i think my dad was a hero for me when i was a young child. we'd go fishing, walks, and other fun things for a kid.

every child has a good and great father, and so do i. my dad played a very important role in my daily life`````exactly speaking, in my past 16 years.

my father always stands in the center of my life， from past till now and possibly in the future.

my family was rather poor when i was in my childhood. we didn't have our own house and had to live in a shabby， small room rented from my father's factory. the room was so small that there was little space for people to walk. i didn't have my own bed and had to sleep with my parents. this is terrible both for my parents and me.

but father made this all different!he works very hard on his own business, now we have our own 2 housese,surly,i have my own room.and he take our family so much happiness, richer and richer.

when i was little, i did everything with my dad. you could always find me sitting on his knee or walking and doing everything with him. every night he would read me a bed time story and make the voices of each character.

i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.

like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

years pasted, my father is over 45 now. it is time for me to look after him and i am sure i will do and we will live an even better life. and i will say,i really love you dad,cause you are the hero in my mind.

finally, though, they returned to their car for the trip home. while the kids chattered and the man drove, the woman sat smiling, surrounded by her flowers, a faraway look in her eyes.

我对着镜子里的自己一遍又一遍的呼喊：我行!我能行!我有梦!我的未来不是梦!我要重新起航!

信念的风帆再次迎风挂起，我迈进了丁蜀中专的校门。那一天，我在日记里郑重写下一段话：“不抛弃，不放弃!像个男子汉那样挺起胸膛，既然选择了远方，留给世界的只能是背影。相信自己，你真的很棒!”至今还记得，当我写下这些文字的那一刻，年轻的灵魂深处，希望之火一点点升腾，照亮了眼前的一切，照亮了未来的一切。。

古人説，先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐。讲的就是要为理想而奋斗，作为一个社会人，是追求理想，还是追求名利，结果会大不相同。追求理想是个奋发向上的连续过程，也是个升华、完美人生的过程，就像马克思説的;“我们的事业不显赫一时但会永远存在，在我们的墓碑前，高尚的人们会洒下热泪。”

要比知识的高低，不能比个人权威的高低，要把威信建立在素质与认知水平的提升上，古人説：“立身以立学为先，立学以读书为本，君子之学必日新，日新者日进也，不日新者必日退，未有不进而不退者。”追求人格的完善而不是物质的享受，我们古代把“修身正己作为为政之本、治国之要。”王安石説;“修其心，治其身，而后可以为政于天下。”因此，我们共产党人自诞生那天起就要求共产党员要加强修养 。取得广大人民群众的尊重就是靠人格的完美，俗话説“政声人去后”，不注重人格的修养不仅别人不会从内心敬佩你，自己也容易走上歧途，中青年干部为人从政的路很长，要坚持做人与为政，修身与立德相统一，自觉践行社会主义荣辱观，提升精神境界，培养高尚的精神情操，不攀比钱财，不贪图享受，以人格力量影响和带动群众。

在中青年干部的成长历程中，不可能遇到的都是顺境，或者总是遇到伯乐，何况还有伯乐看走眼的时候，且“人生有坎坷，遇人有不贤”是很平常的事。能否在逆境中保持心灵上的平和状态，是对一个人很现实的考验，所以，我们在逆境中也要坚持党性和做人的原则，保持心灵的平衡与和谐，能干事时肯拼命，不能干事多读书。以平和的心态对待升迁，以豁达的胸怀处理得失，以奉献的精神服务社会，不为浮名所累，不为私利所缚，不为权欲所惑，保持心灵的平衡与和谐，就能在为国家富强，民族振兴，人民幸福而奋斗的征程中，实现中青年干部的人生价值和无悔人生。

作为改革开放时代的中青年干部，首先要深刻认识改革开放的时代背景和意义，把思想统一到国家的重大决策上来。改革开放是党在新的时代条件下带领人民进行的新的伟大的革命，党的17大报告用“三个最”和“三个面貌”的历史性变化高度概括了改革开放的伟大成就。即新时期最鲜明的特点是改革开放、新时期最显著的成就是快速发展、新时期最突出的标志是与时俱进。正是“三个最”带来了“三个面貌”的历史性变化，即中国人民的面貌、社会主义中国的面貌、中国共产党的面貌发生了历史性变化，所以，改革开放是发展中国特色社会主义、实现中华民族伟大复兴的必由之路。

