我的外公是一名优秀的共产党员，他戎马一生，工作敬业，深受群众的爱戴，虽然他现在已经离开了我，但是他教育我做事要认真负责，学习要勤奋努力，为大家服务要全心全意，我想如果他知道我今天可以参加“党是阳光我是苗做祖国的好苗苗”市区第二十届“好苗苗”的评选，不知道会有多高兴，一定会开心地大声说，“走！帮你买新衣服去！”来到商店里又一定会大声对营业员说，“来！

于是效仿书中的办法用绳子在书桌、衣柜和床腿上左串串、右拉拉，用绳子串起了“九曲彩绳阵”，妈妈难以破阵，嘿嘿，想进我的房间也难哪！

都说 “熟读唐诗三百首，不会吟诗也会偷”啊！书读多了，我也能顺手捏来一些妙语。有一次，我做错了什么事，妈妈生气了，直着脸骂我。

看着老妈板起的那张脸，我低着头愧疚地说：“是啊，就好像《增广贤文》里说的‘养子不教如养驴，养女不教如养猪嘛！我错了！

”话一出，妈妈板起的脸立即阴转晴，一场危机立即化解了。

因为我读了很多书，我也成了学生们羡慕的对象！记得五年级的语文课讲到《草船借箭》这一课时，由于我早就熟读《三国演义》，老师在提问题时我都答得非常好！课后还和同学们讲《三国演义》里的各种精彩故事，听得他们津津有味，甭提多羡慕我了！

成为学生羡慕的对象，我自然更喜欢读书，学习成绩、写作能力也在不断提高。

随着年龄的增长，我的阅读水平和阅读风格也在提高。从 《东方娃娃》杂志到四大名著，从 《格林童话》到高尔基的《童年》,都装进了我的脑袋。《火影忍者》让我懂得了坚持，《哈里波特》让我学会了勇敢，《纳尼亚传奇》让我明白了责任……“读书不思考，犹如吃饭不消化”，看书让我学会了思考，而思考让书更有益于我的成长！

我不仅爱看书，还爱赠书！正所谓“赠人玫瑰，手有余香”，别人问我借书时，我总是毫不吝啬地借给他们。一次，妈妈一个朋友的儿子看上了我书柜里陪伴了我五年的《流浪儿迪克》，虽然我很舍不得，但看着那个小弟弟渴求知识的目光，我还是把这本书送给了他。

大家好：

今天我演讲的题目是《我爱我校》。

在老师布置这次演讲比赛主题的时候，有的同学对这次演讲比赛就嗤之以鼻：“什么‘爱我校园’演讲比赛，还不是在为学校唱颂歌!”。

可是我只想通过个人的经历与感受，和大家共同思考一个问题学校，值不值得我们热爱?我们，应不应该为我们的学校喝彩?

我是一个农村里长大的孩子，因为中考失利，曾经一度想放弃学业南下打工，想为不是很富裕的家庭增加点经济****。我问过好多哥哥姐姐们，问他们打工好不好玩，钱好不好攒，可他们都给我提了一个相同的建议，那就是要先学好知识和技术，只有那样才可以轻松地攒钱。彷徨与困惑，失意与孤寂，曾经在我心中徘徊很久很久。

所以，经过无数次的选择，我把希望寄托在这里。我想有一个新的生活和塑造一个新的自我。但是，我又非常害怕，因为我既没有惊人的优异成绩，也没有耀眼的荣誉光环，我担心老师看不起我，同学瞧不起我。但后来我发现这里的学生很友好，老师也很和蔼可亲。

课堂上，老师总是能把知识讲得那么的透彻，分析得那么详细，而且有时候有的学生没听明白，老师就会不厌其烦地说上好几遍，直到我们弄懂为止。课后，老师亲切地向我们询问生活的情况，询问我们对学校对老师对班级还有什么其它要求，在那一刻，我感动了，我为我有这样的老师而骄傲，我为自己的正确选择而骄傲。有人把老师比作是辛勤的园丁，今天，我要把我们的老师比作灿烂的太阳，我爱我们的老师，他们使我们懂得了做人的基本道理，传授给了我们丰富的知识，让我们养成了高尚的品德，给了我们最热情的关怀和爱护。

