记得刚来时，学校住房欠缺，领导感到为难，我主动提出和住读生同住一套房，虽然不是很方便，但我很快适应了这样的生活，和孩子们朝夕相处，早上催她们早起，晚上为她们盖被子，时刻关注她们的身体状况。朱校长对我说：“小邓啊，让你跟学生住一起，委屈你了。”此时，我想到屈校长给我送来的床垫、棉絮、开水瓶，以及和学生的朝夕相伴，我其实也想对您说：“我一点都不觉得委屈，因为我得到了，收获了更多。”

在区里组织的学生综合素质展示活动中，尽我所能去帮助孩子们搞好训练，从10月x日到11月13号，上学期间我每天坚持早上7:00到7:40训练学生的体育素质，中午和屈校长培训学生的巴山舞，放学陪同学生训练诵读，在区里比赛获得了理想的成绩，我也被评上了优秀辅导老师。我这学期的工作是负责课间活动的组织，课间操、大课间活动能让全校的师生得到充分的锻炼，我一直坚持按时播放音乐，整理队形，和学生一起跑步、跳巴山舞。本学期的学生综合运动会从筹备——训练——比赛，都井井有条，最后在取得优异的成绩下圆满落幕，并及时完成了学生体质健康监测的测试与上传上报工作。这要感谢我的师父张主席的指导，每每我遇到困难愁眉苦脸时，他都非常有耐心地帮我解答，我也从学到了很多东西。

一个优秀的老师要有优秀的课堂，虽然我已经资教两年了，但从来没上过体育课，现在我身为专职的体育老师，对我来说是一个新的挑战，要不断摸索，不断学习。我经常观摩老师们的课堂教学，认真学习小组合作学习与管理，本学期共听课30节，参加专题培训5次，校级打磨课堂我积极参加，我的体育课堂也有了小组合作的气息。但仍有很多困惑，比如，我如何才能将其他课程中的小组合作方法运用到体育课上来呢?而且体育课比较特殊，大部分是室外课，没有教材，没有导学案，在外面上课，学生都比较活跃，在顷听上就更难以做到，所以，我仍需不断地学习，请教和探索。

“学海无涯，教无止境”，作为一名教师，需要不断的充电，才能维持教学的青春与活力。刚到校，区里就组织新进教师参加新教师培训，给我们鼓气、为我们加油，同时也让我们熟悉夷陵区的教育现状，感受小组合作的魅力，为我们尽快进入工作状态而劳神费心，这为我在新的学校、新的环境下亮起了前方的航标灯;为了适应时代的进步和我国教育事业的发展，区里又组织我们进行新课改下的体育新教材培训，让我们尽早的知道体育教改新景象，为我的教学工作指导引路，起到了举足轻重的作用;十二月份学校又派我到市里参加体育教改的'研讨会，给我们指导的都是有名大学的教授和宜昌市各个地区的优秀教研员，学校给了我这么难得的学习机会，让我去成长，领导对我的信任和栽培，足以可见。

通过这几次的学习让我从思想上提高了认识，学校体育是学校教育工作的重要组成部分，是学校贯彻教育方针的重要内容，作为一名党员，我在思想上更要严于律己，热爱教育事业，时时以一个党员的身份来约束自己，鞭策自己。

一、牢固树立“为学生服务”的思想

1、虽然我自身不是一名共产党员，但这并不代表我不上进、觉悟低。工作中我始终保持共青团的蓬勃朝气、昂扬锐气和浩然正气的精神风貌。始终把本职工作当成奉献的舞台，把耐得平淡、舍得付出、默默无闻作为自己的准则，把苦与乐、得与失抛到脑后、做到加班加点不说累、取得成绩不骄傲，在平凡中实现自己的人生价值和追求。

2、经常深入学生之间与学生相互交流思想，了解当前学生的思想动态，关注、关心青少年的健康成长等问题。进一步学生的责任感、使命感和紧迫感，加强青少年学生对共青团组织的认识，保持共青团员的先进性和模范性，推动我校共青团工作的发展。

