我给大家介绍一下本班的情况，本班共有13名学生,()名男生、()名女生。
孩子上学了，我们应该为孩子做点什么准备呢?大多数父母首先想到的问题是孩子的学习跟不上怎么办，对习惯不够重视,其实培养孩子良好的习惯,是适应小学学习生活的"第一步,至关重要".，好习惯决定成绩，好习惯决定命运，好习惯是一个人成才和成人的关键，习惯比知识重要，好的习惯对于一个人的一生都是十分重要的。、“小树易直也易弯”。培养孩子，应从小开始，从培养孩子良好的习惯开始。
一、比知识更重要的是习惯的准备：
1、培养孩子的时间观念。家长要教育孩子严格遵守学校的作息制度，有计划地安排学习和玩耍的时间。
这包括：要按时到校，不能迟到，学校要求学生早7：50到校，4：20接。放学后，回到家先做作业，做作业要专心，做完作业后再玩，不能边玩边做。(培养孩子养成先完成作业再玩耍的好习惯。要规定孩子放学后必须做完作业再玩，不要让孩子一到家就是看电视或者到处跑来跑去。有的家长认为孩子还小，长大些就会懂了。如果这样认为那将来后悔都来不及了。希望家长再忙都要把这件事督促到位。一年、两年后，孩子养成了好习惯，那您就能轻松地当个好家长。)为了保证充足的睡眠，要求孩子每天最晚9：30睡觉，早上6：30起床，每天保证一定的睡眠，开学后，有些学生不适应，可能会上火，请家长注意让孩子多喝些水，以免生病。每天带上水杯，饮用水每天换。

我认为在儿童天性未被污染前，必须要有心灵的培养以及品德的教育。著名的教育家陶行知先生说“千教万教教人求真，千学万学学做真人”，我一直持这样观点：学会做人是第一重要的，然后才是长知识长本领。对人不尊重，首先就是对自己的不尊重。要教育孩子尊重他人，人人都喜欢尊重，尊重是和他人交往的先决条件。教育孩子在社会上要尊重任何一个人，哪怕是一个乞丐都要尊重他们的人格尊严，在学校要尊敬老师，爱护同学，和同学和睦相处，哪怕是反对我们的同学，也要关心、爱护他们，让他时刻记住善待别人，就是善待自己。
在父母教育他的时候，他应该恭敬的听从；父母责备他的时候，要让他心悦诚服的接受；不许和父母顶嘴，即便是父母说的不完全正确，也应该有则改之，无则加勉，找适当的时间在与父母进行沟通；每次外出、回来时都要向父母告之，让家长放心。在幼小的时候，就要培养他讲话时要和颜悦色，声调柔和，让听到的人有个亲切的感觉；教他在长辈面前要谦虚，不可高声讲话，尖酸、刻薄、下流的话坚决革除。让孩子从小成为一个心胸宽广，不为了一个字、一个词从对与错之间斤斤计较，有一颗包容别人的心。
在日常生活的具体事情当中，让孩子为自己去尝试承担一定的责任，比如：要求孩子为自己的身体健康负责，不挑食，并养成良好的卫生习惯；要求孩子为自己的学习负责，认真完成作业，自己检查作业；要求孩子做一些力所能及的.家务；洗自己的衣物，洗碗筷，倒垃圾，孩子在学校，父母应教导他做值日生、班干部应尽职尽责，做清洁卫生不能偷奸耍滑。看到别人的善行，就要想到自己应该努力去做，对别人的恩惠要知恩报答，教育他不可自私自利，要养成借别人东西要及时归还，不要私自隐藏和损坏。
在学习上，要认真听老师讲课，不许东张西望，要做到三到：心到、眼到、口到，要学的深刻，记的扎实，这样才能提高学习的效率。学习时书桌要整洁，坐姿要端正，用过的书籍要放在固定的地方，要做到课前预习，课后复习。

我是中央小学五（1）班的马佳丽。我演讲的题目是《我的法宝》。听到这个话题，你肯定会说你有什么法宝。以前每次考试要么是70多分，要么是80多分，都起不来。这让我很困扰。现在，我每次考试都得85分以上。好的时候还是90多分！之所以有这样的提高，不是别的，就是我用了我的法宝：课前预习，课后复习。
