Trees werecutting down, animals were running away. Tall buildings were built! At thebeginning, people liked the new city,but later something bad happened. All kinds of monsters showed up: rainmonster, hot monster, wind monster and sand monster. People felt sick with theenvironment, because the new citybrought a lot of pollution. People missed the forest, the animals and thelovely city they used to live in. But they were not able to change it at all.They became homeless and had to abandon their city. Watchedthe image lying before him, the king sank into the seat.

同学们，细节重要不重要?细节到底重要不重要，我用几个小故事告诉大家：

有一天，小王去一家公司应聘年薪8万的营销经理。他一路闯关，从近百位应聘者脱颖而出，获得总裁召见的机会。当他飘飘然地走进总裁办公室时，总裁并不在，只有一位年轻漂亮的女秘书洋溢着一脸职业性的微笑，对他说：“先生，您好，总裁让您给他打个电话”。当他刚要掏出自己的手机时，看见总裁办公桌上有两部电话，就问那位秘书小姐：“我可以用电话吗?”“可以”女秘书笑着回答。

他拿起桌子上的电话，于跟总裁联系上了。总裁在电话那头兴奋地说：“小王啊，我看了你的简历，打听了你的答辩情况，的确很出色，欢迎你加盟本公司。”

小王高兴得心花怒放，第一个反应就是要将这个好消息告诉他在国外出差的女朋友。他刚拨了手机，但又迟疑了：心想这可是国际长途啊!这时，他又看了看总裁桌上的那两部电话，他放下手机，拿起电话就拨了出去：喂，妮妮吗?，告诉你一个好消息，总裁已经。。。。”。就在这时，另一部电话响了起来。

“先生，您的电话”。女秘书仍带着一脸的笑对他说。

“对不起，小王，刚才我的话宣布作废。通过监控，你没能闯过最后一关，实在抱歉。。。。”总裁在电话里温和地对他说。

“为什么?”小王呆呆地问。

这时，那位女秘书惋惜地摇摇头，叹道：唉，很多人跟你一样，明明自己身上有手机，却要用公司的电话。

小王就是没注意打电话这样的细节，所以导致应聘失败。

小陈去应聘深圳一家房地产公司的广告策划主管岗位。那天早上，小陈不慎碰翻了水杯，将放在桌上的简历浸湿了，他用纸巾吸干了简历上的水，可是简历却再也没有原先那样平整，而是皱巴巴的。

在招聘现场，小陈与招聘工作人员做了简单的交谈，然后将皱巴巴的简历递给工作人员。招聘人员看了看皱巴巴的简历，眉头皱了皱，但还是收下了。

三天后，小陈参加了面试，表现非常活跃，无论是现场操作，还是口头作的产品推荐，他都完成得不错。他的'表现赢得面试官的称赞。当他结束面试走出办公室时，一位女工作人员对他说：“你是今天面试者中最出色的一个。”

然而，面试过去一周后，小陈依然没有得到回复。他急了，忍不住打电话向那位工作人员询问情况。工作人员告诉他：“其实招聘负责人对你是很满意的，但你败在了简历上。老总说，一个连简历都保管不好的人，是管理不好一个部门的。

这件事给了小陈深刻的教训，从此，他变得细心起来。他深切感到，决定事情成败的，有时往往只是一个小小的细节。

被誉为“银行大王”的法国人恰科，从小就立志要当一个银行家。大学毕后，恰科把当地所有的银行都跑遍了，却没有一家愿意聘用他。可是，恰科没有放弃自己的理想，依然到处求职。有一天，恰科跑到一家银行直接去找董事长，希望他能雇佣自己。这次，也和以前的经历差不多，一见面，董事长就拒绝了恰科的请求，这是恰科第52次被拒绝。他只好无奈地离开银行，当恰科走出银行大门时，看到地上有一根大头针，他便弯腰把它捡了起来，然后习惯性地将它放到旁边的垃圾桶里。出乎意料地是，银行第二天突然给他发来了录用通知——原来恰科弯腰捡大头针的行为，恰好被董事长看见了。

董事长最后录用恰科，就是因为他从恰科弯腰捡大头针的小小行为中，看出了恰科高尚的道德修，看出了恰科强烈的责任感，看出了一名出色员工应当具备的素质。

从上面的故事中看出，细节很重要，细节能决定事情的成功与失败。大家都知道，已故的周恩来一贯提倡注重细节，他就是注重细节成就大事的典范。

"泰山不拒细壤，故能成其高;江海不择细流，故能就其深"。同学们，你想成功吗?请注重细节吧!。

有一个很有钱的老板曾经这样问过我，他说：“你这么努力的工作，你知道成功在哪里吗?”我当时就说：“成功在未来”。他摇了摇头，说：再给你三天的时间，你好好的想想，成功到底在哪里?于是，我过了这辈子最痛苦，最漫长的三天，但却还是想不到成功在哪里?我很沮丧的告诉他：“我不知道”。他笑了，他说：“成功就在每一天，今天的你比昨天的你进步了，你就成功了，成功就是简单的事情重复做，每天进步一点点。”

