到了天宝蛋糕园，我们五人成队往里进，到了月饼房，我们一人发了一顶帽子、一个口罩，来全后，面点师给我们讲月饼的制做过程。一、月饼分为三类，苏式、广式和京式；二、做月饼要用3分皮，7分馅；三、先把一块皮压成圆形，再拿一块馅放在面的正中间部分，然后放入模具里，让月饼成为圆形，上面有各种花纹、各种字，比如中秋快乐、天宝豆蓉等；最后，放入烤箱烘烤，10分钟后，把月饼从200多度的烤箱里拿出来，刷上鸡蛋和食用油，慢慢把温度降低，再过10分钟左右，月饼就熟了。卖出的时候，放入包装袋，用机器封好，然后再放在包装盒里销售。今天，我有很大的收获，既知道了月饼的种类，又知道了做月饼的方法。
