1.话题性明确，针对性强

由于即兴讲话一般是对近期或眼前情况的有感而发，这就使话题的内容限制在一定的范围内，显示其鲜明的针对性。所以选取的角度宜小，内容应集中，议论求准，求精。

2. 态度明朗，直抒己见

3.有感染力 有说服力

第一、构思要敏捷。即兴演讲因为要在事先无任何准备的情况下，临时构思发表演讲，所以必定要求构思敏捷。要真正做到“构思敏捷”是不容易的，正像诗人陆游所说:“汝果欲学诗，功夫在诗外”。构思敏捷是以智慧和常识为基础的。要做到构思敏捷，一是要注意培养敏锐的观察能力和分析、归纳、概括能力;二是构思时要选取本人熟悉的人、事、物、景为话题，因为只有自己熟悉的事物，大脑反应才迅速、快捷；三是构思时要先取听众熟悉的、感兴趣的事物和听众关心的热门话题，这样才能与听众产生共鸣。这样，演讲者构思时就能文思如泉涌，并且话语能滔滔不绝，长流不息。

第二、语言要简洁。即兴演讲，本来篇幅就不长，而短短的几分钟演讲，要给听众留下深刻的印象，就特别要求语言要简洁，不能说废话、空话、套话，不能冗长罗嗦。并且，使用的句子不能过长，修饰语不宜用得过多。如果在句子中修饰语用得过多，就会使句子变得冗长累赘。而即兴演讲，语言稍纵即逝，句子太长，后半句还没说完，前半句子就可能淡忘了，听众就会觉得抓不住句子的主干，迫使听众把心思用在理解长句子的意义上，从而影响整个演讲的效果。所以，即兴演讲宜用短句，少用修饰语。要使即兴演讲的语言简洁，不是单纯地把长句换成短句，而是要锤炼词句，要杜绝一切空话和废话，要节省话语，含而不露，留有余地，力求达到简意赅的意境。

技巧之一：演讲稿框架——三段式

我认为，即兴演讲的内容是可以按照一定的框架模式来准备的，如此，在拟定演讲稿时，就会从容不迫。我把即兴演讲的框架模式总结为三段式，即三大部分：

第一部分：揭题。简单地对演讲题目内涵作出解释，或对其意义作用进行阐述。揭题要简洁明了，旗帜鲜明地亮出演讲的主题和观点。

第二部分：案例+观点。根据演讲的时间要求，用典型事例论证自己的主题和观点。

第三部分：呼应。即演讲的结尾，或发出倡议，或表示决心，或展望未来，再次呼应第一部分的主题。

此三段式，虽然僵化了一些，但在赛场上却是非常实用的。

按照三段式格式，写即兴演讲稿就象做填空题一样简单，可减少演讲者谋篇布局方面的时间。即兴演讲的准备过程中，分分秒秒都十分宝贵，将节约出来的时间用于实质内容的思考，语言的组织与推敲，就比别人多了一筹胜算。

技巧之二：写作顺序——先两头，再中间。

由于即兴演讲的准备时间一般都比较短暂，不可能写出完整的演讲稿，因而只能拟定一个简要的提纲。拟写提纲的顺序应当是先两头后中间。

首先完成第一部分和第三部分，即想好开头和结尾。这两部分非常重要。好的开头，会给评委留下好的第一印象，会让评委先从心理上接纳和喜悦，带着欣赏的心情来听后面的演讲；如果开头砸了锅，评委恐怕就会用挑剔的眼光看你后面的演讲了。因此，后面的演讲即使很好，也会被打折扣。结尾也是相当重要的，因为评委打分就是在你演讲结束之时。这时的评委也许已经有些疲劳了，对你前面的演讲可能印象已不是很深了。

一般情况下，比赛都是现场亮分，评委也不可能有更多的时间来推敲你的演讲，他依靠的主要是一种感觉，一种印象。因此，结尾部分将直接影响评委下笔打分的心情和对整个演讲的评判印象。此时如果用一段精彩的语言再次呼应主题，让评委再次兴奋起来，评委的给分极有可能会上扬。因此，我认为，即兴演讲的选手拿到演讲题之后，首先写好开头和结尾，力争这两部分的语言一定要生动，有感染力，开头能吸引评委，结尾能打动评委。如此，你的`演讲就成功了一大半。

