I have a dream: To be a doctor.，because doctor may relieve the pain of patients. May let the human change the health. At the same time, I believed that, those who help others may be able to obtain joyfully. Therefore, I hoped in the near future ,I might be a doctor.

But I know，life is tough,and there are always ups and downs, maybe we fail in the way to our aims,and we may feel depressed ,whenever at this time, the dream in our heart can always comfort us, encourage us ,and support us to move ahead .

Young!Fortunately, I am young now. Just due to it, I know that nothing is impossible.I firmly believe that nothing can stand in my way. If I can't realize my dream,it result from that I haven't work harder enough and I won't find other excuses. If no people believe you, you can mak

e it to prove that you are right. If you think the god haven't blessed you and there is no truth here, you can become the god and create the truth. "My breath swallows the sky and make the yellow river overflow, my sword is famous in Kyushu and it can collapse the five sacred mountains." At some time in the past I also had am bitious words and I had some achievements. Each achievement results from my hard work. I always believe that "If you want to have more achievements than others, you must work harder." In some extent, the dream is the hope. If you can insist on doing something, the victory will come.

Hold fast to dreams, for if dreams die, life is a broken-winged bird that cannot fly. Hold fast to dreams, for when dreams go, life is a barren field frozen with snow. So my dear friends, think of your old and maybe dead dreams. Whatever it is, pick it up and make it alive from today. Let's--- move ----out!

When Sunyang didn’t won the champion of 1500-meter freestyle swimming match, but stick to the last minutes enduring the pain of physical sickness, are you still accusing him of not winning honor for our country? Of course, no!

Because of the nationwide sports system in our country, we always attach great importance to the glory of the most high-necked award platform, requiring athletes to win the game. I still remember that in 20xx, Liu Xiang dropped out because of the serious injury in his Achilles's tendon, but he grit his teeth and stick to the end, bearing all the pain and pressure we may never know. However, someone mock him that he is no longer the Asian flier anymore, some even said that his injury was just put on a show, suddenly he turned from a national hero into a loser, just because he upset the whole country of not winning one game.

From "medal only" to enjoy the charm and joy of the competitive sports, from requiring athletes to win the game to sincerely admire the noble-character and charming personality of them. This maybe one small step for 20xx Rio Olympic, but one giant leap for the Chinese national sport spirit. Who can say this is not the mistery of sport? who can say this is not the power of sport? And who can say this is not the charm of sport?

Good afternoon! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. today my topic is “youth”. I hope you will like it , and found the importance in your youth so that more cherish it. Do you know what is youth? How do you master your youth?

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

我是xx班的xxx.今天我讲话的题目是：做端着书本的低头族.

一个人低着头，手里端着什么?要是在以前，这人应该是在看书，而现在，这个人95%在端着手机。这样低着头的越来越多，公交地铁上、大街上、斑马线上、甚至自行车上等。

他们都在干什么呢？大多在看手机上的各类文章和帖子。我从小就听着“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”“书籍是人类的精神食粮。”可是现在，人们少看或不看书了。

我在心里疑问过：只有书籍是人类进步的阶梯吗？既然大家都看手机，凭什么手机不能代替书呢？但是经过一些思考，我还是否定了这一疑惑。

先从自媒体的文章竞争机制说起吧。自媒体上，一篇文章越好，被点赞和转发得越多，我们看见它的机会越大，写作者就会越努力写好文章。这本来是个很好的循环。但是，点击率、转发率和流量连在一起，流量又和经济收益相连，这时，就出现另一个问题：有的作者或网站为了达到高点击率，就开始“作弊”：他们的文章或帖子不根据事实而凭空编写，只求偏激、极端、扭曲；又或者对一些科学知识进行误读，得出耸人听闻的结论；还有就是做惊人标题以博人眼球。信息辨别能力不强的人，会更愿意转发这样的文章。就算被举报，他们所需付出的代价也极少：他们完全可以在看见风头不对时删除数据。网上很多优秀作品往往被上述垃圾淹没。

