It's my honor to speak here and I am very glad to share my topic with all of you. Today I'd like to talk about “my dream”. I do not just have one dream, in fact, I have three. They are: a healthy life, a happy family and to travel my great country.

I have always admired the long healthy life my grandparents have. They are older than 80 years of age and they are still alive and kicking! How do they do that!? My grandparents plant vegetables and grow rice themselves; even in their old age they still make food for themselves! I guess that is why they can remain healthy. More importantly they remain humble and never ask for too much from life. Perhaps that makes them common, but they live a happy life. My grandmother once told me this:” I do not want to live long, only long enough for some grand children to be running around in my house”. I want to live a long, healthy and happy life just as they have.

Since my graduation from primary school, until now, every time on my birthday I make the same wish. I wish my parents will not fight anymore. I am not complaining that they gave me a bad childhood, they just fight so much! I am unhappy but that does not mean they do not love me. They do! They love me with all their heart. I love my parents also; I want them to live a happy life as well.

I want to travel this great country of ours. I want to see the beauty of our country. I want to see the miracles that made this country great! I want to go from the east to west, from the north all the way down to the south! I have a dream, that one day I can travel and see my country with my family and friends! If that is not possible, seeing my country on my own is good enough also. If I can fulfill all three of my dreams in life, then God can take me away. I would be happy, and l would have lived a full and prosperous life.

Forty-four Americans have now taken the presidential oath. The words have been spoken during rising tides of prosperity and the still waters of peace. Yet, every so often the oath is taken amidst gathering clouds and raging storms. At these moments, America has carried on not simply because of the skill or vision of those in high office, but because we the people have remained faithful to the ideals of our forebears, and true to our founding documents.

So it has been. So it must be with this generation of Americans.

That we are in the midst of crisis is now well understood. Our nation is at war, against a far-reaching network of violence and hatred. Our economy is badly weakened, a consequence of greed and irresponsibility on the part of some, but also our collective failure to make hard choices and prepare the nation for a new age. Homes have been lost; s shed; businesses shuttered. Our health care is too costly; our schools fail too many; and each day brings further evidence that the ways we use energy strengthen our adversaries and threaten our planet.

These are the indicators of crisis, subject to data and statistics. Less measurable but no less profound is a sapping of confidence across our land — a nagging fear that Americas decline is inevitable, and that the next generation must lower its sights.

Today I say to you that the challenges we face are real. They are serious and they are many. They will not be met easily or in a short span of time. But know this, America — they will be met.

On this day, we gather because we have chosen hope over fear, unity of purpose over conflict and discord.

On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics.

We remain a young nation, but in the words of Scripture, the time has come to set aside childish things. The time has come to reaffirm our enduring spirit; to choose our better history; to carry forward that precious gift, that noble idea, passed on from generation to generation: the God-given promise that all are equal, all are free and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.

In reaffirming the greatness of our nation, we understand that greatness is never a given. It must be earned. Our journey has never been one of shortcuts or settling for less. It has not been the path for the faint-hearted — for those who prefer leisure over work, or seek only the pleasures of riches and fame. Rather, it has been the risk-takers, the doers, the makers of things — some celebrated but more often men and women obscure in their labor, who have carried us up the long, rugged path towards prosperity and freedom.

For us, they packed up their few worldly possessions and traveled across oceans in search of a new life.

For us, they toiled in sweatshops and settled the West; endured the lash of the whip and plowed the hard earth.

For us, they fought and died, in places like Concord and Gettysburg; Normandy and Khe Sahn.

Time and again these men and women struggled and sacrificed and worked till their hands were raw so that we might live a better life. They saw America as bigger than the sum of our individual ambitions; greater than all the differences of birth or wealth or faction.

This is the journey we continue today. We remain the most prosperous, powerful nation on Earth. Our workers are no less productive than when this crisis began. Our minds are no less inventive, our goods and services no less needed than they were last week or last month or last year. Our capacity remains undiminished. But our time of standing pat, of protecting narrow interests and putting off unpleasant decisions — that time has surely passed. Starting today, we must pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America.