二、踏实认真工作，积极努力创新

工作中我始终以高标准严格要求自己，我不一定是好的，但是做好的自己却是我能做到的。工作中我常常会思考：为把学生培养成为一个全面发展的人，应该具体通过哪些形式、何种方法、如何开展，如何通过提高团干部的学习能力和管理能力，来带动和影响全校的所有青少年学生，如何在原工作基础上有所创新等问题，常和分管领导、年级主任、科室主任、班主任、团支书相互交流，拿出佳方案、做出有意义的工作。

(一)常规性的工作：

1、每周两期校园广播节目的正常播放。虽然一期节目播出的时间只有二十分钟左右的时间，但是从开始的组稿、审稿、打印出来、录制、后期的处理、剪切组合、节目配音、混缩保存、正常播放，会用很长的时间。虽然大部分的程序不用我亲手去做，但是教会学生按这些步骤一步步去做，必须要对每一位班级广播站负责人培训，还要做到对出现的问题及时解决。在这里也特意向沙主任、李老师说声感谢。到现在为止，初二初三每一个班级的同学都能运用cooleidt软件独立制作节目。

2、黑板报的及时更新。坚持每隔三周出一期黑板报并进行年级评比，黑板报内容结合节日、纪念日进行更新，力求每一个版面都富有教育意义。

3、周二上午间操时间的团干例会。安排团内事情或听取工作汇报，了解学生当前的思想状况状况，逐步提高班级团支书的思想意识，从而调动班级团支书工作的主动性和积极性。在日常学习工作中，强化了班级团支部的“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务”的工作能力。

(二)本学期团委开展的主要工作：

1、齐鲁青少年书信文化活动。根据上级文件的要求，九月初团委联合语文组在全校范围内开展了第xx届“齐鲁青少年书信文化活动”。经过班级筛选，初一上交222份、初二243份、初三307份，实验中学共772份参加了第xx届“齐鲁青少年书信文化活动”。从制定实施方案到安排各班团支书传达会议精神、强调注意问题、收缴、统计、筛选等工作对于当时担任正常教学工作量的单枪匹马的我个人来说，却是一个不小的`工作量。

2、诗歌朗诵比赛。本着弘扬民族精神、推广普通话、培养同学们健康高尚的审美情趣的目的，在国庆前夕，团委在初一、初二年级中组织举办了以“青春与祖国、理想与责任”为主题的迎国庆诗歌朗诵比赛活动。在本次活动中，有194名同学积极参与，他们通过自己创作或者找、背、朗诵爱国诗歌，感受着诗歌——这颗中华文化璀璨明珠的博大精深、源远流长。比赛经过激烈的初赛，有82名同学表演的24个节目参加了决赛，获得一等奖的节目有7个、获得二等奖的节目有7个节目、获得三等奖的节目有10个。由于甲流感病菌盛行的原因，后的汇报演出没有如愿举行，但是我相信同学们积极参与的本身就是自己的提高与进步，同时也证明了团委开展本次活动的意义。

3、校园广播站的改播。校园广播站在我和同学们的坚持，在领导支持、在各位老师的配合下，已经走过了两年多的时间，制作了近百期广播节目，每期节目的文字资料、录音资料都做了详细的保存。本学期的校园广播在我与部分学生做了交流后做了改版。以往的节目是由学校广播站的成员去做，只有少部分同学得到了锻炼。本学期开始，改了以往的只有少数广播站成员去做改为班级制作，这给了很多学生参与的机会，在提高大家技能的同时也锻炼了学生之间的合作能力，也真的希望他们在以后的学习工作中因为这曾经的参与而有所帮助，在回忆起中学时代时会留下美好的记忆。第二改的是周五第四个板块内容由原来的<温馨祝福》改成了<唱得响亮》，广播站在这个板块每周推出一园小歌手演唱的歌曲。“想唱就唱、唱得响亮”不光是一个口号，更是一种精神，它展现了同学们健康向上的精神风貌。改版后的不足之处是进入广播站的人杂了、卫生差了、设备出问题的时候多了。由于机器的老化、设备的功能低，导致广播节目不能正常播放，在这里也向学校领导申请增加配置稍高的电脑、增加调音台、安装创新5.1以上的声卡。

4、“念亲恩、重亲情”重阳节敬老活动

为了弘扬中华民族的传统美德，10月26日，由团委组织学校艺术社团的十多名学生及指导老师在学校领导赵主席的带领下，在西环的敬老院开展了“念亲恩、重亲情”重阳节敬老活动。

