作为一名商务英语毕业生，我于一家外贸公司从事采购业务，通过对客户采购要求的相关文件的阅读、整理及翻译，我协助采购经理做出合理的信息需求，并做商家删选；实习中，我通过与自己专业内容相结合，注重对专业词汇及发现自己在学习中的不足，进一步加强对商务英语的巩固和提高，丰富自己的社会词汇，以期达到理论知识与工作实践相结合的目的。实习中，我通过学习公司的企业文化、与同事之间的交流与协作，借此提高自我团队协作精神、工作技巧等各方面的知识。
三、实习总结或体会
实习作为大学生步入社会必经的一个拐点，时间短暂，而要接收的知识内容却多如牦牛，比起先前做过的校内的兼职，在该公司的工作才称得上是考验与挑战。它全面检验我各方面的能力：学习、生活、心理、身体、思想等等；检验我对所学理论知识是否已融会贯通；检验我实践中的应变力和抗压能力。它提前将我将来在工作中即将要面对及将来可能要面对的问题都提前告诉了我，对我是鼓励也是提醒!实习周期短暂，一个月很快就过去了，我在这一个月中时刻告诫自己要全力以赴，我也通过努力，建立了自己的信心。在此我简单将自己所得做一简单陈述。
1.在实习中我了借助自己所学专业知识，通过阅读、翻译、信函往来等日常工作，以取得相对的英语交流上的提高，已能够回复一般商务信函，与外商进行沟通等。
2.实习期间我虚心向同事学习，前辈们作为经验的传授者给了我很大的鼓舞和帮助，我认识到自己对本课程的认识度还很浅薄，只有通过社会接触才能不断提高，它已不仅仅是我将来的`就业目标，更是作为一种兴趣爱好而为之付出。
3.工作中，免不了要使用一些基本的办公工具，这也是我在实习中必须要掌握的，为此我学会了用复印机、传真机和扫描机，还做了很多事情，比如摘报、接听电话、收发快递、制作表格等等。事情虽然简单，操作起来却并没有自己所想的那么容易，面对高手如云的社会，我无形中产生了一种压迫感与紧迫感。
4.交流使人进步，在公司中，善于给出指导的人，往往是学术修养极高，在员工中也备受青睐的人，为此，面对信息如此头面的社会，坦诚相待或许才能更好的融入团队中。
虽然即将毕业，但对于实际社会工作还是茫茫然的，毕竟书本上的只是一个概念，具体操作并没有教你。
