Ladies and Gentlemen:

Today I’m glad that I’m standing here talking to you all. As the title given, I am going to talk you about a way of treating people and things in life. My speech here basically includes 2 parts， in the former of which I‘ll describe you the present occasion we teenagers are in， as well as the reason behind. Then it’s about the several opinions of mine toward the case above.

Undoubtedly， every one of us has stepped into adolescence， a period of time where the most exciting and mysterious changes take place. Boys， apparently become more ambitious. Girls， in some ways， start to dream and become more sensitive about the world. All in all， as if our emotions become much stronger， somehow we’re always trapped in circles and struggling against something that can’t be changed anyway. We complain about how fragile our friendship is， how little people know about us， how unfair the life is，etc. It seems that every time we fail， we blame it to the tough conditions we’re in， while never notice a problem inside ourselves， that we’re never satisfied.

Let’s just imagine that there was an old lady. What she sees was her neighbors’ being mean again while not how kind they were when they took care of her sick body. What she saw was her dog’s annoying barking while not how much loyalty it had shown.What she saw was always so depressing that it finally turned her into an unpleasant person. Think about how our life would be if we stand in her shoe.

Why don’t we focus our attention on how much we’ve already got in stead? You know it’s really simple to do as there’s a tremendous amount of examples. Like the popular Jetpack Joy Ride on your Iphone， you can enjoy it whenever you like， whereas in some poor area people don’t even know such thing as Iphone.

Actually we should be thankful about the richness we’ve got， thankful that with each sunrise taking place we don’t need to starve to call it a day， thankful that the people we love are still in health， that we still got much to hold on. As a saying on website，” The world is tough， but I’m tougher.” What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.

Every day is a gift from life， all we need is to accept it， cherish the lessons life has taught us， so as to achieve our goal with high spirit. In this way， someday when we leave the world， we leave no regrets.

尊敬的领导、老师、亲爱的同学们：

上午好！

今天我讲话的题目是―――笑迎高考。同学们，战斗的号角已经吹响，不管我们是满怀憧憬和期待，还是满心焦虑和无奈，高考总是踩着不变的步伐向我们走来。今天距高考仅有15天，万米长跑，我们已经跑过后一个弯道，里终点仅有几步之遥。也许是强弩之末让你感到，也许是黎明前的黑暗让你压抑，也许你有着时日不多的紧张，也许你还有大势已去的无奈，但是，越是剑拔弩张的紧要关头，越是需要我们有足够的定力和信心，勇敢迎战高考。

15天可以很短，弹指一挥间。若你只当它是日复一日的煎熬，整日松散怠慢，你的确成功地消磨了后的时光，却失去了后的查漏补缺、梳理知识的大好时光；15天也可以很长，长到你利用好每一天去尽可能改变现状，让不足得以补偿，让优秀的更加完美。不说你利用好每分每秒，至少你所花在学习上的时间都能发挥其效益。以下向同学们提出我的几点建议，望有所帮助。

第一，确保自身身体状况良好，注意饮食健康卫生，在天气不稳定时不要轻易减少衣服；作息时间保持充足的睡眠，不要因为内心焦急而熬夜复习。健康而精力充沛的状态才是我们发挥的保证。

第二，保持良好的心态。高考说到底也不过就是一场考试，与其紧张不安，不如坦然接受。多年的学习生涯，我们已经身经百战，何惧这后一战？

第三，重视细节，查漏补缺。目前的学习状况已基本定型，我们要做到是不断寻找并填补知识漏洞。往往决定高考成败的可能仅仅是一个细节。第四，重视基础，回归课本。千万不要心高气傲，不屑于书本中基础的。

高考内容一定是从课本基本的思想中发散出去，只有把握好这些，才有可能有所突破，或是获得意外的惊喜。

在这仅剩的十几天中，没有出息原地徘徊就是后退，就会被他人逾越，不要只是妄自嗟叹或感叹他人的收获，更不要被他人的成果吓退而感到自卑。在这后的时间内，明确自己的目标，不要被压力击垮你的梦想。始终坚持向着你的梦一步一步迈进，结果不会令你失望！