孔老师说过：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”首先，我要明确一点，比起学习精神而言，学习方法本身就是下位或者说是次要的东西。

学习精神是指良好的学习态度和自信。今天是一个学习方法的研讨会，所以我将主要谈谈我的一些学习方法。

我认为在课上我们应该怎么做就没必要说了，这个老师们每天不是讲一遍两遍，如果连课上自己应该干什么都不知道，那我后面讲的内容也就没必要去考虑了。

什么是好的学习方法？严格来说，这是一种适合自己的有效学习方法。它是符合学习者自身特点，并与学习内容紧密相连，可以高效率地完成学习任务、达成学习目标的措施、手段和办法。

注意它必须符合学习者自身的特点。任何想要照搬他人的学习方法，以期迅速提高学习效率的想法和做法都是不切实际的，极其错误的。一个总的原则是，不盲从、不迷信，绝不可以走别人的路，那样会让自己无路可走的。

虽然每个人的学习都有自己独特的风格，但一定有一些通用的方法。首先，学习需要有一个相对安静的、良好的外部环境;其次，在学习内容的安排上，必须先易后难、先慢后快;在复习的时间安排上，我们要按照艾宾浩斯“遗忘曲线”所揭示的规律，遵循先多后少、先密后疏的原则;在学习时我们还需要同学、伙伴间相互的支持和鼓励，始终保持积极向上的、乐观自信的心态，等等。这些只是决定我们学习的方向，怎么走就看自己了。

我首先要强调的是“学习效率”，这可能其他几位也会讲到。我们知道效率和时间是成反比的，没有较高的学习效率，我们就要比别人多付出一倍甚至两倍的时间，这是学习中最忌讳的事。怎样才能提高学习效率呢?

关键就是要静下心来，一定要做到专心致志，不要在学习的同时干其他事或想其他事。一心不能二用的道理谁都明白，可还是有许多同学在边学习边听**。或许你会说听**是放松神经的好办法，那么你尽可以专心的学习一小时后全身放松地听一刻钟**，这样比带着耳机做功课的效果好多了。

it was four years ago that everyone of us came from every part of china and formed a new collective. as we are young, it’s very easy for us to municate. it was in the past four years that we were ambitious.

it was in the past four years that we were friendly and lonely ... and it was in the past fours that we studied, lived and respected each other with genuine and with our ambitions. nothing in the world is more significant than we miss all of these.

we miss you─teachers who are tireless in teaching; we will keep your gestures and your white hairs in our hearts deeply; we will miss the quietness with the lights at night in the classroom; we will miss the race and exercise on the playground; we will miss even the crowds in the dining hall and the quarrel on the beds; we will still miss every green piece and every piece of waste ***** flying like flakes in the air ... however, today we will leave nothing but the first rose with our alma mater and our teachers which is entrusted with our love and respect.

the cynics say the college students are the pampered lost generation, which would cringe at the slightest disfort. but the cynics are wrong. the college students i see are eagerly learning about how to live independently.

we help each other clean the dormitory, go shopping and bargain together, and take part time jobs to supplement our pocket money.

the cynics say we care for nothing other than grades; and we neglect the need for character cultivation. but again, the cynics are wrong.we care deeply for each other, we cherish freedom, we treasure justice, and we seek truth.

last week, thousands of my fellow students had their blood typetested in order to make a contribution for the children who suffer from blood cancer.

as college students, we are adolescents at the critical turning point in our lives. we all face a fundamental choice: cynici** or faith, each will profoundly impact our future, or even the future of ourcountry.

chief justice rehnquist, president carter, president bush， president clinton, distinguished guests and my fellow citizens, the peaceful transfer of authority is rare in history, yet mon in our country. with a ****** oath, we affirm old traditions and make new beginnings.

as i begin, i thank president clinton for his service to our nation.

and i thank vice president gore for a contest conducted with spirit and ended with grace.

i am honored and humbled to stand here, where so many of america's leaders have e before me, and so many will follow.

we have a place, all of us, in a long story -- a story we continue, but whose end we will not see. it is the story of a new world that became a friend and liberator of the old, a story of a slave-holding society that became a servant of freedom, the story of a power that went into the world to protect but not possess, to defend but not to conquer.

it is the american story -- a story of flawed and fallible people, united across the generations by grand and enduring ideals.

