when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

We Are The World ,We Are The Future

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.

第二天早上，我们去爬山。我望着那高高的山顶，不禁吃了一惊，真要爬上那么高的山吗？没容我多想，教练就带我们开始爬山，才爬了一半，我就体力不支，累得气喘吁吁，爬呀爬终于到了山顶。看那遥不可及的山顶却被我们征服在脚下。在山顶上望，山下的美景尽收眼底，有争奇斗艳的花朵，郁郁葱葱的树，连绵不断的山峰……

通过这次活动我有了许多收获，以后我要把这些收获用到生活中去。

少年宫师生分为三大组，各备了食材，大家的食材综合起来，可多呢，像天上的星星，像海上的帆船，锅碗瓢盆也都一一准备好了。一切"工程"准备就绪，接下来登场的的是，香飘十里，香甜可口的佳肴了:

第一道佳肴：

由低年级的两位同学经过一番辛苦配合所制作的菜：西红柿炒蛋。颜色的搭配真叫美，红黄相间，吃起来，那更是美味，西红柿的酸甜味和鸡蛋的香气，融为一体，那美味真是无法用言语来形容，同时富含着多种的营养成分，既美味又健康。

第二道佳肴：

由我和胡文彬经过"一番彻骨寒"才做出来的煮粉干，这道美味的工序可不少啊。先往锅里倒入水，用大火烧，等待水沸腾后，把粉干放下去，等到粉干有八成熟的时候，再往锅里加入些蔬菜，然后放入盐，味精，倒入一些酱油调色，最后可以起锅了！听着旁边的同学们说："这煮粉干太美味了，粉干有弹性，入口柔，汤很鲜美。但是别有所好的我，夹了些粉干到碗里，倒入酱油，再放些葱花搅拌，变成了拌粉干，味道也蛮不错的哦！

之后我们还做了香甜可口的炒大白菜，煮馄饨，煎鸡蛋，炸土豆——真是美不胜收啊！

时间悄悄地逝去，香气慢慢变淡了，交响曲，笑声也停止了，活动也结束了，但是在我心里这段回忆是不会忘记的，每每想起时，都会令我十分回味，快乐，幸福。
