We dare not forget today that we are the heirs of that first revolution. Let the word go forth from this time and place, to friend and foe alike, that the torch has been passed to a new generation of Americans -- born in this century, tempered by war, disciplined by a hard and bitter peace, proud of our ancient heritage, and unwilling to witness or permit the slow undoing of those human rights to which this nation has always been committed, and to which we are committed today at home and around the world.

Let every nation know, whether it wishes us well or ill, that we shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, to assure the survival and the success of liberty. This much we pledge -- and more.

All this will not be finished in the first one hundred days. Nor will it be finished in the first one thousand days; nor in the life of this Administration; nor even perhaps in our lifetime on this planet. But let us begin.

Since this country was founded, each generation of Americans has been summoned to give testimony to its national loyalty. In this difficult day in this difficult time for the United States it's perhaps well to ask what kind of a nation we are and what direction we want to move in. For those of you who are black -- considering the evidence evidently is that there were white people who were responsible -- you can be filled with bitterness and with hatred and a desire for revenge.

We can move in that direction as a country in greater polarization -- black people amongst blacks and white amongst whites filled with hatred toward one another. Or we can make an effort as Martin Luther King did to understand and to comprehend and replace that violence that stain of bloodshed that has spread across our land with an effort to understand compassion and love.

For those of you who are black and are tempted to fill with -- be filled with hatred and mistrust of the injustice of such an act against all white people I would only say that I can also feel in my own heart the same kind of feeling. I had a member of my family killed but he was killed by a white man.

But we have to make an effort in the United States. We have to make an effort to understand to get beyond or go beyond these rather difficult times.

1、培养习惯，打好基础。课本围绕全套教材的"双基"总目标，继续在课本开头安排了有关培养不懂就问和勤于搜集资料的习惯和在实践中运用所学语文的图片，作为全套教材关于良好学习习惯培养的系列之一。同时，在教学内容的安排和联系形式的设计上，继续注重突出重点、集中目标、数量适当、讲究实用，以利于学生扎扎实实地练好语文基本功，在小学毕业时能顺利地达到上述目标，注重了教材的过度，为学生顺利进入初中打好基础。

2、强调积累，注重渗透。本册课本在语文学习方面，继续强调学生对范文语言的感悟和规范语言的积累，这样安排，将有助于学生提高语言能力，增加文化底蕴。在德育方面，仍然是注重潜移默化，注意让学生在学习语文的过程中学习做人。所选课文题材广泛，内容丰富，既注意对传统优秀文化的继承，又注意对当今时代风貌的展示。这样，将会有助于学生良好道德品质的培养和文明行为习惯的形成。

四、教学策略和措施

（一）、激发学生学习兴趣，提高学生语文素养。语文是一门充满思想、充满人文精神、充满智慧的学科。在新课改的大背景中，学生的自主学习，培养学生的创新能力，已成为教师关注的热点，讨论、交流、探究等学习方式已成为课堂的主流。我在语文课堂教学中，力求做到让学生变得鲜活，让学生学得兴致盎然，使学生在语文学习中享受学习的乐趣，从而发展学生的语文素养。

1、注意新课导入新颖。“兴趣是最好的老师”。在教学中，我十分注重培养和激发学生的学习兴趣。譬如，在导入新课，让学生一上课就能置身于一种轻松和谐的环境氛围中，而又不知不觉地学语文。我们要根据不同的课型，设计不同的导入方式。可以用多媒体展示课文的画面让学生进入情景；也可用讲述故事的方式导入，采用激发兴趣、设计悬念……引发设计，比起简单的讲述更能激发学生的'灵性，开启学生学习之门。

（二）、重视朗读品评感悟，让课堂教学“活”起来。小学语文课本中的每一篇课文都是文质兼美的佳作，其语境描述的美妙，语言运用的精妙，思想表达的深邃，见解阐述的独到，都是引导学生感悟的重要内容。

而由于课堂教学时间的有限，课文中的精彩之处没有可能引导学生一一感悟。为了使这些精彩给学生留下整体印象，我们可以在阅读中抓重点，引导学生对语言文字反复诵读，以悟出语言丰富的形象内涵，意义内涵，情感内涵。同时，让学生在感悟的基础上，引导学生居高临下地对课文进行品评，在品评中深化理解，升华认识，填补空白。

（三）、注重课内外结合。美国的一位教育家指出：“课堂的外延与课外的外延相等。以课堂学习为核心，能动地向学生的学校生活、家庭生活、社会生活等各个生活领域自然延伸和拓展，使课堂训练与课外行为训练形成有序、有趣、有力、有效的结合，取得语文教学的整体效益。”在课程改革实践中，我们已把语文教学的触角伸向了广阔的天地。通过收集与阅读，为深入理解课文内容奠定了基础。其次，重视丰富多彩的语文实践活动。此外，注意学科间的整合。让学生从不同角度，采用不同的途径获得知识，培养能力。

