坐落在汉口闹市区的老通城酒楼,以特有的传统风味小吃豆皮而享誉国内。迄今,许多高级政府官员、首脑人物都品尝过。豆皮以糯米、鸡蛋、鲜肉丁、鲜虾仁等为主要原料,做成一厘米吼、小块见方的式样。用油煎好,盛于盘中。吃起来外皮香脆内里酥软,美味可口,油而不腻。国内仅武汉独有。

而湖北最有名气的美食,便是云梦鱼面。云梦鱼面生产于古泽云梦,始产于清道光年间,历史悠久。云梦鱼面选用“白鹤分流”之鱼,桂花潭中之水,新麦上等面粉及芝麻香油等为主要原料,白如银、细如丝,故又称“银丝鱼面”。云梦鱼面营养丰富,风味独到,鲜美可口。1915年,云梦鱼面在巴拿马万国博览会参加特产比赛获优质银牌奖,畅销全国及国际市场。

湖北还有许许多多的美食小吃:沙湖盐蛋、咸宁桂花茶、桂花糖果、桂花糕、风味鸭脖、热拌面……湖北的美食小吃琳琅满目,真不愧是“美食之城”呀!

在20xx年的元旦,厚街镇富民商业步行街举行了厚街镇首届美食节。

在富民商业街里,摆了很多档位。厚街有许多传统美食,如:南瓜饼、马蹄糕、客家糖环、松糕、粽子、糖不甩、寿司、香蕉芋角、笑口枣等等。在这些传统美食中,有些食品五颜六色形状各异,如南瓜饼是黄澄澄的,上面还印了一些图案;马蹄糕是透明的,里面有一些“马蹄”;寿司的颜色有绿的、红的、黄的、紫的等等。它们的配料和味道也各不相同:马蹄糕是冰凉的;糖环由白糖、糯米、鸡蛋混合做成的;松糕由白糖、糯米、花生等混合做成的;粽子是由艾叶、猪肉、糖(盐)、草、糯米等混合一起做成的;糖不甩里面有糯米粉和片糖;寿司里面有黄瓜、香肠、肉丝、鸡蛋、紫菜;香蕉芋角里则有香蕉和芋头……

一位做马蹄糕的阿姨向我们介绍了马蹄糕的做法:第一步:把马蹄去皮洗干净并切成小粒。第二步:把水和糖以10:9放进锅里,煮成浓的糖水,再用水和马蹄粉以重量2:1混合成生浆糊。第三步:倒生浆糊到糖水里,边倒边搅均匀,做成半生半熟浆糊。第四步:把马蹄粒倒进半生半熟浆糊,并搅均匀,然后用盆装好,大火蒸三十分钟即可。

在谈到举办美食节的意义时,镇教办王剑雄主任说:“我很赞同举办美食节,这样可以让更多人了解厚街的美食,有利于保留厚街的传统美食,也利于发扬厚街传统的文化,在生产、制作这些美食的传统工艺过程中,也体现了厚街劳动人民的智慧才干,同时希望年轻一代能继续发扬厚街人民的优良传统美德,为厚街乃至全国的建设贡献自己的力量。”

开封灌汤包原为宋朝皇家御用美食,流传至今已有百年历史,它风味独特,是开封著名的美食之一。开封灌汤包不仅味道鲜美,而且制作方法也很简单。首先,将猪肉绞成馅,放入盆内,再加入酱油、料酒、姜末、味精、盐搅拌。接下来和面,将面揉的不软不硬,光滑不粘手。然后,待面发开后,切成一个个的面剂,开始擀皮。擀皮是很有讲究的,擀好的面皮周围要薄一些,中间略厚一点。这样,汤包既能皮薄如纸,又不会破馅。万事具备,就开始包包子了!这一步很关键,不仅要掌握好肉馅的比例,而且还要在包子里加入些已经冻好的肉冻。正宗的开封灌汤包的包子皮上要捏制30道绉折,并且要求纤巧匀称。搁在白瓷盘上看,就像一朵朵丰满圆润、千瓣紧裹、含苞欲开的白菊。最后一步,就是上笼蒸制了,蒸大约10分钟就可以出锅了!