For everywhere we look, there is work to be done. The state of the economy calls for action, bold and swift, and we will act — not only to create new s, but to lay a new foundation for growth. We will build the roads and bridges, the electric grids and digital lines that feed our commerce and bind us together. We will restore science to its rightful place, and wield technologys wonders to raise health cares quality and lower its cost. We will harness the sun and the winds and the soil to fuel our cars and run our factories. And we will transform our schools and colleges and universities to meet the demands of a new age. All this we can do. All this we will do.

Now, there are some who question the scale of our ambitions — who suggest that our system cannot tolerate too many big plans. Their memories are short. For they have forgotten what this country has already done; what free men and women can achieve when imagination is joined to common purpose, and necessity to courage.

What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them — that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works — whether it helps families find s at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. Those of us who manage the publics dollars will be held to account — to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day — because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government.

Nor is the question before us whether the market is a force for good or ill. Its power to generate wealth and expand freedom is unmatched, but this crisis has reminded us that without a watchful eye, the market can spin out of control — and that a nation cannot prosper long when it favors only the prosperous. The success of our economy has always depended not just on the size of our gross domestic product, but on the reach of our prosperity; on our ability to extend opportunity to every willing heart — not out of charity, but because it is the surest route to our common good.

As for our common defense, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals. Our founding fathers ... our found fathers, faced with perils we can scarcely imagine, drafted a charter to assure the rule of law and the rights of man, a charter expanded by the blood of generations. Those ideals still light the world, and we will not give them up for expediences sake. And so to all the other peoples and governments who are watching today, from the grandest capitals to the small village where my father was born: know that America is a friend of each nation and every man, woman, and child who seeks a future of peace and dignity, and that we are ready to lead once more.

Recall that earlier generations faced down fascism and communism not just with missiles and tanks, but with sturdy alliances and enduring convictions. They understood that our power alone cannot protect us, nor does it entitle us to do as we please. Instead, they knew that our power grows through its prudent use; our security emanates from the justness of our cause, the force of our example, the tempering qualities of humility and restraint.

开放学习过程可概括为三点：

第一、让学生经历情境，在情景中感悟。

第二、让学生经历探究，在探究中生成。

第三、让学生经历运用，在运用中内化。

我们在评价一节好课的时候，往往会说，这节课展示了学生的学习过程，学生是从不会到会的，有一个真实学习的过程。因为，开放学习过程，我有如下建议：

一、以人为本，把课堂还给学生

要注重与学生之间的真实交流，有生命力的课堂不需要做秀。教师一方面要通过创设情景，使学生在情境中学习，在学习中逐步领悟;另一方面，让学生主动参与到活动中来，教师不以展示自己的学识和能力为主要目标，教师的能力是为学生更好地学习服务，牢牢记住学生才是学习的主体，把课堂还给学生，把学习的权利还给学生。

二、寓教于乐，把多样学法引进课堂

不懂得传道有方、授业适时的教师，纵有满腹经纶，也难以让学生达到解惑的境界。只有运用灵活多变的.教学方法，让学生在“学中乐”又在“乐中学”，才能达到教与学有机结合的最高境界，教学方式的探究，对老师是个挑战。教学方式的多样化，可以鼓励我们老师努力学习、大胆创新、不断提高驾驭教材的能力。做到教学手段多样化，课堂组织灵活化。

三、学用结合，将语言还原于生活

要充分挖掘生活资源，把教学内容与生活紧密联系起来。灵活使用教材，把教材静止的场景变为学生熟悉的生活情景；但有些取材范围太窄，有的与本班学生生活实际不符，对于这样的教材，我们要注意灵活利用而不能抛弃教材，可以进行适当的调整与重组；让学生在活动中充实、延伸教学内容。将语言运用还原于生活，真正把语言教学与运用结合起来。