the grandest of these ideals is an unfolding american promise that everyone belongs, that everyone deserves a chance, that no insignificant person was ever born.

americans are called to enact this promise in our lives and in our laws. and though our nation has sometimes halted, and sometimes delayed, we must follow no other course.

through much of the last century, america's faith in freedom and democracy was a rock in a raging sea. now it is a seed upon the wind, taking root in many nations.

our democratic faith is more than the creed of our country, it is the inborn hope of our humanity, an ideal we carry but do not own, a trust we bear and pass along. and even after nearly 225 years, we have a long way yet to travel.

while many of our citizens prosper, others doubt the promise, even the justice, of our own country. the ambitions of some americans are limited by failing schools and hidden prejudice and the circumstances of their birth. and sometimes our differences run so deep, it seems we share a continent, but not a country.

we do not accept this, and we will not allow it. our unity, our union, is the serious work of leaders and citizens in every generation. and this is my solemn

pledge: i will work to build a single nation of justice and opportunity.

i know this is in our reach because we are guided by a power larger than our selves who creates us equal in his image.

and we are confident in principles that unite and lead us onward.

america has never been united by blood or birth or soil. we are bound by ideals that move us beyond our backgrounds, lift us above our interests and teach us what it means to be citizens. every child must be taught these principles.

every citizen must uphold them. and every immigrant, by embracing these ideals, makes our country more, not less, american.

today, we affirm a new mitment to live out our nation's promise through civility, courage, passion and character.

america, at its best, matches a mitment to principle with a concern for civility. a civil society demands from each of us good will and respect, fair dealing and f***iveness.

some seem to believe that our politics can afford to be petty because, in a time of peace, the stakes of our debates appear **all.

but the stakes for america are never **all. if our country does not lead the cause of freedom, it will not be led. if we do not turn the hearts of children toward knowledge and character, we will lose their gifts and undermine their ideali**.

if we permit our economy to drift and decline, the vulnerable will suffer most.

we must live up to the calling we share. civility is not a tactic or a sentiment. it is the determined choice of trust over cynici**, of munity over chaos.

and this mitment, if we keep it, is a way to shared acplishment.

america, at its best, is also courageous.

our national courage has been clear in times of depression and war, when defending mon dangers defined our mon good. now we must choose if the example of our fathers and mothers will inspire us or condemn us. we must show courage in a time of blessing by confronting problems instead of passing them on to future generations.

together, we will reclaim america's schools, before ignorance and apathy claim more young lives.

we will reform social security and medicare, sparing our children from struggles we have the power to prevent. and we will reduce taxes, to recover the momentum of our economy and reward the effort and enterprise of working americans.

we will build our defenses beyond challenge, lest weakness invite challenge.

we will confront weapons of mass destruction, so that a new century is spare

d new horrors.

the enemies of liberty and our country should make no mistake: america remains engaged in the world by history and by choice, shaping a balance of power thatf avors freedom. we will defend our allies and our interests.

we will show purpose without arrogance. we will meet aggression and bad faith with resolve and strength. and to all nations, we will speak for the values that gave our nation birth.

america, at its best, is passionate. in the quiet of american conscience, we know that deep, persistent poverty is unworthy of our nation's promise.

and whatever our views of its cause, we can agree that children at risk are not at fault. abandonment and abuse are not acts of god, they are failures of love.

and the proliferation of prisons, however necessary, is no substitute for hope and order in our souls.

where there is suffering, there is duty. americans in need are not strangers, they are citizens, not problems, but priorities. and all of us are diminished when any are hopeless.

government has great responsibilities for public safety and public health, for civil rights and mon schools. yet passion is the work of a nation, not just a government.

and some needs and hurts are so deep they will only respond to a mentor's touch or a pastor's prayer. church and charity, synagogue and mosque lend our munities their humanity, and they will have an honored place in our plans and in our laws.

many in our country do not know the pain of poverty, but we can listen to those who do.

and i can pledge our nation to a goal: when we see that wounded traveler on

the road to jericho, we will not pass to the other side.

america, at its best, is a place where personal responsibility is valued and

expected.

encouraging responsibility is not a search for scapegoats, it is a call to conscience. and though it requires sacrifice, it brings a deeper fulfillment. we find the fullness of life not only in options, but in mitments.