我以为，相比较而言，纸质书本就不一样了。一本书的出版，首先是作者态度端正，对文字负责，其次，出版社几道编辑程序把关，保证书的质量。另外，文字印在纸上，如果有错误，作者和出版社都无法推卸责任。所以，在书的世界，决定胜负的是质量，而不是数量。

对于网络自媒体上的乱象，我们就无能为力了吗？非也。首先，我们自己要努力形成正确的是非观和判断力。其次，我们用好好奇心，拒绝标题党。第三，如果要点赞转发一篇文章，从权威的途径确认一下其真实性。当然，网络管理部门，和网站自身也应该不断完善管理和监督。

尽管如此，我还是要表达我的观点：手机阅读不如书本阅读。Youarewhatyouread。你读的东西决定了你的思想高度。如果我们不加分辨的阅读那些偏激的、腐朽的、庸俗的、没思想的文章，人就会变得偏激、朽化、盲从、麻木。我们阅读好的东西，不见其长，但日有所长；读烂的，不见其损，但日有所损。少看手机屏幕，多读纸本书籍。

没错，手机就是不能代替书。

没错，只有书籍是人类进步的阶梯。

没错，我们以前的价值观，现在仍然适用。

我们还是更应该做一个端着书本的低头族。

一阵阵诱人的香味飘来，同学们更觉饥肠辘辘，很快，小吃摊边立刻围满了学生。一番等待一番忙碌一番大吃大嚼过后，马路上、校园里到处是塑料袋、竹签和丢弃的一次性杯子、筷子……

小商贩们赚了钱，眉开眼笑，可是环卫工人辛辛苦苦创造出来的干净环境，我们的同学辛辛苦苦打扫好的整洁校园，一下子又变得乱糟糟的了。

同学们，饿了当然要吃食物。可是必须得吃干净卫生的食物。根据法律规定，售卖食品必须要有卫生许可证和经营许可证。这些路边小商小贩具有很强的流动性，不被国家食品安全部门认可，食品卫生更是无从谈起，小贩本人也没有健康证，可能患有甲肝、乙肝等传染病，这些病毒可能经过他们做出来的食物传染给我们。再说，大街上，尘土飞扬，还有大量的汽车尾气、细菌附着在这些食物上。吃了这些东西我们可能会腹痛、腹泻、发烧、脱水、食品中毒等，如果长期食用，甚至会得癌症……

购买食用伪劣食品影响我们的身心健康；让我们养成乱花钱的坏习惯；使我们放学的道路拥挤不堪；让我们的城市变得脏乱不已！

所以，在此，我向在场的每一位同学倡议：为了我们身心的健康，为了养成良好的卫生饮食习惯，为了维护学校周边整洁的环境，请大家尽量在家吃饭，不乱花零用钱，不购买食用路边的垃圾食品，做一个有自制力的三中好少年！

大家早上好！今天，我演讲的主题是：厉行节约，从我做起记得很小的时候，我们学的第一首唐诗就是：“谁知盘中餐，粒粒皆辛苦”，古人又言“尽览前贤国与家，成由勤俭败由奢”。艰难困苦，玉汝于成；居安思危，戒奢以俭。节俭，这一中华民族的传统美德，在今天的社会里，更显得意义深长。

我们从小就被教育，节约要从小处着手，从一粒米、一滴水做起，然而，节约终究不只是小事，现在的社会有时候变得很陌生，有些时候，节约成了小气被人笑话，更有些时候，节俭却被当成贫穷的表现。我们需要在全社会改变那种所谓的虚荣消费心理和浪费观念，需要重新认识老祖宗留下的千年传统和良好美德。

回想我们在学习和生活中，是否注意节约每一滴水、每一度电、每一张纸……往往是我们在不经意中就造成了诸多浪费。许多纸张只写了几个字就扔进废纸篓；白天亮着的电灯；卫生间水龙头哗哗流水、地上到处洒落的粮食……其实稍加注意，我们可以做得更好，但往往我们却忽视了这些细节。我想，在家里我们肯定能做到随手关灯、关水；为什么我们却忽略了这些细节？关键是我们没有将自身真正溶入到生活中，没有将节约养成一种良好的习惯，并形成一种观念。

