I often play badmintonwith my sisters and we have a great fun together. I love music, especially thepop music, which makes me feel relax. I love English, too. Ladies and Gentlemen:

My topic is Honesty.

I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.

65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old. He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure.

He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20xx, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error.

Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

I am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! This time, Id like to talk something about English.

I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world. It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.

When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children . Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.

Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.

I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol. Of course, I want to go to London too, because England is where English language developed. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge university, I will be very happy.

I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. Ill introduce China to them, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Anshan.

I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.

If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

同学们，我们的家园富饶而美丽，我们生活，学习的地方空气是那样的清新，环境是那末的优美。地球就像妈妈一样给我们带来幸福，带来快乐。可是，你们知道吗我们生活的地球上，美好的'环境正在遭到破坏，它将给我们人类带来无穷的灾难。

我们少先队员能为地球妈妈做些甚么呢那就从身边的小事做起吧。当你和家人出往旅游时，不但自己稳定扔果皮，包装纸，而且发现垃圾还能主动拣起来投进垃圾箱里，那你就是一个保护环境的好少年；在学校里，看见自来水龙头没关紧，你能上前动手把它拧紧；看到光线充足，能主动把教室里的灯关掉，那你就是一位勤俭资源的好学生……只要大家头脑里有爱惜环境的有心人，就可以为我们的家园尽一份力，添一片绿，将来就可以把地球建成一个更加美好的新家园。

同学们，你们看，由于有了我们的参与，青山格外地葱茏；由于有了我们的行动，绿水格外地清澈；由于有了我们的存在，地球妈妈欣慰地笑了!

渐渐地，我长大了，知道了，曾几何时，我们的亲人被叫做“东亚病夫”;曾几何时，我们用的火柴叫洋火，好看的花布叫洋布;曾几何时，我们的祖国母亲在圆明园的废墟中哭泣。想到这些，我的心在颤抖。

渐渐地，我长大了。我认识了美丽的紫荆花，香港回到母亲的怀抱;我认识了巨大的鸟巢，在那里，我们的奥运健儿们英姿飒爽;我还认识了神舟七号，遥远的太空留下了中国的.足迹。长江与黄河，孕育着中华五千年的悠久文明;金色五角星中，聚集着13亿炎黄子孙的万众一心。想到这，我的一腔热血在沸腾。

渐渐地，我懂得了，地震能震倒房屋，却震不倒万众一心;

做一个有道德的人是做人的基本准则，只要我们从身边的小事做起，就会成为有道德的人。给工作了一天的爸爸妈妈捧上一杯茶，为学习困难的同学解答一个疑难问题，在公交车上主动为年迈的老人让座，把被风吹歪了的小树苗扶正，见到纸屑弯腰捡起等，只要我们从每一件小事做起，我们就会成为有道德的好少年。

同学们，再过100多天，我们的祖国母亲，就要迎来她63岁生日。让我们牢记党的教导，时刻严格要求自己，从小做一个有道德的人，向祖国妈妈献礼!为祖国妈妈祝福!

数学，相信这个词大家都不陌生。一提数学，你的第一感受是什么?厌恶?喜爱?还是视而不见?大家做数学作业时感到头痛的请鼓掌。哟，这掌声，我都头痛了。好吧，那让我教教你们怎样才能学好数学吧。

说到数学家，那无非就是欧拉呀，高斯呀，陈景润呀，华罗庚等等。其实呀，女数学家真是寥寥无几呀。现代呢，那更是不言而喻。难道女生就真的不擅长数学吗?其实不是，有些女生的逻辑思维能力和推理能力也很强，但最终导致这些女生不擅长数学，不擅长理科的根本是什么呢?在我看来，她们是没有把这门学科当成自己的爱好和自己的长处去发展、去强化。

我要说的第一点，即是对数学的热爱。这样，我在现场做一个调查，在外边儿上过数学辅导班的同学请鼓掌。哇!这真的叫掌声雷动啊!其实大伙儿都知道，我的数学能力还可以，我也在外面学学而思呀，是创新班中的一员。以前呀，在我还没上学而思创新班，还是尖子班的时候，我在班上名列前茅，作业和练习册三两下就做完了，快得很。可是自从我升到创新班以后，就觉得题目太难了，不愿意动脑筋，所以我妈妈每个周末都催着我做奥数作业，经常弄到三更半夜，我自己不舒服，妈妈也经常冒火，家里常常鸡飞狗跳的。为了改变这种状态，所以我就当作自己很乐意、很喜欢做奥数题，果不其然，我又像以前尖子班的状态了。

那么我要说的第二点就是多学、多问、多动脑、多理解。同样举个例子，我的好哥们儿阎浩文同学，他才开始学奥数不久，考进大帝学校牛顿班，就有一些奥数题不懂啊，就来找我，我给他讲了题之后呢，他那方法也挺靠谱，我讲完了后，他自己又把解题过程再给我讲一遍，哪儿不对或者他哪儿没懂我也可以帮他再分析分析。所以他是一个特别聪明的人，他这种勤学好问的精神，特别值得其他同学学习。

我要给大家讲的第三点，是要多刷题。这样，我再做一回调查，大家有买刷题书的'请鼓掌。其实我呢之前是买了学而思白皮书呀，专项训练书呀等等。但是呢，我就是不做，不刷题，直到报了这个每周三的学而思刷题班，我才发现我见识的题的类型和刷题的量都积累不够，所以我每一次考试的分数也就在平均分上下。所以我们的甘老师就劝我回家以后多刷题，多积累，因为每次稳定考高分的同学都是做了大量的题。回家以后，我就拿出已经布满灰尘的书来做题，做专项练习之类的，后来，我的成绩就慢慢进步了。