and we find that children and munity are the mitments that set us free.

our public interest depends on private character, on civic duty and family bonds and basic fairness, on uncounted, unhonored acts of decency which give direction to our freedom.

sometimes in life we are called to do great things. but as a saint of our times has said, every day we are called to do **all things with great love. the most important tasks of a democracy are done by everyone.

i will live and lead by these principles: to advance my convictions with civility, to pursue the public interest with courage, to speak for greater justice and passion, to call for responsibility and try to live it as well.

in all these ways, i will bring the values of our history to the care of our

times.

what you do is as important as anything government does. i ask you to seek a mon good beyond your fort; to defend needed reforms against easy attacks; to serve your nation, beginning with your neighbor. i ask you to be citizens:

citizens, not spectators; citizens, not subjects; responsible citizens, building munities of service and a nation of character.

americans are generous and strong and decent, not because we believe in ourselves, but because we hold beliefs beyond ourselves. when this spirit of citizenship is missing, no government program can replace it. when this spirit is present, no wrong can stand against it.

after the declaration of independence was signed, virginia state**an john page wrote to thomas jefferson: "we know the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong. do you not think an angel rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm?

"much time has passed since jefferson arrived for his inauguration. the yearsand changes accumulate. but the themes of this day he would know:

our nation's grand story of courage and its ****** dream of dignity.

we are not this story's author, who fills time and eternity with his purpose. yet his purpose is achieved in our duty, and our duty is fulfilled in service to one another.

never tiring, never yielding, never finishing, we renew that purpose today, to make our country more just and generous, to affirm the dignity of our lives and every life.

this work continues. this story goes on. and an angel still rides in the whirlwind and directs this storm.

so when she at last showed up and started to sing "devotion of love",a man rose up from his seat and shouted at her,"you don't have any devotion of love. you are not qualified to sing this song ! "hearing this, the singer stopped singing and began to shout abuses with her finger pointed at the man.

now, i'm ing to another true story. it's about a poor, ordinary looking old woman. she was a widow without any children, living barely from hand to mouth by picking odds and ends from rubbish heaps.

however,she took in more than ten homeless orphans successively and managed to bring them up. every day she labored from morning till night. in order to earn as much money as possible to raise the children and to keep them in school,she even went to a hospital regularly to sell her blood.

放到区里呢？市里呢？这令我一度很自卑，很颓废。

但后来，我终于想到我很早以前的誓言“为中华之腾飞而读书”，我终于有了前进的力量，我不能辜负了我的梦想！为了这个梦想，努力工作，努力工作，我取得了今天优异而稳定的成绩。同学们，我们不能忘记从小的梦想和长大后的理想。它们是生活的方向，给我们无穷的动力！

如果是心态不佳，那你是否把学习当成里一种负担，一项任务？如果带着抵触心理学习，潜能便不能较好地发挥，也不能达到最好的状态。如果大家都努力发掘兴趣，把学习当作乐趣，把压力变为动力，乐以忘忧，那我们之间的学习气氛会更浓，大家可以共同进步，竞争会更激烈，同时带动自己不断地进取，这样的良性循环不是很带劲吗？

我认为学习方法不是学习，而是实现。关键要适用与自己。最重要的时合理安排每个科目的时间。

我们还在接受义务教育，都是必修课，没有理由背离。虽然每个人都有自己喜欢的科目，但均衡发展才是最重要的。

文科需要背诵很多内容，所以理解记忆是关键。比如我背解词之前，首先会用，再背就没有这么艰难了。英语单词是根据发音背的，背了化合价再组合化学式就显得很简单，背化学方程式是需要先弄懂原理的。

找到窍门，很多东西背一次几乎就管一辈子了。

相对于文科，理科对我的吸引力更大。理论的核心是基本概念和定理。题目万变不离其宗。

解题需要耐心以及钻研的劲头，心怀这样的态度做一道题也许比像肯铁饼一样做一本题要有用得多。既然大家都懂得“格物致知，实验能做就做，实验会钩起学习热情，而且亲自尝试过，结论记得更明白，更清楚。

无**理，都要严谨治学，不能主观臆断。另外，你应该敢于质疑老师。你完全可以提出自己的意见。它不需要太多的关注来学习。
