作为公司总部人力资源中心驻桐庐工厂人力资源制度、政策等解读和具体落实的窗口人员;
负责对接工厂业务部门提供专业的人力资源解决方案，有效落实执行各类人力资源管理工作，包括人员招聘(含招工)、培训、绩效考核和员工关系等;
根据公司总部人力资源规划和政策的规范，有效贯彻执行公司的人力编制、人才培养和薪酬绩效方案;
负责工厂端人力资源管理系统的架设，以及整体管理体系的优化和提升;
协助开展各类人员入职、试用期转正、异动等人事事件，运用人力资源相关模型和工具动态关注和服务于工厂端技术人员的培养和评估;
定期分析和回顾业务部门的人员管理现状(生产人效、人力成本等)，并提出优化和改善建议，为部门合理、善用人员/人才提供可行性方案。
职责：
1、 负责子集团投研项目进度的跟踪维护，确保各项目按进度完成;
2、 负责将集团战略落实到项目，推动项目全生命周的期流程改进和效率提升;
3、 负责项目过程中的流程评估、裁剪和优化;
4、 项目的优先级协调，及交付协同。
任职条件：
1、 为人正直，具有良好的职业操守和职业道德;
2、 本科及以上学历，项目管理、金融、计算机相关专业优先;
3、 3-5年以上项目管理工作经验，有pmo经验者优先;
4、 熟悉项目管理的理论知识，持有pmp等相关证书者优先;
5、 具备良好的沟通协调能力、文字写作能力、能够把握项目关键节点和项目进程。