其余的话不用我说，道理也是显而易见，在这倒计时的日子里，将自己调整到状态，精心学习那份等待时机的成熟，也一定要保有在这份等待之外的努力和坚持。十二年寒窗，我们铭记承受过的辛酸，我们牢记进步时的欣喜，走过那段光明前黑暗的道路，我们已站在光明的门扉前。六月七日，让我们一起迈出后一步，一步，带上美的笑容打开这扇大门！

今天，我们在此隆重聚会,召开枣庄一中20xx届高考百日冲刺誓师大会，就是预备在今年如火的夏季，打一场漂亮的胜仗;就是预备在今年金黄的秋季，收获我们甜美的梦想。作为高三教师，我倍感荣幸和自豪，在这个不同寻常的日子里，我谨代表高三全体老师向可爱可亲又可敬的一中学子们致以春天的祝福！

在我们心中充满期望的同时，我代表全体高三教师向同学们提几条建议和要求：

首先、要有“我能成功，我必成功”的坚定信心和豪迈情怀。美国作家爱默生说：“自信是成功的第一秘决。”面对高考这人生的重要选择，每个同学都要牢固树立“只要努力，我能成功，我必成功”的坚定信心，都要有“别人行，我更行”的豪迈气概。有了这种信心与气概，才会在决胜的关键时段，始终保持旺盛的精力和坚实的前进步伐。汪国真说：“没有比脚更长的路，没有比人更高的山。”路就在我们自己的脚下，命运就在我们自己的手中。

第二、要有“高考未了，奋斗不止”的顽强意志。苏轼在《晁错论>中写道：“古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志。”正所谓，两军相逢强者胜。要成为强者，就必须始终保持爱拼才会赢的精神状态，就要有不屈不挠的意志、坚韧不拔的毅力。

在这关键的一百天中，不管碰到什么困难、遭遇什么挫折，不管某次考试成绩是优还是劣，我们都要以积极的心态正确对待，要从困难中获得动力，从挫折中取得经验，从失误中找准努力方向。高考未了、奋斗不止，永不放弃、永不言败。

第三、要有“猝然临之而不惊，无故加之而不怒”的平稳心态。此时此刻，有些同学紧张、压抑，食不甘味、睡不香甜。面对高考，我们思想上要重视，要有紧迫感和竞争意识，但在心理上要沉着冷静，以一颗平常心正确对待。平时学习中，我们不要过多考虑我能不能考上，会不会考砸之类的问题，而要经常告诫自己，只要我努力了，拼搏了，不管结果如何，我都无怨无悔。从现在开始不管大考、小考，都要有意识地训练、提高自己的应试心理素质，使自己在高考场上能以良好的心态，充分发挥出自己水平。在这决定成败的一百天中，希望同学们能以坚定的信心，顽强的意志，自强的精神，务实的作风，平和的心态，科学的方法全力以赴地提升实力，强化能力，去摘取成功的硕果，铸就属于你们的辉煌！

在剩下的这一百天中，我代表高三全体教师在此庄严宣誓：

omeone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. i don’t know who wrote these words, but i’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. we are all in the position of the farmers. if we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. if we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

we are young. “how to spend the youth?” it is a meaningful question. to answer it, first i have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. it’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. it’s the matter of the will. it’s the freshneof the deep spring of life.

a poet said “to see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. several days ago, i had a chance to listen to a lecture. i learnt a lot there. i’d like to share it with all of you. let’s show our right palms. we can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. i have a short line of life.

what about yours? i wondered whether we could see our future in this way. well, let’s make a fist. where is our future?

where is our love, career, and life? tell me.yeah, it is in our hands. it is held in ourselves.

we all want the future to be better than the past. but the future can go better itself. don’t cry because it is over, smile because it happened. from the past, we’ve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. we’ve learnt that we can’t choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. failure doesn’t mean you don’t have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. failure doesn’t mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder.