五、学困生情况及采取措施

学困生的类型，我觉得主要有以下几种：

（1）不想学

他们缺乏学习的动机和兴趣，往往视学习为一种负担，认为家长、老师逼迫自己学习，在内心形成消极对抗心理，学习态度不端正。如我们班的王敬辉。

（2）不会学

有些学习困难学生花在学习上的时间很多，却往往事倍功半，这是受到了不当的学习方法或不良的学习习惯的影响。如我们班的王秋焕、蒋国华等。

采取措施：

1、课后辅导。一有时间就叫他们了解“课堂知识掌握怎么样？”

2、发挥优生的优势，利用“一帮一”帮助他们在学校里，介绍方法让差生懂得怎样学，激起他们的学习兴趣。安排特殊座位，以优带差。

3、采用激励机制，对学困生的每一点进步都给予肯定，并鼓励其继续进取，让他们体验成功感。

4、充分了解学困生现行学习情况，教给正确学习方法，使他们朝正确方向发展；改善他们学习情况，提高学习成绩；对他们可以适当放宽一些学习要求：如在改卷时，放宽学困生的扣分要求，提高他们的成绩；作业要求也可以分层，尽量简单好做。

5、及时与家长联系，协助解决学困生的学习问题。

6、定期做好家访，及进了解学困生的学习和思想状况，努力形成学校、家庭教育的合力，切中时机，“传情报”、“送喜报”促进学困生的转化。

六、本学期参与科研课题及思路

本学期继续进行《读中学写，读写结合》校本小课题的实验研究，力争在语文阅读教学中发挥巨大的作用，进一步提高学生的阅读与写作力。

七、班级活动开展思路

1、开展多彩的活动，鼓励学生持之以恒

在读书期间开展丰富多彩的活动。开展课前三分钟活动，让学生轮流把阅读收集的名人名言、格言警句、新人新事作为内容，上讲台口头交流，与其他同学对话，培养学生胆量，提高他们口头表达能力，也促使他们更好地去阅读书刊。还可以开展一些“趣味读书会”、“读书心得交流会”、“词句积累运用比赛”、“读书知识竞赛”、“佳作朗读比赛”、“我爱读书演讲比赛”等以激发兴趣，巩固成果。

2、诵读经典

一是开展古诗文诵读，让学生每天至少诵读20—30分钟。然后通过诗文背诵赛、诗文表演赛等加以促进提高。

二是提倡大量阅读，教师积极为学生提示阅读范围，传授阅读方法，推荐现当代阅读文选。可通过“好书共欣赏”、“图书小归类”、“心得互交流”、“读书贵有恒”等相关主题活动的开展，让学生漫步书林，沐浴知识的阳光，让淡淡的书香成为孩子成长最好的营养。

3、自办班刊、自办作文集。

第三单元：体会真情带给人们的感动，树立讲诚信，动真情，乐于用自己的爱心帮助别人的品质。学习作者通过环境描、人物心理活动等方面的描写，刻画人物形象。

第四单元：感悟人类生存与自然的密切关系，懂得珍惜资源，保护环境。学习本组课文，注意把握主要内容，联系实际，深入思考。同时，积极行动起来，为了我们家园的美好明天，尽自己的一份力量。

第五单元：通过学习鲁迅的作品及回忆鲁迅的文章，从正面、侧面不同的角度认识鲁迅。注意体会含义深刻的.句子，并继续学习描写人物的方法。

第六单元：综合性学习，轻叩诗歌的大门，更多地了解诗歌、搜集诗歌、欣赏诗歌，也可以试着写一写。

第七单元：本组课文向我们讲述了发生在人与动物、动物与动物之间的感人故事，展示了动物丰富的感情世界。学习时，注意体会课文表达的情感。

第八单元：走进艺术的百花园，欣赏各种艺术形式的美，感受艺术的魅力，受到美的熏陶，培养热爱艺术的情操。同时学习作者展开联想和想象进行表达的方法。

四、通过教学质量措施：

1、认真备课上课。

在备课方面，我要注重对教材的钻研，切实加强课堂研究，避免上课马虎，然后搞题海战术的做法。

上课方面，我要加强课堂管理，督促学生形成良好的学习习惯；教学时以情感人，以饱满的热情和教学艺术点燃学生学习情感，形成规范、和谐的课堂氛围。

本班学生40人，男生19人。语文能力比较突出的学生有：xx等，后20%的学生有：xx等。大部分学生需继续加强双基的训练，提高他们的阅读水平和理解能力。同时由于学生阅读的自觉性不够，阅读面不够广泛，因此将在训练的广度和深度上下功夫，力争在原有基础上作进一步提高。

