大家好!

这次假期比较的长,所以学校也是安排我们老师在这段没办法来学校上课的期间做网上教学的工作，我也是通过准备，上网课的方式来让学生们学习数学，而这种方式也是给我不一样的感触，有一些心得体会.

和在教室的教学有些不同的是，这是网络上，不是和学生面对面，而我面对的就是一个摄像头，看起来是很难去有一个互动，但是其实学生在学习的过程中遇到的问题，也是可以及时的反馈，一些内向的同学也是会在直播间里面提问，而这种方式也是不一样的互动，可能是大家不见面，所以胆子也是大了一些，当然对于学生们学习的状态，也是不那么容易把握的，只能通过作业，以及家长的监督了解学生们的一个情况，而我也是在这种方式下，把课上好了，从作业以及家长的反馈来说，和教室里的教学虽然形式不一样，但是该学的都是学好了，而且由于是可以反复听的，所以课后的一些问题也是能更好的去解决，而不是像之前一样，有些学生不喜欢来问老师，那么可能问题就积累在那儿了，而可以反复看的网课则是让他们能更好的理解，学到知识。

由于是第的网上上课，开始的时候，我和学生们都不是很有默契，很多方面也是做得不够好，后来经过反思，自己也是和其他的老师沟通教学的方法，后面的教学工作也是做好了，让学生们没有由于在家里学习而导致了没学好数学，而来到学校之后的一个测试情况也是反映了他们其实在家里学习的效率有些学生还比在教室里面更好，也是没有什么退步太明显的情况发生，这种教学方式也是以后可以继续的去尝试，让学生们更好的去把学习给搞好，而我也是通过这次的上网课教学更加认识到自己教学方面有哪些的不足，并且也是更加的了解了学生们的一个学习情况，在今后的教学之中也是要去提高，去改善。

上网课的时候，我也是多去看其他老师的一个视频，了解他们上课的一个方法，自己也是多去尝试，找到更加合适的方法来教学，也是让我明白，不同的一个方式来教学，学生们会更加的有兴趣，而单一的方式也是会让老师以及学生们会有厌倦感，所以以后我也是要把课堂的教学做的更加的生动一些，通过对学生的了解，以后的教学也是能做得更好。

It plays an irreplaceable role in shaping people's ideological sentiments, improving people's aesthetic taste, and enabling people to establish lofty aesthetic ideals.

Take the art education in art education as an example. Today I would like to begin with a story。 There was once a physical therapist who traveled all the way from America to Africa to do a census about mountain gorillas。 These gorillas are a main attraction to tourists from all over the world; this put them severely under threat of poaching and being put into the zoo。 She went there out of curiosity， but what she saw strengthened her determination to devote her whole life to fighting for those beautiful creatures。 She witnessed a scene， a scene taking us to a place we never imaged we've ever been， where in the very depth of the African rainforest， surrounded by trees， flowers and butterflies， the mother gorillas cuddled their babies。

Yes， that's a memorable scene in one of my favorite movies， called Gorillas in the Mist， based on a true story of Mrs。 Diana Fossey， who spent most of her lifetime in Rwanda to protect the ecoenvironment there until the very end of her life。

To me， the movie not only presents an unforgettable scene but also acts as a timeless reminder that we should not develop the tourist industry at the cost of our eco-environment。

Today， we live in a world of prosperity but still threatened by so many new problems。 On the one hand， tourism， as one of the most promising industries in the 21st century， provides people with the great opportunity to see everything there is to see and to go any place there is to go。 It has bee a lifestyle for some people， and has turned out to be the driving force in GDP growth。 It has the magic to turn a backward town into a wonderland of prosperity。 But on the other hand， many problems can occur - natural scenes aren't natural anymore。 Deforestation to heat lodges are devastating Nepal。 Oil spills from tourist boats are polluting Antarctica。 Tribal people are forsaking their native music and dress to listen to U2 on Walkman and wear Nike and Reeboks。