我们是年轻的。“怎样度过青春?”这是个有意义的问题。为了去回答它，我首先要问“从‘青春’这个词中你能理解到什么?” 青春不是人生的一个时期，而是精神的一种状态。青春不是桃面、丹唇、柔膝，而是深沉的意志，青春是生命的深泉在涌流.

We had learned a lot of knowledge and understood a lot of truth in the book. We had a basic concept to our country at that time. We know that our country is full of sunshine , and we are the future of our country, and our dreams are to be the hope of our motherland.

Our society became full of deception, indifference, intrigue, pressure, corruption, sinister, and we became irritable and not calm, detest the world and its ways. Our country seems to have become in a disastrous state too. A lot of young students who were nurtured by our motherland became impatient, let alone what are their dreams , what is the china dream ?

但是，不知道什么时候开始，我们长大了，生活似乎一下子变得和以前不太一样了，与此同时，虽然我们很不想承认但是却又不得不承认的是，我们的思想，我们的为人处世观，我们对我们祖国的看法，也潜移默化中慢慢开始了转变。我们的社会变得到处充满欺骗、冷漠、勾心斗角、压力、腐 败、险恶，我们变得暴躁，不冷静，愤世嫉俗。我们的国家，似乎也开始变得千疮百孔。而好多我们亲爱的祖国委以重任培养的青年学生们变得轻浮、急躁，更别提什么梦想，什么中国梦了?

I was surprised ,when the old man fell down in the street,We are afraid to help him.I was disappointed ,when someone do good things were reported,many people think he was affectation, I was sad,when I saw many of young people become indifferent ,fraud and lack of ideal.

Are we sick, or is our dear motherland sick?

我很惊讶，当大街上有老人摔倒，我们不敢再去扶起;我很难过，当有人做了好事被报道，更多的人说他做作;我很伤心，当我看到我们众多的青年人变得冷漠、市侩、欺诈以及缺乏理想。

Perhaps I cannot change our country by my own, but if thousands and thousands of young people struggle for the dream together, our motherland is enough to make the world shock.

In the center of your heart and my heart there?s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

人生中有几个青春可度?又有多少时间可让我们去荒度?岁月不等人，只有你紧紧跟住时间的脚步，你才可以不被它抛弃。我们在从儿时的无知走向少年的成熟时，在从儿时的天真无邪走向如今的风华正茂时，我们就晓得人生的道路上从来不都是平坦无阻的.，要想登到人生的顶峰，自然要经历种种挫折。人们都说拥有青春的我们认为前方是风雨无阻的，的确!因为我们自信，我们乐观，即使是“碰了壁”我们也从不轻言放弃，我们积极进取，在求知或是做人的道路上，我们累积点点滴滴去滋养我们这颗好奇的心。我们喜爱李白，因为这位诗仙言过“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。”我们敬仰龚自珍，因为这位思想家说过“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花。”

青春，是个繁忙充实而又充满乐趣的年华。每天在和同学，老师的交往中总会有不一样的小插曲，这也为忙碌的学习生涯增添了色彩。如果说青春是由颜色组成的，我会说青春有橙色，有灰色还会有粉红色。橙色是积极向上，灰色是迷惘不前，粉红则是这样那样的小插曲。

你想得到些什么，总是要失去些什么的。凡事都如此，我们都想在不久的将来能获取甘甜的果实，那么现在我们就要流下汗水去换取。花季的我们也会有收不回“野心”的时候，但我们是人生重要的奋斗时期，我们是祖国的未来，我们不努力，谁来当栋梁?

为青春这条美好的风景线再添上一道亮丽的流星，让我们奋斗吧!当我们蓦然回首往事时，也不会因虚度年华而悔恨，因为我们把青春花季过得如此充实而美好!

