今天是呆在这武夷学校的最后一天了，我们即将离开，也也是我在这实习路途中的最后一篇周记，提起笔，纸间透着淡淡的离愁别绪。。。。。。

回忆起，那是20xx年9月5日，我们乘坐武夷学校的校车踏上了长达一学期的实习路。几个月后，当我们在回首这个过程，挺有感触，收获不浅。

在这次实习的过程中，我得到了许多锻炼的机会，从备课到上课，批改作业到课后辅导，一个完整的过程下来，我对教师这个职业有了更多体会，用心播种，用心收获，耐心加细心，收获无穷多。

同时，我也遇到一些困难，然后针对这些困难，我也想出了适当的解决方法。如，后进生的学习效率不佳，英语才成绩下坡不止，遇到这种情况，我就分组晚自习辅导，针对他们的薄弱环节反复讲解。再如，有些学生对英语只学不说，会做题，但对英语的口语表达不娴熟，有的甚至害怕说英语。这也是英语教学中的一大问题，就是所谓的哑巴英语，对于这种类型的学生，我充分利用早读时间，多带读，多沟通，课上多鼓励他们发言，培养他们的朗读能力。有些同学对英语的学习失去了信心，我就多开导，树立他们的信心，通过英语游戏才增加学习英语的兴趣，课后多辅导，为他们排忧解难，让他们在英语学习路上不气馁，奋勇拼搏。

我们在实习的过程中，我们也时常通过他人来发现自身教学的不足之处，例如，声音较小，讲课速度太或太快，课堂时间的把握，课程内容的安排，重点，难点的掌握等等问题，经过实习的磨砺和锻炼，我们在教学生涯中扬长避短，不断进步，我坚信，我们会一次比一次做的更好。

在这离别之季，伤感难免，在怀念的同时，预祝我的学生们学习更上一层楼。

It was sunny and very hot today. i got up early and helped my parents cook breakfast. then i washed the dishes and cleaned the room. after a short rest i did my homework in the morning. in the afternoon i went swimming in the nearest swimming pool with my friends. it was really cool to swim in such a hot day. I surfed the inter and read a storybook in the evening. I really had a busy and interesting day.

今天天气晴朗相对热。我起得很早,帮父母做早饭。然后我洗碗打扫屋子。休息一会后我上午做作业。下午我和伙伴去我家最近的游泳池游泳。在如斯炎热的夏天游泳确实的很棒。晚上我上网、看故事书。我今天很忙过得很有趣。

Someone asks me what on earth happiness means? I can't give you the exact definition of it, but I'm sure if you love and help others, you'll get it.

I'll never forget an old lady. She lives in a small house alone. It's said that her husband and her son died in a traffic accident. How bitter her life is!But the old lady often helps others with a smile. Whenever it snows, she is always the first to clean the paths. She looks after several children living nearby. I am one of them. I often remember the stories she told us and her kind smile. Perhaps she is unlucky, but I think she is a happy person. Her life is full of laughter and love.

But I'm sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways.They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others' shortcomings. Perhaps they feel happy at that time, but they will never get true happiness because they have lost their personality.

Now I know what happiness is. It means kindness, love and unselfishness. Above all, only bringing happiness to others can make you yourself get it.

内容：有人问什么，我在地球上幸福的手段?我不能给你它的确切定义，但我敢肯定，如果你爱和帮助别人，你就会得到它。

我永远不会忘记一个老太太。她住在一个小房子里。它说，她的丈夫和儿子在一次交通事故中死亡。如何她的生活是苦!但老太太经常帮助别人的微笑。每逢下雪，她总是第一个清洁的路径。她照顾几个孩子居住在附近。我是其中之一。我常常记得的故事告诉我们，她和她的一种微笑。也许她是不走运，但我认为她是一个快乐的人。她的生活充满了欢笑和爱。

但我很伤心，看到有些人让他们在恶劣ways.They幸福大声说话，在电影院和会议室，他们摧毁的树木享受自己和他们在别人的缺点笑。也许他们认为在当时很高兴，但他们永远不会得到真正的幸福，因为他们已经失去了他们的个性。

I went to the Forest Park with my old friend this Thursday. Although it was hot, we had a wonderful time there. We played a lot, such as corsair, bumper cars, Arabian Flying Blanket and so on.