All these appalling facts have brought us to the realization that we can no longer stand by and do nothing， because the very thought of it has been eroding our resources。 Encouragingly， the explosive growth of global travel has put tourism again in the spotlight， which is why the United Nations has made 2002 the year of ecotourism， for the first time to bring to the world's attention the benefits of tourism， but also its capacity to destroy our ecoenvironment。

Now every year， many local ecoenvironmental protection organizations are receiving donations - big notes， small notes or even coins - from housewives， plumbers， ambulance drivers， salesmen， teachers， children and invalids。 Some of them cannot afford to send the money but they do。 These are the ones who drive the cabs， who nurse in hospitals， who are suffering from ecological damage in their neighborhood。 Why? Because they care。 Because they still want their Mother Nature back。 Because they know it still belongs to them。

This kind of feeling that I have， ladies and gentlemen， is when it feels like it， smells like it， and looks like it ， it's all ing from a scene to be remembered， a scene to recall and to cherish。

The other night， as I saw the moon linger over the land and before it was sent into the invisible， my mind was filled with songs。 I found myself humming softly， not to the music， but to something else， someplace else， a place remembered， a place untouched， a field of grass where no one seemed to have been except the deer。

And no matter who we are， what we do and where we go， in our minds， there's always a scene to remember， a scene worth our effort to protect it and fight for it。

Monkeys are my favorite animals.they are our good friends. later I went to the children ＇s playground, it’s children’s world. I played happily with my parents. finally, we watched 4d movies, it was very exciting.

开学以来，受疫情影响而采用的网络授课方式，对我们老师不仅是对教学能力的考验，更是我们对网络技术驾驭和运用的考验。通过网络直播授课，体会到信息信息技术的便利，同时也存在网络卡顿、沟通不畅的不足。但是总体感觉虽是网络授课，但是学生能在老师指导下有计划的学习。结合我自身的体会，在批改作业方面感受颇深。

这是我第三次在线上批改作业，尽管长时间看电脑，眼睛有点酸疼，但是心里却有说不出的快乐。

今天，全班同学全部按时上交作业，从总体来看，这次作业比前两天作业质量有明显提升，书写认真、卷面整洁、字体工整、规范，内容完整，得两颗星（优)的同学越来越多。第作业只有五、六个学生得到两颗星，内容较乱，书写不够认真，改作业很费劲，第二次十多个学生得两颗星，批改到了晚上11点多，这次作业有大约30位同学得到两颗星。我为学生的进步感到开心，尤其是大部分学生没有课本，自制手写课本，书写是一笔一画，工工整整，预习时用彩笔圈画词语，让我感到学生们在家里和在学校一样，学习非常刻苦、用功、用心，学生学习的状态越来越好，感谢家长的用心陪伴。

写作业不仅仅是收获知识，更重要的是面对学习中的困难，有锲而不舍的精神，有战胜困难的决心和信心。希望我们班的同学面对作业挑战，能不断战胜自己，每天都要交一份满意的作业，做的自己。

我会更加用心备课，多查阅资料，深入研究教材，把重难点准确讲解清楚。学生不在眼前，不能师生互动，老师也不能看到其听讲状态，这就促使我深入思考怎样从教师的教转变为学生的学，如创设真实情景，提出大任务，给出学法指导及完成学习任务的步骤，学生开展自主探究式学习，并用小视频等形式提交学习情况，老师再结合学生学习反馈进行强调、讲解、归纳、提升等，真正体现先学后教，从研究教到研究学的思维转变。

material waste: it means the waste of substance or things from which something else can be made.

for example, people throw away the used metal products and buy a new one, so the old metal waste accumulates.

at last, they become waste.

for example, when people finish reading newspaper, the paper will become waste.

when the glass is broken, it also becomes waste.

nobody wants to use a broken window or drink with a broken glass or wear a pair of broken glasses.

once it is broken, it becomes waste.

the rate of using plastics is increasing day by day.

people use plastic bags because they are convenient.

when they get home, they throw the plastics way, paying no attention to the environment.

the more convenience plastics brings to us, the more plastic waste is produced.

this is called “white pollution” as most plastics are white.

some of our products we use every day are made of rubber, just like the tyres and the bottom part of our shoes.