很高兴能站在这里演讲。在这里，我没有什么学习方法要讲，那我就谈谈我的心得体会吧!能进高三_班学习是我从未想过的，也是不敢想象的。因为我的学习成绩很差，也不求上进。不过，既来之则安之，也许，我现在是班里的倒数第一，但我会努力的，我相信在这样一个有学习氛围、拼搏精神、有压力的环境中，我一定会努力学习，改掉坏毛病。

一个良好的环境真的可以改变一个人。

古代孟母想要自己的孩子有一个良好的学习环境，曾三次搬家，后他的孩子在一个好的环境中，成为了一个有道德有修养的成功人士。

不过，一个人终想要成功还要靠自己，如果自己不努力就算有再好的东西做铺垫，他也不会成功。也许，你曾经失败过但不要放弃，在这个世上没有任何总是一帆风顺。挫折，是引导我们走向成功的导师，他会给我们很多的启发。因此，挫折并不可怕，可怕的是我们看待挫折的心态。

在追梦过程中，不可避免的就是挫折，面对挫折与困难一些人选择了放弃。也许，当时会觉得无比轻松，但终一事无成。还有一些人他们选择了坚持，也许在坚持的过程中他们是痛苦的，但他们并不后悔，而是一直在坚持着，终有所成就。

而我们现在又属于那类人呢?当然，坚持也不能盲目的坚持，就像追星不能盲目追星一样，所以我们要用正确的眼光看待他，判断他是否我们值得坚持，我们坚持的是否有意义。人生应当有远大的理想和抱负，虽然现在我们不能实现他，但我们可以慢慢积蓄力量。作为学生，我们应该做的就是好好学习，所以从现在做起，努力加油吧!要坚信自己的理想，通过自己的不断努力一定会实现的!

高三，是一段拼搏的岁月。试问：人生难得几回搏，高三不搏何时搏。乘风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海。此时的我们，在没有了高一稚嫩可爱的面容，在没有了高二年轻气盛的冲动。而是沉稳厚重的学长学姐。高考是我们人生路上的第二个门槛。也是目前至关重要的与能决定我们人生走向的关口。有人说高考是一座桥，是通往梦想殿堂的桥。是一路披荆斩棘，不畏艰难，不断进取，永不低头，勇往直前的一种信念。我坚信这种信念能给我们带来快乐。因为，学习本身就是一种乐趣。

我相信在座的同学，都想自己的成绩有一个质的飞跃。如果是这样，请你们静下心来，以你们认真的学习态度从基础做起，万丈高楼平地起，一步一步地磨练自己。然后，跟着老师讲课的进度走，但我们一定要比老师快一步。上课认真做好笔记，注意老师讲的每一个知识点。下课，好好温习老师讲的内容，加深印象。做一个有准备的人。因为有准备的人，成功的机率越大。

我们要实现梦想，就得付出艰辛和努力。尽管前方的路曲折艰辛但我们有誓不低头的决心。我坚信：只要我们坚持到底，胜利一定是属于我们。

1)主语+ is + the +形容词高级+名词+(that)+主语+ have ever + seen(known / heard / had / read,etc)例如：Liu Yifei is the most beautiful girl that I have ever seen in my life. 刘亦菲是我所看过美丽的女孩。Mr. Liu is the kindest teacher that I have ever had. 刘老师是我曾经遇到仁慈的教师。

注意，比较级也可以用来表达高级的意思， 例如：I have never seen a more beautiful girl than Liu Yifei in my life. 在我生活中我从来没见过比刘亦菲更美的女孩。Nothing is more important than to receive education. 没有比接受教育更重要的事。

2)There is no denying that + S + V„(不可否认的„„).，例如：There is no denying that the qualities of our living have gone from bad to worse.不可否认的，我们的生活品质已经每况愈下。There is no denying the fact that the new management method has greatly increased the production. 不可否认的事实是，新的管理方法已经极大提高了产量。
