我有幸参加了今年的市中考语文研讨会，从各方面综合的情况来看：从大的方面说，今年中考语文和去年的中考语文在题型、题量和结构、分值等问题上保持一致，基本上没变化。我还有幸聆听了许多老师的讲座，深有感触。
首先，我再次感受到做一个合格的语文老师，真不容易。做一个语文老师，要经常思考一个问题：未来社会对学生语文的要求是什么？语文新课标指出，语文课程的性质：运用语文交流，吸收优秀文化，提高思想修养，促进精神成长；课程理念：获得语文素养，培养实践能力，倡导自主学习，关注社会需要。其中，精神层面及语文素养的培养，是重中之重，国民素质的提升，这是关键。我想，教育的功利性，目光短浅的应该教学，实在是背道而弛。尽管这与现实的中考矛盾重重，但不妨碍我们倡导新理念。做“大师”，不做“匠人”。
其二，对于初中学生，培养自主学习则可，合作探究，则不必太过于纠结。优秀的语文课，应该是一种安静思考、文思飘扬的情境，有静心，有耐心，不浮躁，才能提高真正语文素养。想想我的'语文教学实践，正是如此。当思维火花在课堂碰撞，又能冷静表达时，效果是最好的。
其三，语文教学重在培养兴趣和习惯。语文是不能速成的。积累的习惯与愿望，对语文学习而言，相当可贵。从教语文二十多年，我有一个很深的感触，兴趣是学好语文的根本！试想，缺失兴趣的语文教学，还能走多远？就像中考复习，题海战，实在是得不偿失。养成良好的语文学习习惯；传统的写字教学不能丢；好读书，多读书，读好书；教材为本，吃透教材，用好教材；注重学法指导，适当训练提升，得法于课内，运用于课外；践行语文学科综合性、实践性的特质。开辟语文的自由天地。
在离高考仅剩不到半年的临考阶段，除了发愤图强、手不释卷之外，许多考生都在绞尽脑汁、苦思冥想该如何以最佳状态迎战高考，把考生应有的水平真正发挥出来，最终考出理想的成绩。根据自己的教学经验，就如何提高语文复习效率，谈几点体会。
一、心理辅导，培养自信，提高复习效率
拥有良好的心理状态是每个考生的迫切需要。合理的心理辅导，有助于学生培训自信的同时，拥有一种较稳定积极的情绪和自信、愉快的感觉。教师要热爱学生，尊重与信任每一位学生。特别是对后进生，教师不能以成见看人，更不能横眉冷对、侮辱体罚他们。总之，语文老师作为一线的教育工作者，要努力营造良好的学习生活氛围，充分发挥学生的个性，让高三学生在良好的教育教学影响下，加强修养，完善人格，提高自己的心理健康素质，有效地调控心理压力，放飞想象，展现自我。