有位教育家曾经说过，课堂是向未知方向挺进的旅程。任何教学设计在执教过程中都会发生变化，这就需要我们教师充分地预设和发挥教学机智，将发展学生的综合语言运用能力落实，只有这样，才能在教学中创设更多美丽的风景。

如果把课堂比作是孩子们汲取知识的海洋，那么他必然应该是水波浩淼、气象万千的。可是实际上，当我们走进某些课堂，我们看到教师的教案上永远只有一个标准答案，而学生的思维也就永远有一个牢不可破的框框。

我们看到的是墨守成规、方法一成不变；我们也在课堂上看到无上的权威、严厉的说教，以及无条件的接受和战战兢兢的服从。于是，孩子们就失去了海洋。课堂，是指向过去的世界，还是面向未来的时代？是以人类已经积累的知识为本，还是以人的发展为本？是以单通道方式向学生进行灌输，还是引导学生学会关心、学会学习、学会动手、学会发展、学会探究？每一个答案都是后者，每一个答案都要求我们完成第一种改造：变“死”的课堂为“活”的课堂。

其实我们何必要那么高高在上呢？我们何必板起脸孔？我们何必去牵着学生的鼻子走呢？我们何必永远只会说指令性的话语！难道面对前人知识、文化、智慧的精华，教师与学生是不平等的吗？这样的教师角色，体现不出教师劳动的创造本质，也贬低了你我的生命价值。其实，在课堂里，老师、文本、学生之间应该是一种平等的对话。我想，学生欢迎这样的教师：所谓闻道有先、授业有道、解惑有法；我想学生们应该喜欢这样的课堂：平等、民主、自由。所以我们就应该有改造方法：把“教师的课堂”变为“学生的课堂”。

有这样一句话“读万卷书不如行万里路”和“书中乾坤大、笔下天地宽。”在课程标准中指出过：“学习资源和实践机会无处不在、无时不有的，我们的前人早就告诉了我们，书本和实践是不能割裂开来的。我们在这里也要完成的另一种改造，那便是：变“书本的课堂”为“生活的课堂”。让家事国事天下事伴随着风声雨声读书声走进寒窗；也让书本上的铅字，跳跃成大自然的花红柳绿、鸟兽虫鱼；让孩子们求知若渴的目光穿越过去和未来，关注个体和社会。不可想象：如果教育远离了学生鲜活的生活世界，那又怎能走进他们的内心世界！那么就让我们抛弃那些无聊的让孩子讨厌的练习吧，多读，多写，多实践，让我们营造一个真正的“大课堂”！

其实，在课堂里辛苦跋涉的.我们，从冬到春，从秋到夏，且行且思，也慢慢知道了唯有改造课堂才具有生命的活力，作为一名教师，也许你曾想过：我的工作有什么意义，我上的课，我在课堂上滔滔不绝的话语，我给学生做的一张又一张的试卷，它们到底能给孩子带去什么。我甚至看到的是学生因此而惧怕课堂，这真的会黯然神伤。想起我们自己做学生的时候，也曾接受过这样的教育，也曾在这样的课堂里累积应试的知识。然而今天我们应该对这段生活有所反思啊。

