俗话说，好的开端是成功的一半。今天我们请来了各位家长，目的就是为了针对本年龄段孩子的心理、生理、学习等方面特点，加强联系，相互交流一下学生在校及在家的情况，以便老师能够及时调整工作、提高教育教学质量，家长能够更好教育自己的子女做人与成材。总之我们的目标是一致的，那就是：“一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切!”因此我相信，我们今天的家长会一定能够达到预期的效果，取得圆满的成功!
一、期中考试分析：
下面我就结合班期中考试对学生的表现作分析。
我先简单地介绍一下我们期中考试情况。
英语最高分98分，最低分61分，平均分84.77分。

二、考试存在的问题：
1.听力是学生的一个薄弱点。虽然平时也很注重学生听力能力的培养，教给学生一定的听力技能和技巧，但是考试中暴露的问题还不少。在今后的教学中我要加大听力的指导，告诉学生拿到试卷后，要根据题中的信息，预测将会涉及到的内容，这样可以减少记忆负荷，缩小信息范围，消除紧张的心理，提高听的效率。
2.单词辨音也是学生的一个薄弱点。关键是一些学生的朗读不过关，平时我每天布置的朗读20-30分钟英语一部分人能很认真的完成,但还有少数学生没有付诸行动。
3.词性转换和时态变换 是学生的弱点：对于弱胜几乎完全失分，这一块是小学英语语法的重点。多样的变化是的基础弱的学生无处下手。归根到底词汇量的掌握和基本单词的记忆欠缺。