也许，我离成功还很远，但今天的我比昨天又多学了一点点东西，这件事情，我今天做的比昨天好，我觉得我是成功了。

有人说，一个人要想成功必须经历几个阶段。最初的阶段就是一个正常人，也是一个石头，每天做同样的事情，世界上有百分之八十的人都是正常人，他们只会做别人交待他们的事情，所以他们可能一辈子不愁吃穿，但他们也可能一辈子发不了财。那么还有百分之二十的人是什么人呢?百分之二十的人当然是不正常的人，所谓的不正常人可不是我们眼中的精神病患者，而是我们市场大量缺乏的“人才”，人才是需要很多的努力才能做到的，别人在吃饭的时候，你要在学习，别人在睡觉的时候，你还要在学习，这样你就会比别人更优秀，只有你比别人优秀了，你才能管住别人，别人才能服你，对吗。所以，当我们成为人才的'时候，我们就能够成为大部分的管理者，你的努力就会有一个很好的代价。也许再过不了多久，你就能成为有能力的统治者

-人物。变成了人物后，你的一言一行都会感染着别人，都会被别人所尊重，就会变成一颗钻石，光芒四射。所以，朋友们，你们是想做一颗普通的石头，还是想做一颗在哪里都会发光的钻石呢。

说到“人物”让我想起了一个了不起的人，李嘉诚，他的成功和他的努力是密不可分的，他每天都在重复做着那样几件事，但是他成功了，他每天早晨起来就会花二个小时的时间看各个地方和各个国家的报纸，因为只有了解了市场的变化，才能根据市场的需要而变化。他领导的员工个个都是精英，因为他的优秀，他的员工都被他感染着，所以每一个人都能很好的克制自己，所以在他的全国连锁的珠宝店里，就几乎没有管理层，每个人都是经理，每个人都是员工，因为他的员工每一个都很优秀，每一个人都不需要别人管就能做好自己的本质工作。

所以，要想成功还要具备一个像电脑一样的大脑，懂的东西要多，而且要精。著名的培训讲师陈安之在他的《成功学》里这样说着，曾经有一位国外的身价六十五亿的老总和只有一千多万身价的陈安之竞标一个公司，在竞标的前夕，他们见面了，他们谈了很多，谈三国演义，谈孙子兵法，谈道德经，因为陈安之老师研究道德经特别厉害，而那个老总也对这个比较感兴趣，因而对陈安之特别的崇拜，当场就拜了他为师。后来的事可想而之，竞争对手都成了学生了，还需要竞争吗?可想而知，一个成功的人士必须先让自己的大脑充实起来。让自己的大脑成为一本百科全书。才能征服别人。

成功还需要有一个虚心的态度，成功还需要有一个能屈能伸的性格，成功还需要有一个吃苦耐劳的精神，成功还需要有一个运筹帷幄的魄力，成功还需要有一个八面玲珑的交际能力。其实成功所要具备的东西太多太多，而我们身上所欠缺的又太多太多，那么我们就从点滴做起，从现在做起，争取，努力做一个成功的人。或者，为成功做一个好的准备。

全班八个人，每一个人都主动站出来喊口号，每一个人都敢挑战自己，而我不敢，所以只有通过这种方式把我心里想说的话表达出来。我一直认为自己是一个很优秀的人，但我却有一颗不自信的心。也许这将成为我至命的弱点，也许我终将不会成功，但是我也在努力的往那个方向去做。既使很遥远，我也要一步步靠近。就让这篇演讲稿静静的躺在这里吧，至少会纪念我曾经也在心里默默的演讲过。虽然不好，但是一个突破。有了小的进步，离大的进步就不远了。

美好的也好，痛苦的也好，那就记住甜美的，抛开辛酸痛苦的昨天。其实现在才清楚的知道，不管有多么高兴或沮丧，过了几天，什么都像没发生一样。就想水一样，你怎么折腾它，都能在事情发生后，不久就会恢复平静。不必自己折磨自己。何苦呢。

但要强迫自己做自己不想做，但又不得不做的事。别人强迫做，而不是自己要做，做了没什么作用。比如学习，高中时，我承认是在学校高压政策下学习的，当然自己愿意学校这样对我！因为那时自己还小，还没养成很好的习惯。我现在是大学生了，虽然不是什么很好的学校，但我还是要感谢我的高中母校，是她把我从一个调皮叛逆少年，磨练成一个现在自强不息，勇往直前的人。还记得那时我们都是早上5：30就起床。晚上10：00睡觉。在此之间基本上都是学习。当然也有同学坚持不住。生活就是这样，她磨练我们，必将成就一些人 ，必将淘汰一些人！

我明白，我还要继续磨练，然而高中的时代一起不复返，再也没有铁一样的纪律来要求自己。散漫的大学生活还需要自己来约束自己，但这有多么难！你会发现你是一个人在面对太多的诱惑大军！放眼看去，迷茫的前方是多么的凶残！你单薄的身躯准备好去抵挡这一重又一重的进攻了吗？你挡住一波，你能挡住下一波，下一波吗？你动摇了？觉得不可战胜他们？

你应该说，我能！

能挡住一次，就能挡住二次，十次下来，你会发现，原来这些都只有一个套路，你也只要用一个套路就能克敌制胜！那是什么？只要养成铁不变的习惯！这需要一场一场战争的累积才能达到！

当然你不能每次都打胜战，但只要你想赢，一定会成功多于失败！

我要对自己说，我要给自己下个铁一样的纪律，我不想输。现在虽然不能想高中那样，有这么关心，爱护我们的学校。而是一个用现实来考验自己的时候。

一切都蓄势待发，不管是好的还是坏的。我都会紧握手中的厉剑，去搏！