节约，是对家庭幸福的盘算，更是一份社会义务的担当。节约是一种远见，一种态度，一种智慧。小到一个人，一个家庭，大到一个国家，整个人类，要想生存，要想发展，都离不开“勤俭节约”这四个字。一个没有勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗精神作支撑的国家是难以繁荣昌盛的；一个没有勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗精神作支撑的社会是难以长治久安的；一个没有勤俭节约、艰苦奋斗精神作支撑的民族是难以自立自强的。

所以今天，我们应该大声倡议：让我们积极行动起来，牢固树立节约意识，“让节约成为习惯”、“让节约成为生活方式”，坚持从自己做起，从每一天做起，节约每一滴水、每一度电、每一粒粮，从一点一滴的小事做起，只有时时处处、点点滴滴都节约，我们才能节约资源，也只有时时处处从我做起，这样我们的地球家园才会永远美丽富饶！

life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。 forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。 take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。 for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。 however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。 i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。 gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover， i learned to act instead of plaining。 in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。

no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。 in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。

Most of the water is in the oceans or locked away as ice．The largest volumes of fresh water are stored underground as groundwater,imagine there is only one barrel of water in the world,then there is only a spoon of it on the land,and the water we can use is only a drop of it．Now I have to remind all of you here that the single drop of water is never as Clean as before,it has been polluted severely by our human beings．

There is a very beautiful river in Paris．It is the Seine,it runs across the City,people drink coffee, chat on the bank in the day,at night,they enjoy the beautiful scenery in the boat,songs from the river fly into the Sky made the river more attractive, the Seine is a famous symbol of France；on the west coast of pacific ocean there lies the modern City Shanghai,anot ther river which used to be a very important transportation route runs through the center of the city,people respected and regard it as＂mother＂．It is the＂suzhou river,but l believe that few of you would sit beside it,people will be scattered by the terrible smell of water when walk by．I have to say it is extremely dirty! And we all know that a lot of beautiful rivers in the world also are Sharing the same fate with suzhou river． Who is the devil？ I can＇t help asking．

Many human activities and their by-products have the potential to pollute water. Please have a look along the banks of the river, large and small industrial enterprises discharge dirty

water, tons of garbage were thrown into the river, the water contained so much that it can＇t clean itself. Compared with the dramatic development in many sides of Shanghai, the suzhou river has become a black point of the appearance of city.

Fortunately, the government has control the situation now, we are happy to see some parts of the river has become clean again, and we even can find fish sometime.

The unique earth is the only planet full of lives, the water is just like the blood in the active body, protecting water is saving ourselves. Not to waste a single drop of water, otherwise, the only drop of water we could keep in the future would be our tear!

My dear friends, mankind still faces a great difficulty in solving the problems of the environment and development, and there is a grand task to perform and along way to go. The middle school students in China will always cooperate with the young people of the world to protect the environment.

But there is also bad influence.Some of the young teenagers are addicted to computer games，and some even play games all night.Because of lacking in sleep，those students can not focus on in the class .As a result，they may fail in the exam.When they realize it is wrong to spend too much time playing games，it’s already too late.

I have remembered such a piece of news .An excellent student flunked (考试不及格） because he could not concentrate on his study for being too indulged in computer games.He spent nearly all the money on games，which was earned by his father＇s selling blood.When his father knelt down to beg him to return to school，he was too numb to show any regret.

The most serious harm of computer games come from their contents，which affects teenagers ＇ mental health.Many games involve violence，such as fighting and killing.When they enjoy the pleasure of success，a violent turn of mind is developed and rooted in them，which may induce future violent behaviour in their life.

So when computers＇ entertaining function is highly spoken of ，such a problem does deserve our serious concern.

In addition，long time＇s working before computer also does harm to health.The radiation from the computer can arose many uncomfortable feelings.，like a headache，poor eyesight.

At last，people who are fond of making friends on line should also be careful.Many convicts use Internet as a way to cheat.

Although it has many disadvantages ，Internet has become an indispensable part of people＇s life in recent years.In my point of view，it’s wrong to blame Internet itself，it’s all depend on the way we use it.

If we use it in a right way，it can be one of the best friends in our life.