We felt excited indeed. That day was also my friend’s birthday. I bought a comic strip for her because she likes cartoon very much. She also invited me to went to her new flat to play. At last she gave me a heart made of crystal. She really moved me. On Sunday afternoon our translating group had finally finished all chapters! I was really excited.

Although our translation was not very fluent and nice, even a little abrupt, it was our outcome. It was our effort. When I saw my name on the heroic translator list, I was really proud of myself.

这个星期四，我和我的老朋友去森林公园。虽然那天比较热，但是我们在那里过得很愉快。我们玩了很多，比如海盗船，碰碰车，阿拉伯飞毯等等。

感觉真是挺刺激挺兴奋的。那一天恰好是我朋友的生日。我给她买了一个连环画，因为她非常喜欢卡通。她还邀请我到她的新公寓去玩。最后她给了我一颗由水晶制成的心。她真的打动了我。星期天下午我们的翻译小组终于完成了所有的章节!我真的很兴奋。

虽然我们的翻译不是很流利，很好，甚至有点生硬，但这是我们辛苦努力的结果。当我在翻译人员名单上看到我的名字时，我为自己感到无比自豪。

Mrs. Curie told us the answer. We all know that Mrs. Curie discovered radium, but how many people really know how hard she worked? At that time, there were many people disapprove of Mrs. Curie. Although she got over hundreds of difficulties, she still believed in herself and never gave up. Finally, she succeeded to discover radium. She proved that she was right by her continuous hard work and her strong spirit. We should learn from Mrs. Curie. She told us the truth through her own experiences that believe in yourself, you can do it! Never give up, face the difficulties with a smile, someday, you will be proud of yourself.

The key to success is confidence. It makes you brave, helps you get over the troubles, and brings motivation to you. For example, somebody always get nervous when they have an important speech, if they are in a nervous mood, the results are always terrible. But if they are confident to themselves, the results turn out to be better. Therefore, be confident, believe in yourself, keep smile in your face when comes to difficulties, and you will achieve more.

The star in the sky were twinkling.Some were crowded,and others were separate.Then I found the stars were not the same color.There were many colors,white,gray,light blue,orange,and so on.It was really beautiful.At that time,the sky was like blue damask decorated by millions of bright diamonds.

Looking up the sky,I saw the moon.It was like a naughty child.Sometimes it hid in the clouds and sometimes it got out of the clouds, it seemsed to play“hide and seek”with me.The stars around the moon,however,were as girls,hiding themselves in the clouds.

望着天空，我看见月亮。它就像个淘气的孩子。它时而藏在云朵后面时而又露面，仿佛正在和我玩躲迷藏。星星围绕着月亮，怎么说呢，她们都像女孩子，把自己藏在云朵后。

今天一大早，妈妈就在我的耳边唠叨：程程，快起来啦。今天还要去见你们英语的补习班老师，和你们的教室呢!妈妈硬生生的把我从甜蜜的梦香中一把捞了出来。洗漱完毕，早餐完毕，我们就出发了。

到了目的地，我们的老师还没有到，所以，我们的家长在一起交谈。而我们小孩子，则坐在电动车的后座上痴痴的发呆，直到补习班的英语老师出现为止。

我们的教室在补习班英语老师的家里，我们在另一间教室里玩了起来，我们我的不亦乐乎，为我们的私人杰作而感到骄傲，而感到欣慰。

Last night, I watched a movie, it is about two teenagers, they have cancer, but the boy is positive about life while the girl is negative about life. They meet each other, then the girl is affected by the boy, she starts to see the beautiful things in her life. I am so moved by the movie, though the ending of the movie is not so perfect, we see the change of the girl's life. The topic of the movie is to tell people to be positive about life, no matter what happens, even the bad fortune they get, they still need to smile every day. People need to find the beauty of life, so they won't life live without meaning.
