HR一盆冷水泼走了心仪工作

近日，网友倪明在网上发帖，希望HR至少能给求职者一些基本的尊重。原来，几天前倪明接到了心仪已久公司的面试电话，心情激动的他为了这次面试做了万全的准备，重新整理了简历，预先练习了可能遇到的问题，甚至还特意找了件名牌衬衫，希望能在面试中能有出色表现。

可是，却没想到第二天的面试从开始就不顺利：怕迟到的倪明提前10分钟赶到面试地点，却遭遇HR迟到;在苦苦等待半个多小时后，又被美女招聘经理冷冰冰的态度“冻”住，面谈的过程中，又被各种否定：什么简历不出彩啦，个人能力不突出啦，没有带团队的经验啦!更别提结束面试后，连基本的送客礼仪都没有，就把他独自丢在会议室，结果自是不必说，倪明没得到这份心仪的工作。

对于这次应聘经历，倪明是窝了一肚子火，有苦说不出：简历不出彩，那当初是怎么挑中了我这个“不出彩”的应聘者去面试呢?既然通知我来面试，为什么又要百般刁难呢?就算是所谓的压力面试，也不应该戳人痛处专门找茬吧?总要给求职者起码的尊重。像他这样有着五六年工作经历的人，都被这样的面试折腾得乱了方寸，更别提刚毕业的求职者了，遭遇这样一位面试官，怎么可能发挥正常，求职成功呢?

更何况，HR也可以算是公司的招牌，这样一家原本品牌知名度美誉度都不错的企业，就这样被一名HR毁了形象。

倪明认为，企业不尊重求职者，就永远不会招到有用的人才，就算招到了也留不住。

倪明的观点引来众多的支持者，网友纷纷晒出自己的求职遭遇：迟到、对求职者爱理不理、挑三拣四、喜欢戳人痛处、专业素质差、面试过程敷衍了事……“面试冷暴力”表现虽然不尽相同，但都会让求职者对自己产生不被尊重的感觉，于是有求职者在发出“我是找工作，不是乞讨工作的”呼声。

更令人惊讶的是，在吐槽面试曾遭遇“冷暴力”的网友中，居然也不乏各位活跃的人力资源从业者的声音。这些HR们纷纷表示，虽然自己是人力资源管理工作者，但也有求职被面试的经历，也曾有过和倪明相同或类似的经历。

不过，HR们看到遭遇极品面试的经历显然要比倪明淡定许多，因为，人都是千奇百怪的人，HR也是千奇百怪的HR.目前没有一家公司或企业敢说自己的管理是完美无缺的，也无法保证每家公司的面试官都那么专业，所以求职者可能会在面试过程中遇到各种各样的情况也在所难免。遭遇“面试冷暴力”也就不是什么新鲜事了，关键是求职者自己要调整心态，相信自己有能力去获得一份新工作。

求职者“消极面试”让我很受伤

对于倪明的抱怨，也有部分网友提出不同意见。在看了倪明的帖子后，网友崔景秀发了个反驳贴，他认为，如果单从工作的角度出发，那天面试倪明的HR流程上并没有错误，从求职简历到工作经验的“挑剔、质疑”原本就是面试官该做的事儿。也就是说，人家的专业素质是过关的，凭什么对人家要求这要求那的呢?面试官就是负责做招聘的，就是要在源头把好人才关，几经考核才能认定人才究竟是不是适合企业需求的。再说了，HR又不是卖笑，难道还有义务要哄求职者高兴么?

换位思考，相互理解

关于求职者和HR之间的`矛盾，往往都是公说公有理，婆说婆有理，很难简单做出判定。论坛近期利用微博进行了一次投票，有31%的投票者选择支持求职者，HR的态度会影响面试，有12.2%的投票者表示自己经常被HR鄙视已经习惯了，分别有2.7%和1.4%的投票者认为HR没义务哄求职者开心以及已经被误解习惯了，剩余52.7%的投票者均认为其实双方各有各的委屈，互相尊重就好了。从投票结果来看，大多数人更倾向于以相互尊重解决问题。

一个巴掌拍不响。矛盾之所以出现，肯定是由求职者和HR双方的因素造成。求职者不理解HR，HR不理解求职者，让双方因此产生了不少误解。如果HR和求职者这两大群体，能够将心比心，大家相互理解，相互体谅，退一步也能海阔天空。