第二部分是演讲的主体。一方面，演讲不能空洞无物，只喊口号，你的观点必须要用论据来论证。因此，演讲必须要有事实论据来支撑。另一方面，即使允许只喊口号，在短暂的时间内，要想出占满演讲时间的口号式语言，也是相当困难的。此时最好的选择就是讲故事（案例)。讲故事符合演讲的要求，使内容有血有肉；讲故事不必刻意推敲语言，只在心里想一下故事梗概，在纸上写几个关键词，不必将故事全部写出来，上场后临时发挥就行了。这就又可以节约出更多的时间来构思整个演讲，及对重点部分进行语言润色。

技巧之三：以抒情为写作重点。如果我们做到了怀揣案例，且对怀中的案例已十分熟悉，那么在进行即兴演讲的准备时，重点就不是对案例的叙述，而是抒情了。抒情的重点是开头、结尾和案例之后的感想三部分。准备时，只要案例一选定，所有的时间就应当放在这三部分。应当将尽可能将这三部分的语言较详细地写下来，并尽可能地熟悉，能够熟悉成诵就更好了。这样，上场之后就可少看或不看稿子，演讲起来就十分流利。

内容的熟悉，语言的流利，就更有利于情感的抒发和展现。注意，这里说的重点是指现场准备时，详细写作的重点，而不是演讲内容的重点。前提是，事前已有熟悉的、能应对演讲主题的案例。当然，技巧只能是技巧，它必须以深厚的知识内涵为基础。所谓台上一分钟，台下十年功，没有深厚的知识、情感的积淀，技巧再熟练、再高超，也只能是空架子。因此，技巧只能是开路，真正的较量则是演讲者内涵的较量。

技巧之四：案例——以叙事画龙，以议论点睛。第二部分主要是案例，案例以叙事为主，但切忌叙而不议。故事讲完，应立即针对故事谈感想、谈体会，且感想体会必须与主题相照应。议论的语言不再多，即兴演讲不宜长篇大论，时间不允许你讲那么多，你也难在短时间内准备那么多。只要能对故事所蕴含的思想、所给予的启示、所带来的思考予以总结、提升，起到点睛作用就行了。这里需要特别强调的是，议论必须与主题切合一致，要通过案例照应你的主题，证明你的观点。如一位老师的演讲题目是“责任”。

他在演讲中讲到了孟尔冬教授，说“孟尔冬教授最后倒在了自己的工作岗位上”。然而演讲者接下来的议论却是对孟尔冬教授的崇高伟大之类的歌颂，对“责任”只字不提，使如此感人的案例似乎与责任挂不上钩。有的选手说，责任二字已经隐含在案例之中了，何必一定要点明呢？错也。案例的主题思想一定要点明，要不然，就成了你在考评委。

评委在听你的演讲时，不可能有时间来细细琢磨你的案例背后所隐含的东西，不可能象评阅高考作文那样反复推敲。因此，你的案例到底要表达什么观点，需要明确地说出来。演讲不同于散文诗歌，观点必须鲜明，不能搞隐喻。刚才那位选手如果用这样一段话来对孟尔冬教授献身事业的案例发表议论的话，效果就不一样了：“孟尔冬教授用他平凡而伟大的一生，履行了一个人民教师的责任。孟尔冬教授倒下了，但孟尔冬教授的精神却永远伫立在人们的心中，永远激励着千千万万个孟尔冬进行着他未竟的事业。孟尔冬教授倒下了，但孟尔冬教授的精神却为我们铸立了一座永恒的丰碑。在这座丰碑上，镌刻着两个醒目的大字：责任！”

技巧之五：遭遇陌生演讲题——找准切口，偷换主题。有时，选手抽到的演讲题是自己不熟悉的，或者题目太大，无从下手。这种情况，可以对主题进行偷换。从演讲题中找出某一个自己熟悉、有利于自己演讲的“题眼”，从中切入，把演讲主题偷换为自己想要讲的主题，变陌生为熟悉，变宏观为微观，从而变被动为主动。但偷换而来的主题必须与给定的主题相符合，相关联，且要偷换得巧妙，不露痕迹。如一个选手抽到的演讲题目是“感动”，该选手感觉这个题不好讲，于是把主题换成了“寻找感动”。

