一、在上班时间内从纵向记忆法中寻找一组单词进行记忆，不论单词数量多少。同时复习以上学过的单词，采取1+2+3记忆方法，也就是说前一天记的单词只记一遍，昨天记的单词复习两遍，今天记的单词记忆三遍。然后在车上复习默想，尽可能记住十个以上的单词比较好。

二、同时还要浏览一下横向记忆法，尽量多记忆单词。

三、回家后通过疯狂记单词软件复习100个单词，主要是从教材中记忆单词。再联系自己记的单词办法记忆更多单词。

四、在完成单词记忆后，听李阳的疯狂英语对话3遍，再复习前一天的`英语对话一遍，此时关键一点是培养听力练习。

五、在听完对话后，再听一本英文有声阅读。希望多次说会情景对话。目前对于我说，看电影不看字幕，会比较吃力。暂不考虑看电影了。

六、还有时间的话，就可以听听英语歌曲了，属于轻松的范围，不再考虑学习英语的范畴内。

七、每天早上起来，读一个小时的英语。无论什么样的英语都好，尽量把英语当中文书看，读得越快越好。只有这样语感才会出来。也就是李阳说的，脱口而出的英语才是真正的英语，如果经过自己的左思右想而去的英语可能就是蹩脚的中国式的英语。