首先介绍的是陕西的风味小吃羊肉泡馍。在陕西吃羊肉泡馍,特别方便,西安大街小巷,随处可见羊肉泡馍馆。走进去,你会立刻感到有一股羊肉香味扑面而来,吃羊肉泡馍可不能干等着,还得动动手。你买到馍后,还要拿一个粗瓷碗,这碗非常大,没劲的人可拿不动呢!吃羊肉泡馍,主要还是掰馍。馍掰的越细越好,据说馍馍掰的细,味儿就可以进入馍里。你看那位白发白须的老爷爷虽然手儿在颤抖,馍却掰得格外细,那专注的神情好像在完成一件精美的艺术品。馍掰好后就送到服务台,不一会儿,你的羊肉泡馍,就煮好了。往里漂满葱花,还有又大又肥的羊肉和细长的粉丝,使人馋言欲滴。

第二个是柯桥豆腐干。它历史悠久,吃法多样,味道又各异所以特别招人喜欢。如果把柯桥豆腐干放进霉克菜梗水中浸泡一两天,又成了一绝――臭豆腐干。那臭豆腐其貌不扬,闻着还特别臭,但是吃起来却特别香。它还可以蒸着吃,那是,又香又滑,又嫩特别爽口特别鲜嫩。而今日吃呢,又别有风味。先把它洗干净净,再放在油中炸一直炸到它变成金_时,那溢出的香味可以让你的口水“飞流直下三千尺”。这时捞出来蘸点麻辣酱什么的再吃,外面脆脆的里面软软的乡中有臭臭中有香,又甜又辣,又脆又韧。嗨!那味道别提了!

俗话说得好“民以食为天”,我对这句话非常赞成。我可以封自己为“小小美食家”,因为我对菜颇有一番研究。光菜名,我就可以滔滔不绝的说上百种。北京的烤鸭、内蒙古的小肥羊、西安的羊肉泡馍、山西的刀削面……在这么多香甜可口的美食中,最让我喜爱的,便是山城重庆的麻婆豆腐。

麻婆豆腐不仅吃起来麻辣鲜香而且颜色五彩缤纷。嫩白的豆腐丁排着整齐的“队”站在盘中,穿上了用鲜红的辣酱做成的“衣服”,看上去火红火红的一片,就像是一团熊熊燃烧的红色火焰,中间还夹杂着一些外酥里嫩的肉沫,绿色的葱花散落在盘中,就如同一片片绿叶,沾着辣酱的豆腐丁成了一朵朵盛开的红花,在绿叶的映衬下显得格外引人注目。不时,从盘中散发出一阵阵诱人的香味,真令人垂涎三尺!

看上去,麻婆豆腐的做法是十分复杂的,其实非常简单:把豆腐切成一个正正方方的小块,让它们一个个“跳”入热气腾腾的水中热热“身”,再把它们捞出来,一会在用。接着,把肉切成极小的块,用植物油把肉块抄酥。然后,向锅里倒入适当的油,打开开关,向油中放入事先准备好的干辣椒、花椒和姜片,等油在七、八十度时放入豆腐丁,再加上适量的淀粉,翻抄几下,再加入适当的盐、黄豆酱、豆瓣酱,点上一点白酒,最后用小火慢慢烧两分钟,在快起锅时加入少许的味精,这道色香味俱全的麻婆豆腐就大功告成了!