但是，这位选手采用的不是偷换而是直换，她是这样说的：“我抽到的演讲题目是感动，但是今天，我要将这个题目改一下，改为寻找感动”。如此直截了当地改变演讲题目是要忌讳的，这会让评委和观众觉得你的演讲与主题不符。如果这位选手加上这样一段过渡语：“感动无时不在，无处不有。但感动必须用心去体验，用心去寻找。”这样，很巧妙地将演讲主题切换到了“寻找感动”，评委和听众被你牵着走了而丝毫不觉。

技巧之五：案例来源——怀揣案例，巧应主题。很多选手在即兴演讲中的案例生动感人，以为这些案例真是选手临时想来的。其实不然，多数人还是有备而来的。即兴演讲比赛虽然是现场抽题，但大的主题、大的方向一般而言是规定了的，这就给我们一个可乘之机。我们完全可以事前准备几个与演讲主题方向相关的、比较典型的案例，揣着案例上场，用不变的案例来应对变化的演讲题。一个案例可以多角度解剖，提炼出多种主题，得出多种观点。从中找出能对应演讲主题的观点，这个案例就成为演讲的论据了。

如教师的演讲比赛不管什么主题，都与教师的职业相关，与教师的职业特点、职业道德相关，围绕这些准备几个案例，并对这些案例从多种角度予以分析解剖，进行发散性主题观点的提炼，就可以从容应对即兴演讲。如一个反映“师爱”的案例，可以从中衍生出诸如责任、伟大、奉献、师德等等演讲主题。因此，无论抽到什么样的演讲题，怀中揣着的案例都可以派上用场。只不过，同样的案例，要针对不同的演讲题提炼出不同的对应主题而已。这之中，一方面案例必须要典型，越典型的案例越其蕴含的思想内容越丰富，可提炼的主题越开放多样，便越能应对更多的演讲题目。另一方面，要善于挖掘提炼案例的思想内涵，特别要善于巧妙地运用过渡性语言将案例与演讲主题切合起来。

因为事前准备好的案例，其主要内涵极有可能与演讲题目不太吻合，它们之间的关联不是直接的而是间接的。如果没有巧妙的过渡，案例与主题之间就会很生硬，很牵强。过渡语言如果用得巧妙，即使案例与演讲题目之间本来有些牵强勉强，评委和观众也不易察觉。如一位选手的演讲题目是《我与学生同成长>。选手讲了自己上的一堂公开课，课堂上一位男生在谈幸福时说出“我对幸福的理解就是占有权力和美色”。老师巧妙地处理了这一“突发事故”。然而，选手在讲完这个案例后却直接来了一句“我感受到与学生同成长的幸福”。这个幸福来得实在是太突然了，让听众感到莫名其妙。应该说，这个案例的本意要表达的并不是“与学生同成长”，而是爱护学生、尊重学生以及教师的教学机智之类的主题。也许正因为如此，这位老师没有能够巧妙地切准案例与主题之间的切合点，才使得她在演讲中非常生硬地将案例与演讲主题结合起来。如果这位选手这样说就好了：“通过这堂课，我感受到学生思维的活跃，观点的新颖，我从他们的身上学到了很多东西；通过这堂课，我的教学理念得到了进一步更新，教学艺术得到进一步提升。我强烈而深切地感受到，我正在与学生共同成长。这种成长，是多么幸福，多么美好啊！”

所有即兴演讲的'试题都应有一个准确的角色定位，考生必须在审题时明确自己的角色定位。命题演讲时考生需要站在致力于成为优秀公务员的位置上进行发言，应树立作为公务员的职权意识，所说的话必须符合自己的职位和身份。

