X:Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 15 minutes before their performances、In the third section each of the finalists will have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech、This section the full score is 5.

Y:第三部分：即兴演讲，采用谚语、格言以及其它形式为题，请老师出十几个题目，赛前保密，提前15分钟左右让选手抽题，即兴演讲时间为2分钟，要求紧扣题目;这部分总分5分。

X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant according to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks only one question)、That will be around two minutes.This section the full score is 5.

Y:第四部分：现场回答，针对第二或第三部分评委老师进行提问(1-2个问题)。回答时间总共为2分钟。这部分满分5分。本次决赛采取25分制。

X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time、The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted、in the 1st section if the time is less than 1 minutes,or the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes or the time for questions and answers is less than 1 minute 45 seconds, the contestant’s timing score will be deducted.

Y:每部分的演讲，不足时间酌情扣0.1～0.3分(第一部分时间不足1分钟，第二部分不足3分钟，第三部分不足1分45秒扣分)。当选手每部分时间用尽时，计时员将用会举黄牌提醒选手，选手必须在15秒钟内停止演讲，否则扣分。

Ladies and gentlemen, we have 3 parts for tonights competition.

The first part is prepared speech, your speech should be made on the topic: “10th anniversary celebration of our college” after all the contestants finish their prepared speeches, the panel of judge gets to ask questions. The contestants need to answer them and show their clarity of thoughts and wit. This is good for 5mins. The second part is role play, more than two contestants will cooperate each other. This is good for 5mins. The last part is dubbing. This is good for 3 mins.

1.主题演讲:每位选手围绕“广师天河学院十周年校庆”进行主题演讲

2.情景对话：两位或三位选手为一组从不同情景中选择一个进行情景对话，情景有：

(2)建立英语村后的天河学院 角色:学生,学生,外教,老师

(3)现在的天河学院 角色:新生,师兄,家长,老师

3.电影配音：两位选手为一组从不同的电影片段中选择一段进行配音

Ok, lets briefly announce the 6 criteria for judging. They are as follows:

1. delivery of the speech,20points.This includes fitting the theme, voice quality and also the mastery of the speech.

2. pronunciation and intonation,20points.This includes your natural tone, your clarity and correctness.

3. vocabulary and grammar, 20points. This includes the right choice of the word and grammatical accuracy.

4. fluency, 20points. This includes your appropriate speed

5. expressions, 10points. This includes your ample expression, and your appropriate gesture.

6. stage presence, 10points. This includes self confidence, the passion and good manners. And the total score is 100.

下面让我们简单的了解下比赛的评分规则：

1)参赛内容 (20分)：切合主题，内容丰富，形式创意

2)语音语调(20分)：发音标准，发音清晰，语调自然

X:Thank you ,professor------now let me introduce the regulations of this final.The Final consist of four parts, namely showing myself,prepared speech, impromptu speech, and questions and answers. Y:本次大赛由四部分组成：自我展示、指定主题演讲(脱稿)、即兴演讲、现场问答四部分。

X: In the first section each of the contestants will have 1-2 minutes to show themselves,they can show off their skills in singing,dancing or even Kongfu.Please show off everything that makes you shine above the rest.This section the full score is 5. Y:第一部分：自我展示，时间1-2分钟(选手可从自我介绍、才艺展示、生活理念等一方面或多方面展示自我)这部分满分5分。

X: In the second section each of the contestants will have 3-4 minutes to deliver a prepared speech、The topic for the prepared speech is “20xx” .This section the full score is 10.

Y:第二部分;指定主题演讲，主题“情系20xx”要求脱稿，时间3-4分钟;总分10分

X:Each contestant will draw the topic of an impromptu speech 15 minutes before their performances、In the third section each of the finalists will have 2 minutes to deliver an impromptu speech、This section the full score is 5.

Y:第三部分：即兴演讲，采用谚语、格言以及其它形式为题，请老师出十几个题目，赛前保密，提前15分钟左右让选手抽题，即兴演讲时间为2分钟，要求紧扣题目;这部分总分5分。

X: And after that, two question masters in the judging panel will be responsible for raising questions to the contestant according to the prepared speech or the impromptu speech (one question master asks only one question)、That will be around two minutes.This section the full score is 5. Y:第四部分：现场回答，针对第二或第三部分评委老师进行提问(1-2个问题)。回答时间总共为2分钟。这部分满分5分。本次决赛采取25分制。

X: When the contestant’s time for each part is used up, a staff member will raise a yellow cardboard to remind the contestant of the time、The contestant must stop within 15 seconds, otherwise his or her timing score will be deducted、in the 1st section if the time is less than 1 minutes,or the prepared speech time is less than 3 minutes or the time for questions and answers is less than 1 minute 45 seconds, the contestant’s timing score will be deducted. Y:每部分的演讲，不足时间酌情扣0.1～0.3分(第一部分时间不足1分钟，第二部分不足3分钟，第三部分不足1分45秒扣分)。当选手每部分时间用尽时，计时员将用会举黄牌提醒选手，选手必须在15秒钟内停止演讲，否则扣分。

X: The judging panel will give scores on the spot、In this round, after 3 contestants finish the speech, the score of the previous 3 contestants will be announced together、After all the finalists finish the speech, the scores of all the speakers will be announced.