我交流的题目是<功夫在案头，风采在课堂>

也许你是风华正茂、怀揣美好理想、刚走上教育教学岗位的年轻教师；也许你是年富力强、德才兼备的骨干教师；也许你是德高望众、学识渊博的老教师。不管你、我各属于哪个执教年龄，我们共同从事着这个职业，共同耕耘在这块土地上，共同面对着课改的挑战。什么样的课堂才是高效的课堂，这是一直困扰着大多数老师的问题。 现在新课改进行得热火朝天，关于课改的高频词便是“自主、合作、探究”这也是一些老师孜孜追求的目标。一些老师认为：“自主、合作、探究”学习就是教师少讲，甚至不讲，有的学校甚至还规定一节课最多只能讲15分钟，超过这个时间就算失败。有的教师则一味追求课堂上学生感官上的“刺激”；一味追求课堂气氛上的“热闹”；一味追求课堂教学手段的花俏等教学过程表面上的“唯美主义”。特别是公开课、示范课或观摩课,更是让人觉得如此。有时候一节课里面需要老师讲得也不敢讲了，什么东西都让学生自己去体会，去总结。问题是我们面对的学生基本功还没有达到那个水平，他能体会到什么，(文言文)，针对这一现象有关专家提出我们老师在上课时该出手就要出手，也就是说一些重要的知识需要老师总结的，还是需要我们老师来讲。学生只有深刻领会了基础知识，才能灵活运用。于是我们老师就变得无所适从，到底什么时候该讲，什么时候不该讲，一节课到底讲多长时间是丈二和尚摸不着头脑。

课堂教学的过程其实是一种师生沟通、相互理解，最终达成思想共识的过程。它是学生积极主动地把知识变成自己的“学识”和“主见”的思维活动。实现高效课堂，是我们每位教师的不懈追求，我认为教师在教学过程中应注重以下几方面的培养：

第一，课堂教学中师德的彰显 （先教做人再教知识） 课堂教学是教师教学工作的中心。教师的言行是教师个体职业道德具体表现。那么，课堂教学中的教师言行，无疑是教师职业道德的集中体现。不应将自己的情绪带进课堂，有情绪发泄在教室外边，课堂是教和学的前沿阵地，不是泄私愤地方，课堂教学要做到平等公正地对待学生，教师不应该出现以下师德缺失行为：偏爱少数学生，尤其是成绩优秀的学生，而漠视其他学生的存在，用语言伤害给自己“麻烦”的学生，甚至袒护出错的“关系生”；偏心少数学生，给予他们较多的回答、练习、表现自我的机会，而不关注学习困难的学生，不给予针对性的指导和主动性的帮助。课堂教学面向全体学生，克服偏爱偏心行为，教师应起码做到：1、阳光普照、2、机会同等、3、严慈相济

在做到这些后，我们就基本把握了课堂教学中的师德。尊重每一个学生的人格，尊重每一个学生的内在需求，让更多的尊重，更多的关怀造就师生关系和谐的.课堂。

第二：精心备好每一节课（功夫在案头）

如何利用有限的时间，高效得完成教学任务。我认为首先就要在备课上下功夫。备课，是上好课的先决条件。有句话说的好“不打无准备的仗”。准备充分，一堂课的教学思路，教学逻辑清晰可见，完成学习目标是高效率完成教学任务的基础。而精心设计教于学的每一个环节，是高效课堂的最大着力点。在教学中，善于引导学生从真实的情景中发现问题，有针对性地展开讨论，提出解决问题的思路，使学生的认识逐步得到发展。

第三、组织好课堂教学（风采在课堂）

教师要认真组织好课堂教学，努力创设民主、轻松、活泼的课堂教学氛围。课堂上要充分发挥学生的主体作用，引导学生积极参与，鼓励学生大胆提出问题解决问题，培养良好的学习习惯。学生集中注意力的时间有限，因此我们要把重难点内容尽量安排在前一段时间，这时学生的注意力集中、理解和记忆的效果最好。剩下的时间可让学生做当堂测试、学习与巩固等。要想使高效课堂落到实处，就要求我们老师要精心备课、精心设计当堂测试，从而提高课堂教学效率。同时要有应对课堂突发事件的能力，轻松驾驭课堂，使课堂活而不乱，花儿不浮。

第四、灵活布置作业（不拘一格的评价）

课堂效果的评价模式不是一成不变的，课堂笔记，作业本，习题本，错题本。如何去调控，去应用，在一点程度上也彰显了老师的教学能力，希望我们能够权衡利弊，切忌泛而不精，无形中加重了学生的学习负担，是学生奔波在完任务的氛围中，

检查验收要注重无章可循。

课堂教学不是死板的，也不是一成不变的。高效课堂也不是口号，得靠每位一线教师根据自己的理解去实施。最后我想说，课改的出发点是好的，该怎样去做，要靠我们自己去认真体会，好的课堂效率体现在45分钟

It is possible to build up faith in oneself by having the right attitude towards one’s abilities. We should never underestimate one’s abilities. But believe in the proverb: “Where there is a will, there is a way.” Confidence is the promise for fulfilling a task successfully.

