二．教学措施:

1．教学目标:

高二年级是高中的重要阶段，又是高中三年的承上启下阶段。因此，让学生在高二年级打好学科基础并有所发展极其重要。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固扩大基础知识，培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力，发展智力，培养自学能力。

2．教学方法与措施：

（1）帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，指导他们掌握有效的学习方法。

①坚持每天朗读，学会背诵的有效方法。

②利用每天的零碎时间反复多记忆单词，学会记忆单词的多种方法。

③学会观察语言现象，总结语言规律（如通过例句总结出词的用法）；

④养成良好的作业习惯（整洁、独立完成），掌握各种解题技巧。

⑤坚持预习，学会看书，积极思考，大胆质疑。

⑥学会记笔记和整理笔记。

一．本计划制定的依据

1．学科教学要求背景分析

在上海市委、市政府提出的"科教兴市，走通华山天险一条路"的宏伟目标指引下，教育肩承着发展上海的重任，普通中小学的培养目标是使学生具有良好的思想道德素质、文化科学素质、身体心理素质、审美素质、劳动技能素质和健康的个性，具有创新精神、实践能力和终身可持续发展的基础，成为会学习、会合作、会做人、会生存，有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人。新基教育和二期课改的实施也给中小学教育提出了更高的要求,其中特别强调高中生一门外语过关,强调学习语言的习得环境和提高交际能力,强调以学生为主体的观念.

而本世纪中，上海将建成国际性的大都市，外语的重要性显得更为突出。高中英语教学的主

2．所教班级学生现状分析

4．其他依据

信息技术作为资料的来源、交流的平台、认知的工具，对英语教学的影响来自两个方面：一

方面是它对英语教学的内容、目的等提出了与过去不同的需求；另一方面是它给英语教学提供了更良好的教学环境与技术支持。随着全球一体化进程的加快，随着我国加入WTO并日益与世界接轨与同步，我们与世界各国的人民有了更密切的联系和交流，语言首先是交流的工具，有必要让学生了解不同国家文化背景以及语言习惯的差异，这也是对外语教学提出的新要求。利用现代信息技术可以虚拟尽可能真实的语言环境，减少 "Chingalish" 现象的产生。

另外，图书馆的丰富藏书也为教学活动提供了广阔的天地。不同国家的文化背景、风俗习惯、语言习惯、时事要闻，语言学习的扩展内容和方法，中英文的报刊、杂志，各种各样的外语工具书，在这里都可以找到，课外可以指导学生有选择地进行阅读。

二．本计划应达到目标和力争达到的目标

应达到的目标：

2．强化三关训练，夯实语言功底

词汇、阅读、语法是每个立志要学好英语的人必须过的三关，三者有联系但不能相互代替。词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。抓词汇首先在于认识，不要认为这纯粹是学生的事，而是师生双方共同的任务；其次要重视方法的指导，切忌一个一个字母地死记硬背；第三要坚持细水长流，长抓不懈，不断反复，及时巩固。只要持之以恒，拥有多个词汇毕竟不是高不可攀的。本学期继续抓住统编教材和牛津教材的词汇，同时适当扩大英文报刊、杂志的阅读量，以扩大词汇量，增强阅读能力。

短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径，因此，提高学生的阅理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章，让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。

语法是英语的框架结构。高中英语语法项目较多，为帮助学生理清思路，准确表达思想，必须引导学生学好语法。本学期将在每周安排一节课，系统地和学生一起学习各项语法内容。

3．加强听、说、读、写训练，全面提高学生英语能力

尽管目前的高考以听、写为主，但听、说、读、写训练是相辅相成、互相促进的，只有通过综合训练，才能真正全面提高学生的英语能力。根据高中教学的要求，要在进一步提高听说能力的同时，侧重培养阅读能力，要切实加强泛读训练。在大量听、读，确保一定的输入量的基础上，再适当进行写的训练，写的能力自然会不断提高。

本学期这两个班级的成绩争取在原有基础上有所提高，缩小与上学期期末区统考时平均分排在我们前面的中学--闵行三中。

三．具体实施计划

1．教材：由上海中小学课程教材改革组制订的高级中学英语课本（二年级第一学期）；

2．内容：本教材共分十二个单元，每周学习一个单元，每个单元学习一个语言结构或语言功能，一篇课文，写作技巧，听力练习；

3．单元测验：每两单元测验一次；难度适中；实行月考制度；测验题按照会考的量进行；