吃麻婆豆腐也是很有讲究的。吃时,先夹上一块豆腐,多沾一些盘中的辣酱,把它轻轻地放入嘴中慢慢地咀嚼,吃上去,麻麻的,辣辣的,这种味道一下充满了嘴的任何角落。我吃的时候,喜欢先把豆腐上的辣酱舔一舔,顿时,辣酱的麻和辣味一下“扑”入嘴里,再吃豆腐,嫩嫩的豆腐从嘴里一过,顺滑爽口,这样的吃法,吃到了麻婆豆腐别具一格的风味。如果你幸运的话,还能够吃到一点点的肉沫,外酥里嫩,更一步增添了麻婆豆腐的风味,起到了画龙点睛的作用。

“美食沟通你我,共享快乐生活”杭州电子科技大学信息工程学院一分院“我食我show”校园美食节已经开始举办了。

“仓廪足而知禀赋,衣食足而知荣辱。”中国几千年来,饮食文化就与本土文化紧密相连,世代相传。自古以来,良辰、美景与佳肴便为文人墨客们不懈追求。大自然的美景,可以使人心旷神怡;可口的佳肴,能够令人难以忘怀;而“美食沟通你我,共享快乐生活”的'场景,更值得大家翘首以待……

今天,信息工程学院一分院美食节开幕了,此次活动由院学生会生管会主办,后勤餐饮部协办,面向我院同学开展,本次活动我们倡导均衡、健康、安全、环保饮食!本着“和谐美食,健康饮食”的观念,活动将饮食文化知识贯穿始终,充分调动同学们的积极性,力争在全院范围内掀起“传承文化,品味食尚”的浪潮,最终将“健康与文化”带进校园、带进生活、带到大家的身边,实现“健康与你我同行”的目标。

生管会一个半多学期以来,在食堂方面开展过很多活动,包括关于餐厅饮食和服务的问卷调查、八方菜研究和参观食堂活动等,其中,通过问卷调查,搜集同学们的建议和意见,跟食堂进行沟通,搭建双方的桥梁。针对调查汇总反映的“一些同学认为食堂应该增加菜的样式”的情况,我们开展了八方菜研究活动,征集浙江各地的家乡菜和特色菜,根据同学们征集表上填写的菜式材料和烹饪方式,提炼出其中切实可行的菜式,并邀请入围同学进食堂和厨师长进行交流和实践。参观食堂活动中,我们邀请各班代表,分批带队进行食堂的参观,项目包括餐盘的清洗程序、毛菜的加工制作程序、切配程序、员工佩戴口罩手套的要求和面包房的参观等等。让同学们能够走近食堂,感受食堂,了解食堂,信任食堂。

随着生活水平的提高,人们对吃越来越讲究了。大家已经不再满足于吃饱,而是要吃好。于是对食物的色、香、味儿的追求提高了,食物也随之改称为美食了。

我却认为美食究竟美还是不美,不能只看色、香、味儿,而是更应该注重其安全性和营养价值,同时要兼顾其营养成分的全面性与均衡性。

有人常吃路边的烧烤,认为这就是一种美食。可我不喜欢这种所谓的美食,因为我担心不卫生。网上说烧烤中含有亚硝酸盐、樱树油等。

也有人把膨化食品作为美食,而我却从来不吃。因为我听说其中含有危害健康的物质。网上说膨化食品通常含铅量比较高。铅能造成说注意力低下、记忆力差、多动,另外容易冲动、爱发脾气等等。

我向来对美食没有研究,我的饮食都是由我爱人来料理。她总是让我吃的东西不重样儿。每顿饭都做到有饭,有咸菜,有炖菜或汤。她做馒头时会同时用两种面,里面加上豆沙馅儿,外面再加上一个大红枣儿。我觉得这就是美食,吃得放心。煮饭或熬粥时,她会加入燕麦,桂圆,她还会粗粮、细粮间隔着使用。这样一来,营养比较全面。我认为这也是一种美食。

总之,我觉得对美食的追求应该多注意安全性和营养价值,注意食用方法的科学合理,决不能甜了嘴,却伤了身。

佛跳墙是福州人都知道闽菜,而占据闽菜头把交椅的佛跳墙就是我要向大家介绍的家乡美食。

关于“佛跳墙”这个名字还有一个小故事:清朝某寺院旁有一个聚春园酒家,一天大厨用山珍海味秘制的一道菜,做完时香传十里,禅僧闻得其香,竟不顾佛门戒律,放下木鱼,越墙前来觅食。故得其美名。