原则二：明确受众对象。

不同的受众对象决定了我们的话语结构和措辞选择。即兴演讲可能面对着不同的主体，命题演讲面对着考官，其他情境中需要面对的可能是上级领导、兄弟单位、同事朋友、普通群众等，这就要求考生既要了解正式的官方用语，又能够用生活化的口头语言开展工作，这是一种灵活的工作方法。真诚的交流是消除误会、提高工作效率的要求，也是避免假话、空话、套话的要求，无论面对什么对象，所讲的话都要真诚、贴切。

20xx年11月，我系邀请桂林市知名播音员、主持人山谷先生做了一次朗诵技巧讲座。最后我作了如下的即席演讲：

我跟同学们一样洗耳恭听了山谷先生的讲座，在听的过程中有四个词语不断地涌现在我的脑海中，它们是“自豪”、“感谢”、“羡慕”和“希望”。

先说“自豪”，没想到山谷先生竟是我们中文系的系友，同学们的师兄，而且竟是我的老乡，我为我们中文系有山谷先生这么优秀的系友而自豪，我为有山谷先生这么出色的老乡而自豪!

接着说“感谢”，感谢山谷先生在百忙中抽空来为我们讲学，带给我们这么多鲜活的信息和实用的朗诵技巧;感谢同学们，尤其是那些一直站在走廊里的同学们，自始至终认真听讲，积极参与互动环节。

再说“羡慕”，我听过许多讲座，但没有听到过这样精彩的朗诵指导，我羡慕同学们好福气。

最后说“希望”，希望如山谷先生自己所说，今天的讲座只是一个开始，今后还会有第二次，第三次，第四次……

二、朴实直陈法

我观赏了中文系“风采之星大赛”后，谈了自己的感想：

感谢大家给我这次发言机会。看到同学们开展的课外活动这么丰富多彩，我感到“出乎意料，合乎情理”。同学们的才艺之精彩，出乎我的意料之外;但细细思量，想到我们新世纪的青年一代，应该是如此朝气勃勃、多才多艺的，又觉得尽在情理之中了!

三、数字串连法

我们系每年都举行一次大学生辩论赛，去年的辩论赛结束时，我作了这样的即兴演讲：

我们系一年一度的大学生辩论赛圆满结束了。对这次辩论赛，我的评价概括起来是两句话：两个新突破，一种好形式。第一个突破是，突破了往届各讲各的、交锋不激烈的老一套，开始了真正的短兵相接、唇枪舌剑，辩出了水平、辩出了智慧……第二个突破是，突破了往届只注意引经据典、脱离实际的老一套，开始贴近我们大学生的生活，辩出了思想、辩出了风格……

广西师大附中的语文特级教师于小江应邀给我校学生作报告，听了报告后，我是这样谈感想的：

学生齐答：“爽!”

“还想不想再听?”

“想!”

“于老师的报告让我们如坐春风，当然很爽，当然想听。能听到于老师这场魅力十足的报告，是我们的荣幸。而我比大家更荣幸，因为我不仅听了她的报告，还在20xx年前听过她的课。20xx年前她的课就很有名了，如今她的课肯定更好了。同学们想不想看她上课?”

学生大声回答：“想!”

“于老师您听，呼声很高啊，同学们不仅想听您的报告，还想看您的课，但愿您今后还能给我们作报告，并且把您的课例带来，好不好?我们热切地期待着!谢谢!”

今天这三位师兄来给同学们传经送宝，真可谓雪中送炭，情义无价。

周华平师兄在校时是个腼腆的男孩，走上社会后变化很大，变得自信了、老练了，但青春的容颜没变，他的发言句句都是掏心窝子的话，朴实在理，令人信赖。

陶新发师兄在校时是我系团总支书记，是个像老黄牛一样的好学生，他的顺利就业证明了当学生干部的付出是值得的，证明了有能力肯吃苦的人在社会上是大有用武之地的。

Who can ignore the fact that we have established ourselves as a great state in the world, that we have devised our own nuclear weapons, that we have successfully sent our satellites into space, and that our GNP ranks No. 7 in the world? We have experienced the plunders by other nations, and we have experienced the war. Yet, based on such ruins, there still stands our nation----China, unyielding and unconquerable!

I once came across an American tourist. She said, “China has a history of five thousand years, but the US only has a history of 200 years.