二、全册教材分析：

1、基本结构：

本册教材按专题组织单元，共八组，依次是：“走进大自然”、“重温革命岁月”、“选用恰当的阅读方法”、“走进小说”、“围绕中心意思习作”、“保护环境”、“感悟艺术魅力”、“走进鲁迅”。

本套教材学习到五年级下册，学生累计认字3000个，提前完成九年义务教育前三学段识字量。故从本册教材开始不再安排识字任务。

本册要求会写120个字。要求会写的字，安排在精读课文后，以方格的形式排列。教材后附生字表。为便于复习检测生字和积累词语，在每组课文之后设“词语盘点”。其中，“读读写写”中的词语是精读课文里的，由会写的字组成，要求能读会写；“读读记记”中的词语，有的是精读课文里的，有的是略读课文里的，只要求认记，不要求书写。本册教材的注音方式与五年级保持一致。精读课文和略读课文中不认识的字，出现一次注一次音；同一篇课文中同一个字只在第一次出现时注音。其他部分中出现的生字不再注音。生字注音用圆括号标出，多音字随文注音，用方括号标出。为便于识字，课文中的生字注本音；一些在语言环境中要变调读出或读轻声的字，教师在教学中要给予一定的提示。

1、准确把握教学目标

教学中既要注意总目标和阶段目标，又要注意阶段目标之间的衔接与过渡，使课程标准规定的.教学目标得到全面、准确的落实。

首先要从整体上把握语文学习的'总目标和小学高年级语文学习的阶段性目标，关注学生经过小学阶段最后两年的学习，能否达到课程标准对学生语文能力的要求。在此基础上明确六年级上学期在第三学段中的地位和作用，教材教到什么程度，学生掌握到什么程度，都要做到心中有数。其次，教学每一个专题时，要明确本专题的学习内容、学习重点和学习目标，无论教学进行到哪一部分都要与单元学习重点联系起来，做到“瞻前顾后”──前面学过的适时总结、复习、应用，后面要用到的适时做好铺垫。

2、识字、写字教学

本册教材没有安排识字，要求会写120个字，安排在精读课文中，随课堂教学完成。教学中，老师可以就难写的字、易混淆的字形作重点指导。课内要留有一定的写字时间，指导学生注意笔顺，安排好字的各个部件及间架结构，把字写端正。在强调写字质量的同时，还可适当要求提高写字的速度，并养成良好的写字习惯。对于要写的生字、精读课文中出现的新词，要注意引导学生随时抄写，及时检测。也可以就“词语盘点”中的词语，进行复习巩固。

对于书写练习，除阅读课上指导写字外，主要凭借本册配套的钢笔字和毛笔字写字教材，进行指导和书写训练，及时纠正学生在书写过程中出现的问题，同时培养学生的书写兴趣和书法爱好。

3、阅读教学

随着年级的升高，学生识字量不断增加，阅读理解能力不断提高，而且渐渐具备了在读中分析、概括，抽象、归纳的能力。阅读教学要注意在读懂课文的基础上教给方法，培养学生自主读书、作文的能力。

（二）过程与方法：

继续凭借字、词、句、段、篇进行听、说、读、写的训练，提高学生的语文综合能力和综合素养。

（三）情感态度与价值观：

要使学生受到热爱党、热爱人民的思想教育；受到孝敬父母、关心他人、助人为乐的教育；培养热爱科学、勇于实践和创新的精神，增强保护环境的意识和社会责任感。

四、整册教材的重、难点：

1、词句训练始终是小学阶段的一个重点。在低中年级训练的基础上，应提高训练要求，要引导学生自觉运用，联系上下文和生活实际的方法准确理解词语，特别是那些含义深刻的句子。

2、朗读训练也是语文教学的基本功，课上一定要有朗朗的读书声，课堂教学要多读少讲，使学生有更多的时间和机会练习朗读。

3、阅读能力的培养始终是小学阶段的一个重点，同时也是一个难点，要引导学生学会读书，学会思考，注意读中有悟，重视独特感受。

4、习作训练既是小学阶段的重点，也是一个难点。要切实培养学生写文尤其是写记叙文的能力。

五、作文教学计划：

（一）学情分析：

本班同学能在老师的指导下进行选材、组织材料、完成习作。大部分同学也养成了看作文书，做摘抄积累语言的习惯。但从习作内容看，仍存在立意不新，选材不典型，层次不清晰，表达不具体，语句不通顺，错别字多等不足之处。

（二）训练内容：

习作的编排注意兼顾记实作文和想象作文，也安排了一定数量的应用文。记实作文主要安排在第三组、第五组、第八组，分别是“体现人们相互关爱的事情”“用一两件事介绍小伙伴”“学习艺术过程中发生的故事和感受”或写“一件艺术品”、“一次艺术欣赏活动”。想象作文有：第一组，把自己想象成大自然中的一员或听音响讲想象到的、感受到的；第四组，借助漫画写感受或编故事；第五组，根据材料扩写；第七组，根据图片报道写故事。应用文分别安排了写演讲稿或读后感，写建议书以及写简单的活动总结。