在政治领域，什么是中国特色的社会主义?中青年干部要清醒的认识到，中国共产党在领导社会主义现代化进程中，保持和发展党的先进性，提高党的执政能力，转变党的执政方式，巩固党的执政基础，使党成为始终走在时代前列的中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心。在经济领域，中国共产党实现了从以阶级斗争为纲到以经济建设为中心，从封闭半封闭到改革开放、从计划经济到市场经济的深刻转变，30年来最成功的改革是农村的联产承包责任制，80年代中后期开始的国有企业股份制改革，民营经济的兴起。我们从农村到城市，在政治、经济、科技、教育、文化等各个领域进行的全面改革，对于社会主义传统模式来説，是质的更新。在当代中国，只有中国特色的社会主义，才能够最大限度地团结和凝聚不同社会阶层、不同利益群体的智慧力量;只有中国特色的社会主义才能够指引中华民族实现伟大复兴，只有中国特色的社会主义理论体系才能够引领中国发展进步。始终做到高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜不动摇，坚持中国特色社会主义道路不动摇，坚持中国特色社会主义理论不动摇。这是我们今后一个相当长时期中国特色社会主义的执政方针，因此，我们必须围绕它做人、做事、做官。

做人、做事、还是做官，反映了截然对立的两种世界观和人生观，做人，是为了完美我们自己的人生情操，做事，是为人民服务，谋的是人民利益，做官，打的是个人的小九九，谋的是一己私利，要做人做事而不做官，做大事而不做大官，这是一切仁人志士和共产党人的特质，具体的来説;

一是要守住底线，堂堂正正的做人。要坚守为政做人的底线，要耐得住寂寞，守得住清贫、经得住诱惑，既干事又干净，既为政又做人，既勤政又廉政，最起码的要求就应当是廉洁、廉明、廉直。这是道德的范畴，是做人立身之本，是处事成事之基。在份内工作上，要为发展説真话，为改革説硬话，为团结説好话，为群众利益説实话，干该干的，把精力用在抓项目、促发展上，把时间放在深入基层解难题、攻难关上，这样才不白拿国家俸禄，不白吃百姓五谷，不白占组织位子，做到问心无愧。

二是要瞄准标线，踏踏实实做事。勤于创新，勤于实干，勤在结果上，勤在效率上，勤在实实在在的政绩上，勤政不是看你出没出工，到没到岗，在没在位，关键的是看你为发展谋了多少事，创了多少业。

三是不越红线，清清白白做官。要时刻弹响信念之弦，理想的滑坡是最致命的滑坡，信念的动摇是最危险的动摇，人们常説犯错误常常是一念之差，其实这个念是受理想信念支配的，道德上的堕落，经济上的贪婪，生活上的腐化，问题表现在钱财上，根子却在理想信念上。要慎交朋友，做为中青年干部，更要广交朋友，用活各种资源，凝聚各方力量，促进事业发展，但交友一定要慎之又慎，要把握好度，人非草木，孰能无情，要在兄弟情、战友情、同事情、朋友情上经得起实践检验，困难检验，是非检验，而不是为个人利益划圈子，讲义气，

总之，我们每个中青年干部应该切切实实的把个人的修养从现在做起，从身边事做起，从一点一滴做起，把个人道德修养的实践渗透到日常生活中、工作中去，不仅在本职工作岗位上当好人民公仆，而且在社会生活中严格要求，率先垂范，争取做一个比较完美的国家公务员，几十年后，我们回过头来，看看自己一生走过的轨迹，无怨无悔。

在人的一生中，从孩童时嬉玩到在关键岗位上为国家工作，机会难得，但是时间有限，能在工作岗位上就是那么短短的几十年，而且中青年干部年轻，责任大，施展才华的空间也大，如何完整的走好无悔的人生道路，达到理想的人格完美，是我们每一个中青年干部所面临的修养考验，我们应该开阔眼界，开阔思路，开阔胸襟，要始终追求理想的实现，追求知识的提升，追求人格的完美，追求心灵的和谐。我们共产党人的远大理想就是共产主义，而从现实讲就是中国特色的社会主义，全面建设小康社会。