活动内容有：

(1)献爱心赠送礼物。

(2)帮助老人打扫房间、整理床铺、清理敬老院内卫生等。

(3)为敬老院的老人表演节目：舞蹈、歌曲、戏曲、朗诵等。此项活动的开展，培养了同学们的社会实践能力，并由爱家、爱老推及到爱国、爱社会，进一步树立了同学们的社会责任感和历史使命感，也为创建和谐校园打下了基础。美中不足的是由于时间的紧迫，做的准备工作不是很充分，比如：礼物的购置、节目的音响伴奏。希望此项活动每年都会开展下去。

5、中学生刊物的征订

这是一个非常头疼的问题：上级的任务、学校用于刊物征订的有限性、高年级学生明哲保身的自由性，都是征订的难度。至今有一个班级没有收齐，我垫付了二十多元。

6、团员纳新

本学期的团员纳新只对初一年级，且他们是新生中的第一批，所以加强入团的严肃性、纪律性和对预备团员培训的重要性放在了本次团员纳新的重点。

纳新工作从11月底开始准备，初一各班主任通过班会统一选举、入校以来的了解、观察、谈话等方式，推选出5—6名在品德修养、学习成绩、尊师守纪、团结互助等方面优秀的同学作为本班的预备团员，挑出一名组织能力强的同学暂任本班的预备团干部。12.7日下午第四节课，在学校阶梯教室，由我对这些预备团员进行了团知识的培训。就共青团组织的性质、共青团的光辉历程、共青团的目标和任务、共青团员的义务和权利等基本知识作了详细的辅导，安排写了入团申请书，我对每一份入团申请书都仔细审阅了一遍。几乎所有同学都能认真对待，同学们都深刻地谈了对团的认识、说明了自己加入的理由、表明了加入团组织的强烈愿望、今后努力的方向。几位写的思想不够深刻、书写潦草的同学我也及时沟通了他们；22日下午第四节课，我对入团申请书情况做了总结(包括上交情况、申请书格式、申请书和志愿书的异同，表扬了写的深刻认真的13位同学)；之后进行了庄严地入团宣誓。相信同学们通过严格的入团程序后，会对共青团有更深刻的认识和了解,会增强他们的先进、模范意识，会加强他们的责任感和使命感，为今后打下坚实的人生，为社会贡献更多的力量!

7、“中学生与网络世界”的调查与研究

随着网络的普及，因特网以势不可挡之势走入寻常百姓家。我们在享用网络带来便利的同时，也承受着网络带来的负面影响。如何帮助我们的学生树立正确的人生观，在接受网络文化时去其糟粕，取其精华。不能不引起社会、家庭、学校的高度重视，不能不成为摆在我们当前重要的课题。团委在寒假之前就中学生的网络使用情况、网络交友与聊天、网络道德、网络评价四方面37个内容在初二、初三年级中展开了一次调查。参与课题调查的七名同学对每个同学、每一个小题的答案都做了详细的统计分析，各小组调查报告开学上交后，我们会就网络对中学生产生的主要利弊、当前中学生怎样合理的运用网络等问题做一些合理性的建议。

本学期除以上这些工作之外，团委还配合学校相关部门做了一些辅助性的工作如：各项会议的背景制作(教师节表彰大会、教职工代表大会、教学工作会议)、迎接检查时的板报、橱窗宣传、学校运动会的广播、语言文字学校验收时的资料整理、与保卫科合办的和谐平安校园板报比赛、三项活动方案的制定、艺术学校验收的主要负责人等等。

回顾这一学期的工作，有成功也有失败。我校王xx同学被评为聊城市十佳中学生，我个人被评为聊城市共青团工作先进个人。回顾这一学期的工作，很多时候会感到做事情心有余而力不足，自己要做一个策划者同时还要做一个具体工作的实施者，所以校团委今天还要向学校领导申请一个职员，协助我围绕学校工作有保证的正常开展一些适合团员青年特点的活动。