People’s opinions are always different once they talk about campus love. Some people hold the idea that campus love is a bitter fruit which may cause pains and make people hurt. The later seem to be idealists who love for love’s sake!

As far as I’m concerned, I do not quite agree with the two kinds of opinions mentioned above. For one thing, since we are college students now, we should learn to take total responsibility and it is time for us to experience various kinds of "growing pains", including love. So maybe we’d better be braver to pursue it in spite of the sorrows that might happen to us.

However, I do not mean that study can be neglected compared with love. For, as college students our main task was, is and will be study. Being adults does not mean being totally independent. Those who abandon their study in sake of love are rather idlers than idealists!

今天我去实验小学报名并参加面试了，一开始还真有点紧张，但等我进去，看到老师们可亲的笑脸，我就一点也不紧张了。

今天下午，我正在家里琢磨数学难题。突然电话铃响了起来，我连忙跑过去，一看是爸爸的手机号码，我就接了。“爸爸，你打电话有什么事？”我问。爸爸告诉我：“你快到‘李字天桥’下的‘理查德英语培训中心’的六楼。我在等你！”看来，爸爸是让我去那儿学英语。虽然心里不愿意去，但是我知道非去不可，因为爸爸以前曾经说起过这件事，而且当时态度很强硬。

没有多久，我就到了“理查德英语培训中心”。当我气喘吁吁爬到6楼时，爸爸已经等在那里了，看样子爸爸对我的迅速到来感到满意。爸爸先带领我熟悉一下周围环境。有4间小教室，教室的墙壁上写着几句英文，可是我不知道是什么意思。其中1间的墙上还贴有一张学生名单，我发现有一个同学叫胡周烨，他可是我的同班同学，看到他在这儿学习，奇怪的是我刚刚来时的紧张心情一下子变得轻松多了。还有2间办公室和1间会议室。爸爸一边给我“打气”，一边带我走进了一间办公室，抬头就看见2个老外正在上网。爸爸鼓励我跟老外打招呼，可我就是张不了嘴，说不了话，也许太紧张了。接着，爸爸又把我领到另1间办公室，这儿只有1个中国老师，爸爸叫他“袁老师”。爸爸向他说明情况后，他就对我开始了英语测验，也可以说是给我一个“下马威”吧？他问我：“What’s your name ?” 我一听就知道在问我的名字，于是我回答说：“My name is Shi pu.”接着他又问“How old are you?”我坦然地说：“twelve。”这时，他又拿出了英语卡片，让我认英语字母，这可是“小菜一碟”，他手指那里我就说那里，毫不迟疑。可让我认单词，就有些经受不住考验了。过了一会儿，他又问起了问题：

“Do you like apple?”我马上说：“No. I like banana”。这几个来回之后，爸爸也大吃一惊，因为爸爸不知道我会这几招，连声称赞我。最后，他问：“Do you have any pencil ?”我说：“No.”没想到居然被我歪打正着了，我好不高兴。英语测验总算结束了。袁老师总结说：“英语基础不错。插入6年级班。明年读初一。”就这样，我通过面试被光荣录取了。

这次去“理查德英语培训中心” 面试，我的心情从紧张到自信，最后到光荣录取，真是功夫不负有心人。过去爸爸常常督促我读英语，听英语，看英语，少看了不少电视，也挨了不少骂，现在有了回报，我真的非常高兴，也非常感谢爸爸对我的严格教育，否则今天的英语口语测试就不会这么顺利了。