（三）目标要求：

1、运用搜集到的资料写读后感，要表达真情实感；

2、写体现人们相互关爱的事情，关注事情发生的环境，当时人物的语言、动作、心理，侧重点不同；

3、看图作文，写出理解和感受；

4、续写，把事情的经过写清楚、写具体；

5、根据图片报道习作，要求想象合理，内容具体，感情真实；

6、学会修改自己的习作。

（四）训练重点：

回过头来想想我们自己，有很多人也的确如此：应对一次次阶段性考试，应对自己郑重签下的诚信承诺书，居然没有几个人能坚守住那份诚信，最终，一部分人选取了作弊。

我的学长们，我的同学们，你们想过没有，其实坚守诚信与取得高分两者并不矛盾。只要平时脚踏实地学，投入时间和精力，你一样能做得很好，根本不用去想怎样安全作弊。但是，为什么还有那么多人宁愿冒着被老师处分的危险，而背叛自己的诚信呢？也许应对分数和利益的巨大诱惑，有人会认为：诚信值几个钱？别人都不要诚信了，我还要诚信干嘛？于是，大批大批的人都臣服在巨大的诱惑下。考试诚信承诺书签了给谁看？签了又有什么用？虽然在遭遇弄虚作假、高分利益这些不良之风时，诚信显得那么脆弱。但如果我们每个人都能时刻提醒自己，告诫自己，时刻注意自己的一言一行，坚守住那份诚信，相信我们必须会收获到令自己满意的成绩。

我们真的不想人们再说起诚信时，留下的只是一声叹息。同学们，期望大家在以后漫长的人生之路将诚信作为做人的根本。同学们，让我们用心期盼诚信，在诚信里感受温暖，在诚信中憧憬明天。

首先，我希望大家能正确认识这一百天的意义。

一百天，不算长，但是，一百天，真的能改变一个人的命运。对于成绩比较优异的同学来说，这一百天可以使你“百尺竿头更进一步”。对于成绩一般的同学来说，这一百天将会使你发生巨大的变化，也许会让你挤进优等生的行列，也许会让你一落千丈。而对于那些成绩不太好的同学，尤其是不思进取的人，这一百天尤其值得把握。你也许早就停步不前，甚至有了辍学的想法。可是，你想过没有，人生之路不可能永远一帆风顺，难道每一次遇到困难你都这样退缩和逃避吗？是的，中考不是我们唯一的出路，考不好的同学也许以后照样能出人头地。但是，成功永远只青睐那些敢于拼搏的人，只有那些不惧困难，愈挫愈勇的人，才能笑到最后。

可以这样说，中考成绩不是最重要的，为了中考而拼搏的精神才是最重要的！昨天有位同学对我说：经过这一年，我才知道什么叫初三，我感觉这一年我真的长大了许多。是的，初三这一年和以往都不一样。这一年，我们三更起五更眠。这一年，我们练体育练口语。这一年，让我们知道什么叫拼搏。这一年，让我们知道什么叫坚强。这一年，让我们知道，生命还可以有这样的.一种状态！苦吗？可是我们已经走过来了！累吗？可是我们还在坚持！如果没有初三这一年的磨练，你根本体会不到生命的力量，你根本理解不了生活的意义！同学们，这一年的生活，是我们一生的财富啊！有初三这一年做铺垫，以后还有什么困难能压倒你！

其次，我想和大家探讨一下这一百天该如何度过。

按理说，一百天的时间是很短暂的，大家都应该有很强的紧迫感。可是有许多同学感觉很浮躁，注意力不集中，学不进去，甚至越来越不想学，为什么这么多人不在状态呢？其实，这种情况是很常见的，在心理学上叫“目的颤抖”。目的颤抖也叫“穿针心理”，心理学家们曾做过这样一个实验：在给小小的缝衣针穿线的时候，你越是全神贯注地努力，手越容易颤抖，线越不容易穿入。一个人做事如果过度用力或者意念过于集中，反而将平常可以轻松完成的事情搞砸了。太想打好球的手在颤抖，太想走好钢丝的脚在颤抖，太想赢的心在颤抖。人都有这么一个弱点：当对某一件事过于重视时，心里就会紧张，而一紧张，就会出现心跳加速、焦虑、精力分散等不良反应。这一系列的不良反应会使我们的才能无法正常发挥，最终导致我们的失败。在科学界，这种现象被称为“目的颤抖”，也就是说目的性越强，越不容易成功。这种现象的出现，恰恰说明大家对于中考的重视，说明大家内心的激情澎湃。不过，这一百天，光有想学习的想法还不行，必须学会调整，用正确的方式和姿态走好这一百天。