五年之后,父子俩回来了。两人一路无语,无言中,他们的目光偶尔对视交流,儿子的眼中再没有了当年的凄惶与无助,代之的是一种刚毅和自信。

终于回到了家。人们终于想起了他们,还有他们的故事。人们远远地聚在外面,一个打工者,一个囚犯,如今都回来了,他们茶余饭后的谈资又多起来了。所以,每个人的脸上都有着一种掩饰不住的兴奋。

“父爱”这个刚性的称呼，给予我们的是坚定。的确，父爱是家庭的顶梁柱，是儿女成长的靠山，一直坚强地，默默地挺立，栉风沐雨，无怨无悔，令人叹服，令人敬畏!于是就有了如下比方：父爱是一座巍峨的大山，父爱是一片辽阔的草原，父爱是燃烧的太阳，父爱是奔涌的江河，父爱是厚重的抚摸，父爱是深情的凝望，父爱是一本书，父爱是一杯酒……

小时候，在我心目中，父亲是一个高大的“巨人”，虽然如此，但他还是“屈服”于我，当我的“坐骑”。小时候的我，很无知，却很快乐，骑在爸爸将近一米八的身上，好幸福，好开心……

懂事些，爸爸不再让我骑在他身上了，却仍与我一同做游戏，下棋，和我一起玩捉迷藏，爸爸就像哥哥一样，总是和我玩，和我在一起，懂事些的我，虽然不再“骑马”了，却比原先更快乐了……

长大了，爸爸再也没有与我一同玩耍了，在我没做作业，看电视，或是不听话的时候，他竟对我动了手，打我也已是家常便饭，直至有一天……

“孩子，你已长大，不需要爸爸妈妈对你如此操心了，你应该懂事一些……”听到这，我落泪了，爸爸其实是多么的爱我呀!而我却总是惹他们生气。从这天起，我再也不会大喊大叫了，也没有惹他们生气了，而父亲，也总是在背后，默默地支持我，鼓励我，在我遇到困难，难题时，也会帮我，教我……

儿时的欢乐一去不复返了，迎接我的是更大的挑战，更大的困难，而父亲，也始终陪着我。

发稍上的丝丝“白斑”，额角上的道道皱纹却成了你对我的爱的最好见证，爸爸，谢谢你为我操劳了那么多，谢谢你在我最伤心的时候一直支持我。此刻，千言万语都比不上我对你的一句话：“爸爸，我爱你。”

亲情是孟郊慈母手中的线，亲情是王维“独在异乡为异客每逢佳节倍思亲”的感叹，亲情是苏轼的“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟”，亲情是冰心手中的纸船，亲情是朱自清父亲的背影。

小时候，总以为父亲是个感情迟钝的人。

小时候，骑自行车摔倒时在旁边扶我起来的是母亲，而在不远处大喊着让我自己爬起来继续的永远是父亲；

小时候，过生日时陪我吹蜡烛的是母亲，而在一旁鼓足了劲吹气球的是父亲；

小时候，上医院打针时握着我的手反复告诉我不要怕的是母亲，被我紧紧抓着且一声不吭的是我的父亲。

每次考试前一天早上，我的写字台上都会摆好削好的铅笔，事后，才知道，是父亲做的。

当我在为跳闸而烦恼时，电视屏幕总会“刷”的一亮，我知道，那是父亲做的；

我长大了，父亲反而衰老了，此消彼长之间我看到了岁月的沧桑，尽管巨大的代沟是我们间无法跨越的阻碍，但我开始明白一些事情，我开始明白早上醒来桌上为什么会有可口的饭菜，为什么回家十字路口总会有那个企盼的背影，为什么父亲那原本温暖的大手变得越来越粗糙。

大厅的灯亮了，我听见父亲起床的声音，赶忙翻过身去，假装早已入睡，父亲只是亲亲地推开门进来掀了掀我的被角，又紧紧的盖在了我身上然后转身离去。其实我知道，每个夜晚当我入睡后，父亲都会起身为我盖被子。猛地，我察觉到，不是父亲“迟钝”，而是我的愚笨，是我没有体会到那沉默背后迸发出来的温暖啊！

生命中总有什么能感动我们，偶尔感动或许并不难，而父亲的感动却让我成为一种习惯。

风，无声，吹绿了大地；爱，无言，滋润了心田。