刚开始,我还不相信这个故事,可亲自品尝后才有所体会。有一次爷爷生日,我们到位于东街口的聚春园吃饭,爸爸特地点了佛跳墙,不一会儿,一个大坛子端了上来,服务员刚打开盖子,浓香四溢,久久没有散去。我不禁产生疑问:“这是用什么时候东西做的?一问才知道,原来是用鱼翅、海参、鲍鱼、干贝、火腿、鸡鸭、羊等十几种食材做主料,加之花菰、冬笋、绍酒、桂皮、姜片、白萝卜为辅料,经过蒸、炸、泡等几种方法烹制,封贮于坛中,食前用谷糠皮文火煨热,启坛时香传十里。我的天哪!这么多种食材,这么多道程序,我可要好好品尝一下闽菜的头把交椅——佛跳墙。

我连忙用勺子舀了一碗,鱼翅xx滑嫩,海参有嚼头……吃完后口齿留香,回味无穷,难怪寺中和尚越墙觅食。也难怪佛跳墙扬名海内外,来福州的中外游客,无不以品尝“佛跳墙”为乐。

today we’re going to talk the two big ones that people are usually concerned with: carbohydrates and fat.

let’s start with carbohydrates. sugars, in other ’re used by the body for pretty immediate are three classes of sugar: monosaccharides, disaccharides, and polysaccharides.

it’s not so important that you know which sugars fall under each of these categories, but it is important to know that there are different categories of sugars. under the monosaccharides, glucose, fructose and galactose are the sugars. disaccharides, where you have several sugars paired together, are maltose, sucrose, and the polysaccharides are the ***plex carbohydrates, and that’s starch, glycogen, and cellulose.

if you look at sources of these different carbohydrates, the glucose ***es from fruit. that’s not the only place but that’s a primary source of it. you see the lactose of course from milk, and then you get down to the celluloseand starches,cereals and vegetables be***e the primary source of these.

are we eating too much or too little of these different classes of sugars well, as you might guess, we eat too much of the ****** sugars and the disaccharide sugars and we eat too little of the ***plex carbohydrates. so if you followed a diet where you ate less junk food and ate more fruits and vegetables, for example, just those two little rules you would help shift around this balance of sugars in a way that would benefit health. there’s sugar in a lot of foods where you don’t expect it.

for example: peanut butter. here’s a list of ingredients from skippy peanut butter and you see that sugar is the second most ***mon ingredient.

here’s another example. beef stew, you wouldn’t necessarily expect to find sugar in beef stew but it’s there. now it’s down the list of ingredients, it’s actually toward the end, but if you look at the marketing of this and look at the can it says, there’s fresh potatoes and carrots, but actually there’s more sugar in this than there is carrots.

okay, let’s talk about fat for a moment. fat has twice the calories per unit weight as protein and carbohydrate. so it’s a very efficient way of securing energy.

you hear a lot about saturated fat and unsaturated fat. as you know, unsaturated fat is healthy and you want to have this in your diet. trans fats have be***e a really interesting issue.

there are groups of people who have studied the impact of trans fats on health for a number of years. they have found that trans fats were having a very negative impact on are trans fats they’re unsaturated fatty acids that get formed when foods are partially hydrogenated. when you see that partially hydrogenated oils on an ingredient list, that means there’s trans fat.

why would ***panies do this why would the food industry want to introduce trans fat in the first place well, it changes the food in ways that are ***mercially appealing for the industry. it gives foods a longer shelf life. they tend to stay stable during deep frying and then the palatability goes up and the foods taste back to the concept that there are good and bad fats, if we look at the left hand side here, is a table or a graphic showing the fats that tend to have beneficial impacts on health.

you have the unsaturated fat. the seafood, olive oils and some nuts are high in the unsaturated fats. so these kinds of rats are not necessarily bad.

the bad fats look like this, and those are the saturated fats and the trans fat. these bad fats raise the ldl levels, that’s not good for you. and they lower trans fats that we mentioned before that you can see listed over here from margarine, shortenings, deep fried foods, a lot of fast foods and baked goods have a negative impact on health as well.

so it’s important for the public health to change the portioning of fat so you move from bad to the better fats in the diets.
