随着时光的飞逝，眨眼间半个学期过去了，我很荣幸能站在那里来探讨我自我的学习经验及方案。
我认为首先，应当端正学习态度。我相信在座的同学智商都是差不多的，既然智商都差不多，为什么有的同学能够掌握许多知识，考得很好，而有一些同学却不能做到呢？也许答案有很多，但归根究底还是学习态度的问题，只要学习态度变好了，就能够更好地掌握知识，考出更好的成绩。
其次，我期望同学们能够激发自我的学习兴趣。兴趣就是的教师。当我们有了浓厚的兴趣，从“要我学”变成“我要学”之后，其作用必定是巨大的。并且，学习必须要有目的、计划。拿破仑说过：“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵。”同样，学习也是这个道理，如果没有一个目标，就会在学习中迷茫；如果没有一个计划，学习就会懈怠。我认为首先应结合自我的实际定好一个目标。然后制定每一天的学习时间表，并且在每一次月考过后，根据自我成绩的变化加以适当的调整。如果执行不了，就请家长来帮忙监督。当然，最终的结果必须是能自我约束。
在学习中反思是学习系统中最为重要的策略。学习的好不好，方法对不对，怎样提高效率常常是经过反思来实现的。所以，会不会学习，就表现为会不会反思。现代学习理论中，在学习中反思中相当重要的地位。有的同学费尽心力学了，成绩不好，主要是因为不会及时反思，从而不能实现学习调整。能够这样说，学习反思伴随着整个学习过程，它既是学习资料，也是学习策略。按计划进行学习过程、学习效率和质量的反思，既能加快学习进程，又能提高学习质量。学习水平下降往往是因为在这方面做的不够。
学习最重要的就是课堂，就是上课这四十分钟。首先我们的大多数知识都是有课堂上获得的，并且我们在学校里的大部分时间也都是在上课。所以我认为抓住课堂是学习的根本，而我认为抓住课堂就是上课注意力高度集中，细听讲、多思考、勤练习，跟着教师的思路走。
还有就是课后复习。复习，就是一个查漏补缺的过程，一个知识全面化，系统化的过程。我们要充分利用复习的.时间把课本的知识掌握牢固，做到成竹在胸。再则，就是要处理好平时与考试的关系。平时复习，必须要有周密的学习计划，七门功课时间安排合理，注意七门齐头并进，平衡发展。周密计划能够充分利用空余时间学习，合理安排时间休息，做到劳逸结合，既使人感到充实又能不觉得疲惫，既有规律又有效率。
总而言之，学习需要循序渐进，找到适合自我的一套包括预习、上课、复习的学习方案，使我们的成绩更上一层楼！书拿出来读，然后在做作业。最终能够预习一下明天要学得知识。同时，我也想强调一点，读死书是没用的，我想没人想让自我变成书呆子。要注意劳逸...

竞赛是高三第一个月进行，所以这个假期是临考冲刺阶段。准备考试的同学要充分利用这个假期，增大训练量。我那时每天上下午分别刷数学和物理竞赛，晚上看看语文和英语。刷题一定要规范，控制时间。做完积极核对答案，纠错提升。抓好临考前的时间一定有回报，我去年最后一段时间刷《中等数学》，一试成绩有了明显提升。最后我竞赛数学省81名，物理150名。数学二试没有发挥好，时间浪费太多，光跟平面几何题缠斗了。
搞完竞赛，我们就可以全身心愉快地投入到高考备考中了。大家都要集中精力，把与高考无关的事先放一边，全身心投入到复习、练习中去。
先复习。从高一的知识点开始，老师领着进行一轮复习，不放过任何一个知识点。这要求全面细致，不留死角。相当于把学过的`再学一遍，唤醒我们的记忆。基础抓牢，就算完成复习目标了。这里尤其强调化学和生物。这两门知识点繁多且较杂，各位一定留意，绝不放过一个小点，把知识体系建的完善，这样做题才不吃亏。有不少这方面的题都是你知道这个点你就做对，不知道就做错，根本不需要思考。
再练习。知识点掌握全了，剩下的就是练了。练习其实好办，就是熟悉题型，把各个题型都做一做，做到心中有数，考试不慌。基础题刚开始也要做一做，虽然各位水平都很高，但也不可大意。对于你们，多做一些难题，有思维量也有计算量的那种，既要练思路也要练速度。因为对数学物理来说，只是会做是没用的，因为考试时间有限，你需要做到又对又快。记住，会做是远远不够的，只有熟练了，你才能达到轻车熟路，胸有成竹，才算是达到了高考的要求。
其实高三我的数学物理没做很多题，语文英语做的比较多。这就是针对自己的实际情况制定的备考方案。我语文基础比较差，所以高三就多练，多想，多总结，成绩也有一些提升。英语完形填空错的多，没好办法，多背点单词，多练。数学觉得水平达到考试要求了，就不需要再费力气了。数学题也是挑难的做，简单的直接跳过。以此告诉同学们，最契合自己真实情况的备考方法是的。做自己学习的主人，一旦认清了自己的情况就立刻付诸行动，坚持不懈，这样效果是的。

其次，是要掌握复习方法。众所皆知，学习三步曲便是课前仔细的预习，课上认真的学习，以及课后耐心的复习。仔细、认真想必大家都懂其含义，也都能在教师的指导和督促下完成。而耐心是什么含义呢？很多同学从小就没有养成复习的习惯，就比如我，到初中以来就因为没有经常复习而吃了不少苦头。复习是十分重要的，能够让我们“温故而知新”。有些同学认为复习十分枯燥、乏味、又没有显着效果，于是，就厌恶复习了。这就是没有耐心的表现，也说明他没有抓住重住重点和核心复习，只是漫无目的的读读背背，自然没有什么作用了。其实，我们能够经过日常的笔记录和习题进行巩固学习的知识，也能够多找些课外习题来做，这样，就不怕学过便忘了。
最终，我想告诉大家的是：合理安排作息时间。时间是公平的，它给勤奋的.人留下智慧，那么给懒惰的人呢？留下的仅有懊悔。常常看到一些同学，放着大把的时间不用，偏偏做些与学习无关的事，最终后悔已晚；经常看到一些同学，把教师布置的任务，一向拖到最终期限，然后在那儿忙碌等等。这些就是懒惰，是不正确的，是不利于学习、发展的。最基本的，是要当天的事情当天完成，再利用空余时间做其它事，学起来就会简便。
这就是我的一点提议，期望各位同学能从中获得共鸣。最终，祝大家学习提高，天天向上！
