不闻不问，顺其自然；二是期望过高，求全责备。这两种教育方式都不利于学生自信心的树立。

我们做家长的都有“望子成龙、盼女成凤”的愿望。这一愿望如何才能实践？我认为让孩子相信自己是最聪明的孩子，相信学校，相信老师，相信社会一天比一天更美好。因为在我的朋友中，有一部分总是因孩子成绩不如别的孩子，人家得了__奖，而自己的孩子没有得到而责备孩子。有一些诸如“你怎么这么笨呢？你看人家__多棒，你怎么就这么差劲呢？”一类的话，这就在孩子的心中造成了一种：我就是比不上别人，别人是永远比我好的错误观点。使孩子总处于自卑当中，以致学习没有上进心，不思进取。鼓励孩子胜不骄败不馁。所有孩子都有自己的优点，但又难免会出现缺点与错误。因此，家长要把握好尺度，这对于孩子自信心的建立是非常重要的。自信心就是一种特别重要的内部动力，所以我认为家长要做到“三不”、“四要”。

“三不”是：

1、不要老把自己的孩子与别人家的'孩子比较。这样容易让孩子产生自卑心理，更不利于亲子关系的培养。

2、不要把孩子的学习成绩挂在嘴边。家长重复这种无效的方式只能让孩子更厌倦学习，产生精神沟通障碍，回避与父母交谈；面对孩子的考试分数要少一些责备，多一些宽容；少一些灰心，多一些欣赏；少一些比较，多一些鼓励；少一些批评，多一些表扬。

3、父母不要当着孩子的面互相指责。给孩子营造一个和谐的家庭成长环境对孩子的心理健康很重要。

“四要”是：

1、家长要学会用放大镜看孩子的优点。孩子得到父母的认可，可以培养“阳光心理”，从而让孩子更自信。

2、家长要学会与孩子沟通的技巧。关注孩子的心情和感觉比关注成绩更重要；经常与孩子谈谈当前形势，当今社会竞争激烈，要想成为对社会有用（有钱，做官贡献大)之人，学习成绩是最重要的，从而引导孩子自觉自愿地学习。

3、家长要寻找与孩子共同的兴趣和爱好。这样才能与孩子找到共同的话题，走进孩子的内心世界。

4、家长要与孩子交朋友。家长要对回到家的学生：一要问学生在学校的表现，二要谈家长的期望和要求，三要讲”老师说你能行“。自信心增强了，学习的自觉性也就提高了，成绩也会相应提高。

家长是一种责任，更是一种“信仰”，孩子是我们生命的全部和将来！我们必须坚信孩子身上有着巨大潜能，坚信我们的孩子一定会有出息，成为我们最大的骄傲。

记得有人说过，击非典的众志成城，直到最近几年的汶川地震，还有前一阵子才发生的玉树地震。我们仍然有着爱国的精神，仍然有着国家有难，我们青年人作为先锋队，为国家现身。虽说不上过去战乱年代的抛头颅洒热血的年代，但是我们仍旧有着爱国的精神，为国家尽着微薄的力量。所以这种五四精神没有被我们现在的年轻人所遗忘。然而我们正是在继续壮大这种精神。

时间已经过去这么多年了，一代又一代的人在用自己的青春诠释这这一种精神。然而这种精神是不会随着时间的消逝而被大家忘却的。因为五四运动的精神已经在我们中国人的心里永存。
